Although I went there for an oil change the service was very good. As I waited for the vehicle to be serviced they provided coffee. The coffee was Starbucks included was milk or creme. As I went to sit down in the waiting area you have cable and there is a small fridge filled with small bottles of Poland Spring water. I really was pleasantly surprised of this place. I truly recommend it with its great customer service.

Hats off to both “Cat” and Frank at Colonial Ford Service Station! During preparation for a road trip to visit a college 3 hours away, my driver-side door started making horrible creaking noises and when I opened the driver-side window it suddenly got stuck about ¼ down. I called the Ford dealership I usually frequent, where I had bought the car and they offered me an appointment for 2 weeks away. This wouldn’t work because I was leaving that evening and a huge rainstorm was expected. On a whim, I drove into the Colonial Ford Service station and explained my dilemma and without missing a beat they signed me in, helped get the window up and were as kind and generous with their time as could be. I walked in freaking out and within an hour I was out the door with a securely closed window and information about possible future steps. They didn’t even charge me! It doesn’t get better than that in my book and I’ll be returning here instead of my usual “in-two-weeks-we-can-take-you” service place.

Horrible service. Waited for over 45 minutes for an appointment tat was made over two weeks prior. Whole wait period was about two and a half hours. Communication was extremely poor. Was scheduled for tires with studs, and they told me it was scheduled for an oil change! Uh, what??!? They couldn't find tires, and said they were not able to put studs in tires, even through two weeks prior I spoke with the parts and service department, supposedly completed actions. Stay away from this place for service, as it's terrible.

My F150 locked itself with the key fob inside the running car. This happened in a parking lot next to Colonial Ford so I went over to ask them what I should do. There were about 5 people in the Sales department when I walked in and presented my problem. A fellow I presumed to be the manager engaged with me and asked if I had FordPass set up on my phone or the door code. I had neither as I had purchased the truck used from a Kia dealership and had not had a chance to set these things up yet. His response was "you should have bought it at a Ford dealer". Fine, they couldn't help me. I went back to the parking lot and searched on my phone for "Ford emergency support" which took me to Ford's Roadside Assistance program. I entered my VIN and other info, and immediately they dispatched a tow mechanic to help get me into the vehicle, completely free of charge. Why none of the 5 sales people at Colonial could come up with this idea for me is beyond me. Incidentally, I had scheduled a service appointment at Colonial Ford to have my Cam Phasers replaced the following week. Needless to say I will be canceling that appointment and finding a Ford dealership with people who care more about trying to help potential customers instead of basically putting them down for not having bought a vehicle at their dealership. Oddly enough, a locksmith I spoke to before finding out about the Ford Roadside Assistance program told me about a recent terrible experience his family member had with Colonial Ford, and the store manager in the parking lot I was stranded in also had choice words to say about Colonial Ford. I'm actually glad this all happened, because I gained some good perspective on which dealership to avoid at all costs.

Service department seems to be all over the place. Followed all prompts to have my truck serviced on time, service team failed to follow up and delayed my service by a day forcing me out of work. Wasn’t offered a loaner. Won’t them in the future and don’t recommend to others. PS your mailbox is full service department!

Went in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Was quick and painless. Was able to get some work done in the lounge while I waited.

Would go back to again . Very clean. I forgot ny mask they gave me brand new ford mask made from the defense act. Gave me a loaner car. N went n got my car for me in the morning when it was very busy for them. True value here.

Had a very pleasant experience with service. They called when they said they were going to call and took the time to go threw my vehicle's issues and seem to be addressing them to the T. Sara at service desk was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thanks guys!!!!

I was not pleased at all! Paid for 24 point inspection with oil change and tire rotation. Fluids were never checked or topped off and air filter was dirty and they said nothing, also left grease on my door panel on driver side, will not go back!

If I could give them less than 0 stars I would! Unethical is the nicest thing I can say. To begin with, we arrived for our 8 am appointment and no one greeted us, not 1 person said good morning or how can I help you. Eventually we went to someone who rudely told us to leave our car with the valet outside. We dropped our car off to have factory airbags replaced on a recall. Dropped our car off with a full tank of gas & picked it up with 1/2 a tank and 75 additional miles added. Despite several calls during the day no one called us back & kept the car overnight. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

Love, love, love this place. I will not allow any auto shop, except Colonial Ford Service, to touch my car! I've been bringing my Ford Fiesta here for 6 years -- they're professional, detailed, super friendly, accommodating, easy to schedule (online or over the phone) and fast! They've handled EVERYTHING for me: mice nests in the front hood, new tires, brakes, routine check-ups, storm damage, etc. Car is in such great shape people can't believe it's 6 years old (and has been across the country twice)! Sarah P. is the best service advisor I've ever dealt with and their amazing receptionist accommodates me every time I call. They have a great advantage rewards program w/special offers AND it gives you $$ back towards future services. THANK YOU GUYS!!! AAA+++

Terrible terrible terrible service ! Truck had a recall and the receptionist in the service department was rude and hung up the phone on me. Wouldn't recommend this place Ronny worst enemy, After buying a brand new truck there and doing all my service work with them for 3 years this is the treatment you get from customer service, spoke to the manager and he said "I'll make a note of it" . If I could give them -1 star I would

What a service department. Valet parking! TV. Coffee from Starbucks. My car was done for oil change, brakes checked, tire rotation. Some other things checked. NO charge. Can't beat that service. 30,000 miles and still meaty brake pads. Thank you Colonial.

To this date I have not had a good experience with them. There is an underlying lack of professionalism in this company. I have done service there only because of warranty issues but now that I am out of warranty I probably wont go back. Today I was quoted a price for my brakes and I agreed to it. Later in the afternoon they called me with additional work that needed to be done and gave me a total. I said OK not thinking and waited a few minutes and called back. I got an answering machine and asked for a call back before the work would be done. No call. so I called back and was told that the brake price was per axle. I said I was told it was that much for the brakes not per axle he said well yeah I might not have said that but we will try to help you out. Maybe I can get you like a hundred off of the whole job or something he said, I said no thats OK don't do the brakes. He said sorry they are already done. You already authorized that. I authorized half that yes!!! Frustrated. I guess Ill go somewhere else for now on.
