I have been going to Collins Auto Care for roughly 15 years now. They are the ONLY place I trust with my vehicles. Tim is fantastic! I trust him to tell me the truth. Very trustworthy company. Mike, the owner, is awesome! Jonathan and Amanda are always super helpful and friendly. They keep you updated every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for all of my auto repair needs. They treat you like family.

Started coming to collins when the dealer and other dealerships could not diagnose my issues. Collins is always professional, not overpriced, and give you honest feedback. They don't try to sell you on extra things you don't need. I will definitely be returning for oil changes on the regular basis!

These guys have a customer for life! We drive here from New Caney because this shop is so good. I could tell you about their service, which is the best I’ve ever experienced. I could tell you their pricing is absolutely reasonable, especially considering that they keep their staff updated on all the new technologies and processes. I could tell you that they do good work all backed up with follow-ups and detailed records. But let me instead tell you about my first experience with them back in 2016. After another shop told me I needed my engine replaced after spending 1k. A good friend referred me to Collins. They found my eligible to have my engine replaced by the manufacturer and in the process saved me thousands.

Battery was not charging, fortunately my battery was still under warranty. Just paid for labor, removing and installing new battery. Had both lower control arms replaced and front engine mount replaced. My vehicle was ready when I was quoted, I was planning on picking it up the next day (Saturday) but was told business would not be open on the weekend. So far all is going well.

They are truly a blessing told me everything that was wrong with my car. I am so glad I came to visit. Good customer service, Knowledgeable, and very patient, helpful, great atmosphere... These guys are truly the best, I have never trusted an auto shop more in my life. They are always nice, very communicative, and really take the time to explain what’s happening with your car. I put a ton of miles on my car between delivery jobs and road trips, but I always bring my car to these guys if something’s up. I’m usually also on a tight budget and they’ve always been amazing about working within my means, and I never feel as though I’m being overly upsold. If you live in the area, they have a shuttle to take you back home or to work, and I’ve always had a great experience with whoever’s driving. Thank you Jonathan, Dave, and the rest of the crew over there, y’all are wonderful!

After another shop up the road was unable to service my work truck I took it to Collins Auto Care. No call ahead, no appointment, just drove up and explained my situation to the staff and they welcomed me in and got my truck fixed up. Special shout out to associate Samantha who was able to take all of my company information down and get my truck in the bay without much wait at all. Everyone was friendly and professional to every customer that walked in, not just myself. Collins Auto Care has earned my respect, my trust, and my business. I'll continue to bring my vehicles here!

After having bad experiences with Mechanic shops I was a bit apprehensive but needless to say my fears easily subsided. I'm glad I found this place. Jonathan was absolutely amazing he explained the process and kept calling ti provide updates.... If you are like me skeptical let me assure you they took great care of us...

I had a great experience at Collins Auto Care. The atmosphere when you walk in the office was very inviting, friendly and professional. The mechanic inspected my vehicle and then he had me come out to show me what he found and explained what was needed and he didn't pressure me to have the work done. I recommend Collins Auto Care for you vehicle service. They are honest and as I stated, no pressure on any service for your vehicle needs.

The people there are great, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and they have the latest equipment and technology (unlike the previous company I went to). Car repairs are very stressful and expensive. Collins helps to make the process as easy as possible for their customers!

Within the last 2 weeks I’ve used Collins auto care. First it was great that they continued working hours during the holiday season. I appreciate their friendliness and atmosphere of the office. They keep you informed and the mechanic will show you things needed for service without pressuring you. Courtesy car is a plus as well. I will use again.

Got my oil changed during a hail/rainstorm. Felt safe while I waited out the storm. After the storm, Collins was nice enough to back my car into the garage so when I drove away, I wouldn’t get wet. Great service, great people.

The service Reps ensure that you understand EVERYTHING that's wrong with your vehicle, even help you prioritize what needs to be done. I’ll start with this company COLLINS AUTO gets more than a 5STAR in book , they get a100+ !!!!! It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I will start with the staff(HATS OFF) to Josh,Keaton, John,and Brian, they all are super knowledgeable, friendly, honest, patient, kind, caring, and committed to great service!!! The atmosphere is very warm and awesome. They make sure that you don’t leave with unanswered questions. Everything and everybody is excellent. I was recommended to them and I highly double highly recommend this company. I normally go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicles, but those days are no more. They have done several auto maintenance jobs for me and I have been nothing, but well pleased and satisfied. I trust and appreciate a job well done and their high-quality care, interest, and concern. They are the auto company for me and I forward to their continuous business(I’d need be)!!!!!
