I was amazed at the work they did for half the price on what other places would have charged me around the Denton area. My needs for this fix were mainly to get the frame straight enough to have the hood be secured when closing and having the bumper to be aligned. Im not too picky with cosmetics, especially for an old 2005 Nissan Sentra. Was super happy with the work done and glad they understood what I was looking for when I went to drop off my vehicle. I also love their integrity. When I went to pay and pick up my car, I dropped my card and later was informed that by the gentleman that was helping me that I have dropped my card and he was keeping it secured for me. Went to pick up my card and thanked them again for being amazing.

Great place. These guys were super nice and quick. Dropped my car off Thursday, and it’s was ready the following Monday! Fair price. They offered to buff my headlights at no additional cost. I noticed they dusted the inside of my dash too which was nice also. Happy to have my car back!!

I took my 2022 tesla to collisionmaster for repairs they did an outstanding job and most of all they took a repair time that was supposed to be two months and they got it done in two weeks They got it repaired for less than half the cost that Tesla would have done it for they took it in on the same day that they wrote the estimate not any auto body shop would have taken Teslas in especially the same day that they wrote the estimate on outstanding job, great family owned business Thanks, Bobby. I would recommend this business to anybody

Brought in my 2024 Kia Sportage with fender benders on front and rear. Since my car's a 2024 model, acquiring parts is a challenge that could easily stretch the repair time to about 2-3 months. Yet, they did their best to speed up the process and got it done within 4 weeks. Bobby kept me posted with transparency and kindness. Best of all, they helped me on the deductible! Saying that I'm satisfied would be an understatement, as they went beyond my expectations to get my car restored.

Great experience. I brought my car in on a Thursday and based on what they told me I expected it back the next week sometime, which was still pretty quick. They got it done in 2 days and I picked it up on Saturday. They worked with me the whole time to stay within my budget and still did a great job. Also communicated with me the whole time so I always knew what was going on. End result was great.

Very impressive service!! Had a small accident with my 2018 Yukon XL pulling into the garage and was going to take care of the cost outside of insurance. They were my fourth quote and was impressed with the response. They were not the lowest or the highest but I felt the quote was most reasonable. I got the quote on a Wednesday and decided to move forward with the repair and delivered the vehicle for repair the very next Monday afternoon and then got a call to pick it up on Thursday. Everyone was friendly, efficient and communicative. I would highly recommend this company.

I am Canadian and was working in Texas. I got hit in a parking lot in Denton, TX on my way back up to Canada. My vehicle was not drivable at the scene and it was a very uneasy situation as it was my first time involved in an accident and in another country. A worker from Collision Masters happened to drive by the accident and offered help. From that point I worked with Collision masters to get my car fixed. They were amazing to deal with and extremely professional. They helped get my vehicle to the shop and even helped me get my rental car sorted with a driver to pick me up. They are family owned and everyone I had to deal with were very accommodating and helpful. My car got fixed at Collison master while I was in Canada and organizing to come pick up my car was so efficient! They did the repairs and provided great service! It was overall a quick repair time and were very honest. They coordinated with my insurance advisor and provided updates on when it will be ready so I could coordinate a flight down to pick it up. This has been one of the best experiences I have had working with an Autobody shop! I highly recommend anybody to bring their vehicle to Collision Masters! Great family and workers.

Hello, To all Denton County Residents by far the Best Collision Repair I've been to in a long time. I was very skeptical at first, I'm very picky when it comes to my Truck. I had a collision this morning and the driver's side front fender came off completely. I was worried about going thru the hassle of calling insurance, taking a rental, keeping the car at a collision shop for weeks, following up on progress etc. I need my car to go to work. I called Collision Master and spoke to Bobby (it was already 5 pm on a Saturday). He asked me to come over for him to take a look at the situation. Once I told him that all I wanted was for the fender to be pushed in place securely and that I wasn't looking for factory perfect fit, his boys got to work and screwed up the fender in 40 mins and buffed all the color best they could. I was so pleased that I saved myself weeks of hassle that I could almost cry. Thank you Bobby, God bless you and God bless your shop.

Bobby helped me out and fixed up my car in far less time ( about 2 weeks ) and with far less costs than quotes from other shops. He really cares and will help you out when you are down! Wouldn't do business with anyone else than this guy.

Called earlier this week to get my bumper fixed after a tire blew off a semi truck and cracked my bumper. They were willing to see me right away. Pricing so much better than any of the well known places. Had my car in and out a lot faster than originally expected but care & good service went into my car. Would definitely recommend to others & will be going back if ever needed again.

They were amazing when dealing with 2 different insurance companies to fix the body damage! The whole experience was pretty stress free and they went above and beyond to get everything covered so we had no out of pocket! Our vehicle was fixed so fast and they communicated with us the whole time. Would recommend to anyone needing body work.
