This will be a long winded review, but it is necessary to paint a clear picture of the irresponsible actions of this shop. As a preface, on the rear of my car I run 12mm spacers to have a correct wheel offset and properly fitting lugs and lug nuts. In September, there was an attempt made to steal the wheels off of my car - luckily the safety lugs had foiled this attempt but all of the other lugs were loose (and one even missing) and for that reason I had my car towed to this nearby shop. I paid $40 dollars for them to take a look at the wheels, torque all of the lugs to spec, and do my state inspection - it should be noted that they messed up the state inspection by recording the mileage in kilometers, which was not a big deal since I luckily caught it in time before leaving. Today, five months later, I took my car to NTB not a quarter mile away from this shop to replace the tires. When they took off the rears, they discovered and immediately brought to my attention that both of the spacers had been installed on once side. This damaged the spacers and was incredibly unsafe to drive (thankfully nothing mechanically failed in the past five months). I installed the spacers myself several months prior to coming to this shop, and no one has touched them since other than Coit Auto Center and NTB. This brought me to the conclusion that when I asked Coit Auto Center to work on my car, they had made this mistake. Directly after leaving NTB, I went to Coit Auto Center to bring this to the attention of the manager and seek resolution and compensation for the poor service and danger I had been put in. I asked for $70: the price of the service plus the price of replacement spacers. It was not about the money - I had just spent over 10x that on new tires down the road - but about the principle. When I talked to the manager, he took no responsibility and attempted to shift the blame away. He claimed that someone else like the would-be wheel thieves must have done this and that since I had just asked his shop to torque my wheels down and restore my car to safe driving condition they would not have even had a reason to remove the wheels and access the spacers. While one the surface this is a reasonable argument, it does not take long to realize that it is not even possible to correctly install and torque the wheels with both spacers on one side. It would take an act of mechanical incompetence to do so and then inspect the car without noticing anything wrong. Due to this incompetence and subsequent lack of responsibility, I would not let this shop touch my car again and cannot recommend that anyone else does either.

I recently was having problems with my belts screeching making a really loud noise and my power steering intermittently causing my steering wheel to lock up. My mechanic that I normally use lives way over in North Richland hills so it was entirely too far of a drive and I felt uneasy driving my car over with this issue. I discovered quite Auto center not only were they professional, understanding, but they were extremely reasonable offered a $95 diagnostic and included it in the cost of the job. I also got a replacement tire. Turns out all that was needed was some tightening of the belts and the new tire installed. It only cost me $130 total. Now my car drives like it's new and I don't stress or get embarrassed anymore whenever I power up my car. I'm going to bring my car back to them to have them service it again very soon. I highly recommend these guys in the far North Dallas area.

***Don't trust these people.*** They only care about money and nothing else. I went today to get my car checked because there was smoke from the engine. They didn't even check the car properly. They told me I had to change the coolant circuit, costing $600. When I went to another mechanic, he told me the temperature sensor had come out, and the coolant was leaking. Which costed me $50.

Comparatively cheaper and affordable from other places! Staff are very friendly and show empathy towards customer needs, time and budget! Seating area is good to pass time except no vending machine for ☕.

I had an oil change a little over a month ago, today my car broke down, guess what there was no oil in my car and the bit of oil in it was water like fluid! Save your money and go to a profesional this is absurd and because of these rats I’m left without a car! I was told all the filters where going to be changed and they weren’t this is a total rip off plus messed up my car! SO PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE these people swap out the oil you provide with for something cheaper or even used!!!!! DONT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!!!!
