I've taken my old Camry 98 in for a number of needed repairs. Service and repairs have been prompt, reasonable, and fair. Once there was a problem, boom, repaired the next day at no charge. I just took in our Elantra 2020 for a full inspection. Unlike dealers, the inspection took place, minor issues were pointed to for future reference and I got out the door for the reasonable inspection fee. It's been years since I've encountered that kind of honesty. We need more of this. Go local.

While this is a small neighborhood shop it provides great service for competitive prices. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. When my 20 year old car needs service I get same day service and clear analysis of the problem with accurate costs.

I was treated very well. The repairs went well and with a window issue the mechanic came out and fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me. For my stolen catalytic converter they sent me to a muffler shop instead of keeping my car and subcontracting. I think they run an honest business and I would go there again.

I had a water leak from a faulty seal in my trunk. They took the time to show me the leak and did a great job sealing it back and making sure it was rightfully sealed. They were very communicative, friendly and efficient. Thank you crew at Comfort Auto. Shout out to Daniel especially!

Comfort Auto gets me in quickly and I trust them to tell me what's going on and will fix the issue at a fair and honest price. This time I realized after talking with them that putting more money into this car is not a good idea and that I just need to get another car. They didn't even charge me for assessing the problem. I will definitely bring any car I choose in for a good look over before buying.

I'm a frequent crasher So I've had my car in this shop several times . My experience has always been Fast efficient quality work and they take care their customers not just before they fix your car but more importantly after too. If you need a repair just take it there you won't be disappointed!

I was amazed by how quickly Comfort Auto & Body replaced my windshield. I got a call about two hours after I brought my car on that it was complete. The staff is friendly and they did an excellent job.

Picked up my 2017 Honda CR-V. Had taken it to Ron Tonkin Honda for oil change and they said the Honda needed 2600.00 in further repairs. Took the Honda to Comfort Auto Repair with the Ron Tonkin repair invoice. After checking carefully it turns out NONE of the suggested repairs needed to be done at this time. Total cost 162.00. Avoid Ron Tonkin Honda at all cost!

Speedy. Honest. They were able to look at my car same day, quickly determine the issue was a simple fix, I thought it was my alternator, which saved me from having to spend on parts and labor. Plus they cleaned under my hood and recommended I seek further detail for rodent nesting. While I spent 4 months healing in a nursing facility, rats decided to summer in there.

They took me in when I had nobody. Get quotes from another auto repair shop before choosing. Paid $325. After the fact got quotes $70 for throttle cleaning and $72 for diagnostic. Prius shows engine light from driving over dust so you cannot rely on the light alone. Timeframe: 2/3 way through he had not seen the cylinders, spark plugs, or engine filter yet. Tech seemed a bit angry or surprised I went to Youtube to lookup codes. When I asked him to clean throttle he did. Quoted $126 throttle cleaning (tech said he had to clean twice). I ask does a person have to clean twice? S/B cleaned or not cleaned. The warning light was off. I have seen techs turn the light off and not advise any work to be done. I went to OReilly's for engine filter and Amazon for MAF filter and did the work myself. That's a BIG BILL for throttle.

I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.

From the very first call, Paul was so helpful and kind. Rather than have my 86 y/o mother take her car down for an estimate, he had me email everything. A few mimutes later, he found the parts, help arrange a rental car for her at drop off. Eight days later, her car was finished. He arranged to have the rental picked up and she drove her own car from the shop. My mom was so overjoyed. Thank you Paul so very much for being a blessing to my mom. I needed brakes fixed because they were metal on metal screeching, and they got me in and out the same day I called! Originally quoted me $600 ish, got it down to $500 because they didn’t need to do one of the services on the original quote. Best experience at a mechanic I’ve had.

The front desk manager Mark is amazing. He made me feel so comfortable. Offered me a ride home since I only had my civic which was being worked on. I did not feel pressured for the other repairs that were needed. He washed my car and vacuumed all my dogs hair out, who knows what else. Thank you Mark for the exceptional service. I will be back next month to get lubed up.

customer service was good so i gave it two stars. however i sent in a photo of a broken tail light and they quoted me $850.... lol which is an awful amount to pay for just a tail light repair. even my brother in law who was a mechanic at Mazda for 10+ years said that was a scammy price... yikes!

Just WOW! Who could have thought going to the mechanic could be a pleasant way to spend your day? I've never experienced such honesty and customer service like I did at Comfort Auto today- not at a mechanic or any other places, for that matter. They fixed my A/C, same day, for less than I thought it was going to be, gave me time and price estimates of when I might want to get my breaks changed, among other things, but pushed absolutely nothing. And to top it off THEY DETAILED MY CAR FOR FREE! I mean...whaaat? How can you ask for more? Actually to really top it off they obviously create a great and kind work environment. Every person at the garage was so friendly I felt like I was back in the South! I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on and am so grateful the place I normally go couldn't fit me in because I never would have found Comfort Auto otherwise. Thank you thank you thank you!! 💜
