I am extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the staff at Commercial Tire, East Gowen Rd. Boise. I brought my car to fix a small leak in my tire. The mechanic quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue. The service was complimentary. I have bought tires from Commercial Tire before and the pricing is very competitive. Service was horrible, was being helped then the phone rang and I was left there standing for 20 minutes until another employee asked if I was being helped. Was stuck as our camper had blown a tire and something that took ten minutes to replace after our two hour wait. Very frustrating would have gone anywhere else if I could have made it there.

Decent prices, decent people to deal & talk with. I have been in this exact business & customer service my whole life. But if you ask for something to be done & it's acknowledged as an expectation, then as a customer you expect it to be done. I had asked to have my keys specifically to be left in my cup holder on the floor of my truck yet they were left in my ignition. This is a problem due to my having to pick it up after hours. Secondly I asked for shorter valve stems because I have narrow wheels with virtually no outer lip. (also my preference) Also when I looked at the new tires & valve stems, one of them was missing a valve cap. I'm not being nit picky, but all details matter when you find a bigger thing wrong in a customer service oriented business.

Last week I was traveling from American Falls to Boise East bound. Approximately 2.7 miles from the exit I watch my rear tire wizz by my truck. By the Grace of the All Mighty my truck was unscathed. Commercial Tire,Gowen, fixed me up and back on the road in time for supper. Shout out to the guys in back and Rachel upfront. (Wink wink) Call me. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!

Tire and alignment issues can be frustrating. The folks at this location are very friendly and explain your problem in an easy to understand way. Then, they fix it quickly and accurately. I'm a repeat customer with lots of vehicles and problems due to the roads I drive. Thanks to Lee and Mike for always helping.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The crew here has been exceptional! Tucker, Justin and Dave have always been very helpful and gone above and beyond. From vehicles to trailers, they've provided quality service on oil changes, tires, axles, bearings and light electrical work. Always a positive experience. Highly recommend!
