***Didn’t put all 5 lugs on tire and tighten them, wheel could have come off*** I’ll lead with the headline, they aren’t detail oriented here, my wife or I could have died. I later took my car for a detail and they saw the wheel lock wasn’t on one of my wheels. Normally with there tire shops they put the other 4 lug nuts on and the wheel lock last because it tighten downs with a wheel lock key that has a different pattern. The kid they have working put it on, but didn’t tighten it down because those things aren’t meant to come off. They refunded a portion of the service fee that covered most of the cost for a new set of wheel locks. Don’t trust them to do a good job anymore.

Collett Tire Shop was great! After getting my second flat tire in two months, I stopped here, and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Unlike some of the chain shops that try to sell you on a new tire, they were honest and fixed the flat quickly for a very fair price. I’m definitely coming back here if I ever have another flat!

Respectfully - I have been here before & the service was good. When I returned the Manager/younger guy who runs the register lacks customer service when it comes to honesty. This place seems like a scam for a sale. I was sold bad used tires, then the manager tried to flip it on me using sarcasm and placing the bad sale on me, instead of being a good businessman and helping a customer and being UNDERSTANDING. UPDATE - I'm out of about $493.54 for buying 5 tires within a week time frame: September 14th, 2024 - $220 At Collett Tire Shop (I purchased 4 used tires but was told they were new) October 1, 2024 - $48.00 At Collett Tire Shop (I purchased 1 used tire due to an impact bubble that the discount tire noticed and told me to take it back to Collett Tire Shop, and was advised by the manager discount was just trying to get me to buy a new tire.) October 21, 2024 - $225.54 I had to get 2 NEW tires at Discount Tire. Discount tires do last! SEE PHOTOS FOR PROOF OF RECEIPTS AND TRANSACTION PURCHASES. I agree with the comments - You might as well go to a big company that has WARRANTY. I do support small businesses but I feel like I got ripped off being a woman. I don't think this will happen to a man but be careful and keep all receipts.

I previously had a good experience here. Came in same day to replace my tires and they were super helpful. I did end up getting two used tires from them assuming they were good tires. In three months, one of them started slowly deflating and was not able to be fixed and/or patched. I was told I needed a new tire. I thought I paid for a warranty but it was only for 30 days and lucky for them it took 3 months for the tire to go bad. They charged me $160 for a new tire to be placed with no discount. Poor customer service in my opinion since they are the ones who placed the bad tire on my vehicle in the first place. I understand there is a risk with purchasing used tires but I did expect them to place good and functioning used tires on my vehicle. They took no accountability what so ever for the bad tired that was placed previously. Not helpful during this process. Would not recommend this place again. Very frustrating.

My fiance had purchased tires from here previously. They were 2 used tires. After about 3 months one of them continually would run low after a week or so. I went to discount tires to have it patched and they said the tire was not able to be fixed. I went back to the place she purchased hoping they would be more reliable and honest. They ended up checking the tire and said they could not patch it as there was already a patch job done on it. We had no choice but to buy a brand new tire. I was disappointed to find they did not offer a courtesy reduction of cost as it was barley 3 months since they put this "used" tire on. My fiance is a nurse and has a long commute everyday for work so it does not make me feel great that they would put bad tires on her car. We all know the term "used" comes with some wear and tear but the fact this tire was already in rough shape when they sold it to her was a shame. Shame they did not care about customer service or doing the right thing by offering any form of courtesy for selling a faulty tire to begin with. If you want reliable customer service or a place you can trust, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND spending your money here. Shame to because id rather support smaller local business but seems they are no better then the big time companies that rip you off.

Found a nail in my tire today, was losing air. Discount tire told me I need 4 new tires. Showed up at Collett no appointment (Friday 5:30pm btw). Ray, the employee that helped me, jacked up my car, took the tire off, and had it patched for $15 in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Was there in total for less than 10 minutes.

The high rating is accurate. It was my first time here and got excellent service. Had a nail on my tire and just needed a patch. I was in and out in about 15 mins. It was for a Tesla model 3. I had my own pucks for the jacks but they were still very understanding to care for the battery.

Took my 2001 Chevy blazer up here to get an alternator/ starter / serpentine belt and belt tensioner replaced. They were able to knock it out super fast, and at a more than reasonable price. I dealt with Mr victor the whole time, he kept me updated the whole time too. Will definitely use them again!!!!!

Had to get my alternator replaced and removed and the workers there were able to replace it very quickly! Victor and Chris were especially kind and will definitely come back with any future repairs. Definitely recommend this shop!

If you know what it's like to have that "Chick-fil-A" or "Discount Tires" customer service, you'll definitely experience that here. They're always so eager to assist every time I visit. Man if you need excellent service, Victor and staff will make it happen. I brought my my vehicle in and the turn around time for parts and completed work was done in just a few days. Was scrambling to find a good shop to fix my car. I had taken it to my normal shop a few weeks prior to be told they couldn’t find a problem- my starter, alternator & battery were all good. 2 weeks later my car was dead. A friend recommended this shop and I’m so grateful they did. Victor was very kind & they had my car good to go with a new starter in less the 3 hours! Fairly priced and honest workers. Will be coming back- I highly recommend this shop.
