Color Master Premium in Mooresville is top notch! I had my new 2025 Subaru for only a month and half when I was hit by a Mack dump truck causing over $17K worth of damage. I found these folks are certified by Subaru of America and had great reviews even though they are over an hour away from me. WOW! Was I blessed to find them! Kevin graciously kept me updated and informed through the entire process. Parts were ordered and installed in a very timely manner, considering new parts are just hitting the market. Today, I was able to bring it home! My new car looks and rides brand new, just like it should! I can’t thank the team at Color Master enough for such an expertise experience! They will be my go to folks from here on out despite the distance from where I live.

Badass!. That was the text I received from the company along with a picture of my finished bumper when they finished perfecting it. And what perfection it is. They didn't merely paint my bumper to match the body color, they masked off certain areas and painted them black to match the lower trim of the rest of the car. WOW. When I first went to the business I met Kevin (the GM) and he explained the process I could expect when I gave them my bumper. He informed me that I could receive periodic texts/updates as they worked on the bumper---not because I asked for them but just because that's how their business operates. He gave me the strong impression that my pride and joy dream car project has now become their dream car project. They really took a personal liking to making sure everything was done correctly and periodically contacted me with photos to ensure I was happy with how they were going to proceed with each step. I never expected to be this thoroughly satisfied but I am. I submitted a photo of the bumper and you can see the lower portion they painted black all the way around which ties in with the black trim of the rest of the vehicle. My eye didn't notice that painting it black would tie it in with the rest of the car....but their attention to detail picked up on it. They asked me if that's what I wanted and my response was, "oh heck yea". Foolish me for not realizing what could be achieved with a lil creativity but I'm thankful they did. Fantastic work and experience.

Color Master Premium, Collision Center provided a estimate to repair my 2015 Lexus driver side door and left front fender. We worked with USAA insurance and got approval for the repair. The repair did take a little longer to repair and the Kevin, Manager, worked to get a extension on my rental car. The entire staff went over and above to help us, When we picked the car up, my wife made the comment that it looked brand new. If I ever need any other body repairs done, I would definitely be a return customer

Vic and Kevin were wonderful. We were out of state and we totalled our car the Saturday before Easter. That evening Vic met us, and reassured us that they could handle everything. We chose Color Master Premium based on their excellent reviews and additionally a certified Subaru center. We were not disappointed. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and handled all aspects of our insurance claim. We picked up our car and couldn't be more pleased. The car looked perfect and as an added bonus several scratches unrelated to the accident were buffed out. Thank you Kevin and staff for making the entire experience a pleasurable one.

I wrecked my 2003 Chevy s10. The wreck did damage to my driver side front bumper area and hood. They fixed my truck to perfection, and it looks better now after getting fixed than it did before the wreck. The staff was very informative and available when needed. I will use this company again.

After my truck was damaged 2 weeks after I bought it and broke my heart, a friend had recommended Color Master Premium to me. I went there and got a quote and was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the professionalism of the staff, and just how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was! They worked directly with my insurance company, coordinated my rental car, and all I had to do was show up!!! When the repair was finished, my truck looked brand new!! It looked better than before it was wrecked and the attention to the little details was so appreciated! The color matched perfectly on my 2016 truck and every part lined up perfectly. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, it will be Color Masters on London Rd. in Mooresville. I highly recommend!!!!

Color Master Premium was recommended to me by my auto insurance carrier after my accident. Not only did they fix my Mercedes ML 350 but had it looking way nicer than when I bought it (second hand) when they gave it back to me. They are very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in their Craft. It's been over a year now and everything still looks/operates wonderfully. I honestly feel lucky to have this business in our area & to have had the opportunity for CMP to fix my car.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kevin and the whole staff. Somebody hit my parked car which required me to go through their insurance company for compensation for repairs and a rental car. Kevin took care of everything. He made this whole process so easy on me. I honestly couldn't be more pleased. And when I got the car back it was perfect. I am so thankful My mechanic referred me to them.
