ZERP stars recommended. Dropped my car off to get looked at early in the morning. Came back from work hours later and car was still in same spot. They told me it was an electrical problem and my car hadn’t even been touched so they just made it up. Older guy that works there, the only person with good customer service. They use to be a good shop but over the years they fell off tremendously

Excellent place. I own multiple cars, I've been taking them Columbia Auto Repair for as long as I can remember, mechanic know what they're doing, staff is very nice, can't say enough good things about them. Reasonable prices and trustworthy.

If I could give zero star to this business, I would. I took my car to the workshop on Monday 07/12/2021 to have a sensor replaced. When I went to pick up the car, a few minutes after driving, the check engine light came on. ; so I returned to the workshop to see what had happened, and asked them to give me the part that supposedly had changed. When I got home, I checked the car and realized that no parts had been changed. The next day I took the car to the dealer, where they told me that the Columbia Auto Repair had not changed any parts. So I had to pay the dealer for parts and maintenance, because the Columbia Auto Repair shop stole the sensor that I brought to them which cost me almost $600. I went to the workshop to report it and obviously they deny it. Beware! Don’t go there.

I recommend all and everybody to come to Columbia Auto repair if your ever having car problems, I've been going to these guys for more than 15yrs now and there always on point! My family and friends now go to see them when there ever having car problems, and they won't charge for looking @ it! They'll tell you you what's wrong with it, and so on... There real good @ what they do, and that's fixing cars! Thx Columbia Auto repair, keep up the good work! 👍

This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been too. They work on your car right away with no hesitation and the costs are low and reasonable. Mrs. Blanca runs the place and is very nice, very organized and calls/texts to keep you updated on your vehicle while repairs are being done. HUGE thumbs up...

This repair shop does not know how reprogram engine light. They have an outed scanner. They will tell you it an electronic problem.

Took my 2002 Chevy Tahoe and had leaking problems on engine I got warranty for one year till this day I still have to go back to see what's the issue of it leaking again every 3 months I have to take my vehicle back do not recommend this shop at all I spent almost $900 on a problem that was not solved and still have to take my vehicle back

Blanca and the staff are amazing. Can't thank them enough for helping me out. Suggested a towing company that responded quickly and had a great price gto begin, then walked me through the diagnostics and settled with a extremely fair price for the work done. And .5 miles away... 100% have earned my business moving forward, I would strongly suggest giving them a call if in need.

This is a tiny shop but the mechanic seems to be honest and fair. It may take a few days to get to your vehicle, but I believe he does a good job.
