If I could rate it in the negatives I would. Completely scratched my 2025 king ranch and then decided it was no problem and left it in the middle of Waterloo. They won’t answer my calls or emails. They will be hearing from lawyers . Thanks for the future paint job.

With my car getting extremely dented from the hail storm, they did a great job restoring it!! They were efficient and made the process super easy! I’m sure glad I was referred to them. I’m hoping I never need them again but I’ll definitely know where to go if I do.

DENNIS, That’s his name. I just had a breakdown on the side of the highway and I suffer from extreme anxiety. The second I called my mechanic (Tony) I was instantly assured that help would be on the way. Less that 30 minutes later “Collin’s Collision Repair” pulled in and hooked my car up. Dennis approached me very respectfully and asked did I have a way home. Being that my 1 and only ride was 3 hours away he assured me that he could assist me. Dennis is very respectful, quick , and friendly. He towed my car and helped me get home. I thank you so much for going out of your way to help me during this tough time. I called them and explained my tailgate was broken. They told me to drop by anytime. My husband brought the truck in, they immediately took it back, worked on it, and within 15 minutes it was repaired! I thought I’d have to buy a new tailgate and I’m happy they didn’t try to upsell me. Overall, SO incredibly happy with every aspect of their business— from the call, the in-person interaction, quickly jumping to the task at hand, and quality work. Thank you so much!

We visited Collins Collision Repair after they were recommended to us by a local repair shop. I had bought a used car for my son and it had a loose back panel that I was worried could eventually come off. They knew this car was for a 16 year old boy and so they came up with a super easy fix. Spent about 45 minutes on it and didn’t even want to me. So many “easy” fixes cost an arm and a leg these days, so I was thrilled that Collins found a solution that totally worked. I will absolutely remember them for any future needs I have. Great customer service and awesome people to work with. Just make sure when you pull into the complex to find them, you keep driving until you see Collins. Several other auto body places around them, so don’t get distracted by one of the others!

Excellent customer service every step of the way. We hit 2 deer on I-35. Had to be towed at 2:30 in the morning. The started on our vehicle about a day later, working well with our insurance the entire time. Highly recommended them.

I’ve been a customer for their body shop and wrecker service. Their body shop repaired the lift gate on my van after someone backed into it. They provided estimates for a new and used lift gate and were extremely helpful. I’ve used their wrecker service for various reasons and the drivers are professional, helpful, and fair with pricing. I used them today to tow my truck into the shop for a new Turbo and they were timely and the most fair price around. They’ll continue to get my business as long as I live in the area.

This is the worst place to deal with. I would find any other shop. Took 6 months to repair my car, and they did a shady job. Had a scratch on the fresh paint, did not repair my wheel (which insurance paid them for) and cut corners on the paint job. Couple weeks later airbag light, check engine light, and coolant light came on. Once again took no responsibility and I had to take it to the dealership. This is the crazy part, so much fraud. The dealership found a lot of part that insurance paid for that were never replaced and found parts that were STAPLED together. INSURANCE FRAUD!! Super shady! The list goes on and on. STAY AWAY!!!!

During the chaos of the hailstorm, I was provided such ease and comfort with constant communication regarding the hail damage repairs that were done here. I was treated with respect and care along with answers to all the questions I had. They were prompt on working with me and on my car to get repaired as well as handling the communication with my insurance company. Not only that, when it was all said and done, they delivered my car to my residence with the final paperwork. I highly recommend them and everyone worked together with great customer service and care!

Today my co-worker's car died on her, she has AAA, who said it would be 2 hours for them to get to her. Because she was stalled in a turn lane, the Edmond Police called Collins. Dennis was very nice and extremely helpful. He made sure her car was delivered to her parent's property and even lowered/waived the price of the tow. It is good to know that God has angels in disguise helping those in distress. Thank you, Dennis, for taking good care of my friend.
