Edit 1/14/25 Months later, and multiple emails and calls later. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Not one phone call from a manager, nor an email. I reached out to the BBB, and nothing that route either. Please don't give these people a penny, they don't deserve it. I am beyond upset. I came here, and had nothing but disrespect, and the 39.00 wash i paid for was TRASH. When the guy wiping off said it was done, I asked him to get a manager. He squared up to me as to try and fight me, and said " You go in and get him " I should have known better as to come here again. Not one window was cleaned inside. The outside is still filthy. Then, " Michelle " the GM was just as disrespectful as everyone else. This is 100 percent unacceptable. If you people don't want to do your job, then WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

EDIT: So, I see the company replied. Kudos for that. However, based on their comment, I'm guessing they only reacted to the star count and not my dialog. To be clear, the job, for the cost, was disappointing. Minus 1 star for their flubbed reply. I treat my shop truck to 2 better-than-DIY washes/year. Usually I come here. Usually I get whatever their second-to-the-top wash is. This time around, it cost $37. No big deal since it's a "treat." Maybe I came at too-busy a time. I don't know. My truck was completely dry by the time the end-of-line attendants got to it. So, there were hard water spots on the windshield which I didn't notice until I was well down the road. I did call out a large dirt scuff inside my driver's door which hadn't been wiped off. It wasn't until I was miles away before I noticed that my rims were still kinda dirty and the interior hadn't really been all that well vacuumed. I guess one of my workers likes peanuts. For the $, I expected more. The staff were all super polite and working hard. Next time, I'll pay closer attention. I'm certain the QC person at the finish line would have taken care of the details.

Best car wash location is this one in Bell Road. People are taking time to clean the in and out of your car. I always come here even thought the Frank Lloyd location is closer to me.

I came in and purchased a full service wash that cost almost $40 or $50 posting receipt now for a guy with Jerry curls and a red shirt tried to cover up for the blonde girl who was working and messing around with the boy with the highlights in his hair When they knocked down my mirror, then the mirror doesn’t go to it and he’s not a mirror wizard and he’s not claiming that they then call another guy with a tattoo on his leg didn’t catch his name just so rude well they were all trying to speak in Spanish like I did them It’s crazy to me. All I needed for them to fix my mirror and put it back on correctly after she broke it while playing in the car with the highlights. This is the kind of business you run I will never ever return to this location or use cobblestone ever again mind you we’re here almost 4 to 5 times out of the week , I hope someone reaches out to me because this was just so unprofessional and uncanny

I stop in (& paid) to get car washed / vacummed / interior wiped down. All that was done was ran through machine and dried. Brake dust still on wheels, surfaces still have normal dust on them, nothing vacuumed, but 15-minutes gone and my mirrors are bumped & radio station changed, so there's that. Even if I had time to go back through, why is it on the consumer to have to go back and request it be done right? No 'Quality Control' despite the red shirts, gotta find time on the weekend and go to a different location, where there's a slightly better than 50/50 chance it'll be done mostly right (I ALWAYS need to ask that the wheels get just wiped down to get rid of road & brake dust).

I was very disappointed with the customer service in the full service area this last time. when I drove up, no one acknowledged I was even there. The young men that help you were more interested in what each other were eating for breakfast than helping me. I would have appreciated a little more professionalism at a place of business.

The car wash itself is good. The concept of offering micro fiber towels brought a whole new approach to the car wash industry. But beware, if they damage your car like they Damaged my 6 month old Subaru Ascent, you are out of luck. They admitted fault and said they would fix it. Then for weeks kept making excuses on why they haven't set up the repair with a shop. After weeks, they said, we won't fix it but give you some free detailing. After talking to 3 body shops about this, they all said Cobble Stone is notorious for their approach in handling damaged cars. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend them, in fact I could suggest talking to a body repair place and get recommendations based on good customer service in situations like this. Five years ago I wrote a positive post. Today Sept 9 2024 I was highly disappointed. My drivers side mirror mount was broken either by the wash belts or the finish line washers moving it back into place. My side mirror now jiggles and the pivoting mount is stripped. I spoke to the manager on site. He said because it’s 15 years or older they won’t do anything about the damage. My 08 4Runner is in excellent condition. We take 3 cars and have spent thousands over the years. You’d think they might reconsider.

I have been going to this car wash for quite some time, but was disappointed Today by being disrespected by a young male employee there. The staff that cleans the vehicle after it goes through the wash is always pleasant and friendly, but this experience today will prompt me to go to Jackson’s car wash in the future.

I love bringing my car to this location! The manager Michel is always super friendly and running around checking cars and Marcos in the tunnel is wonderful and attentive! He always smiling and makes sure I get extra freshener just how I like. :) The guys here always look like they’re having a good time laughing and talking even when it’s busy. By far the best cobblestone and worth the drive out of my way to get great service.

I love coming to this place all the time Alberto and his team in the detail always do a great job in my car. But this Sunday I had to go thru the express wish I don't do much n on the end of the tunnel I witness en arguments wish I feel like no customer should witness a short lady was yelling at the guy that always dose my detail alberto, I honestly think that the head manager should pay more attention cuz us as customers shouldn't be seeing this kind of things .

I purchased a three month Basic Unlimited Car Wash Package. You drive your car through the machine. It seemed like a decent deal and would pay for itself after three washings. My car had a little bird poop, dust, and the usual bug gunk, nothing unusual. No mud. I drove through the first day, and the car was still dirty. Some of the bird poop had come off. I didn't check until I got home. I went back the next day and drove through. No difference. I went to their "Contact Us" page on the website. It would not accept the bar code on my car as valid. I tried three times. Finally, I submitted my issue without the bar code. I, as of yet, have not heard back. So today, I went back. I drove through, no change. I spoke to the manager, who told me I could either pull up to a bay and rewash it by hand myself or pay for a hand washing. I told him his car wash was not washing well. His reply was, "It is just a machine." If a car wash doesn't clean your car, what is it supposed to do? I am very unsatisfied with both the quality of the service and the customer service.

I went in to get some energy drinks but I could not find the ones I wanted which is fine, as I was checking out she offered to check the back for me and when she emerged it was with a whole case! Thank you so very much Leanne. Whatever you guys pay her it needs to double cause she dug through that back room for me!

This car wash has been charging my card for 1 year after I’ve sent 6 request online to cancel. They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships. Ive been a different state for over a year and tried every way and called every number to cancel. This is the ultimate scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only way to get rid of them now is to close my account. This is just ridiculous. Wish I could give 0stars. Not worth the 1 I gave.

Update 3/9/24 Do you know the quote “The Straw That Breaks the Camel’s Back?” Let me define it for you. The idiom "the straw that broke the camel's back" means that a minor action or event is the last in a series of bad things that cause a sudden and significant reaction. It's often used to describe a situation where someone can no longer tolerate a problem that has been worsening over time. First, I am a member, so I get my car washed every Monday, and it has become such a hassle to let them know that I’m not interested in additional services and sales. They try to pressure you. Learn my face; I am not interested. Next, I go in to get some hot chocolate. Yes, I know it is 190 degrees in the middle of the summer, but I love it, and the machine never works. But lastly, I asked for the Arizona lottery, and I mistakenly said the Pick instead of the mega millions, which is at 800 million, which, of course, is what you want to spend your money on today. She should have asked me if I was confident with my request. Be more aware. Geez, anyway, she printed the ticket before I realized my mistake. When I asked her to correct it, she told me I had to pay for it and that she couldn’t refund it. That is a blatant lie; she did not want to be bothered. Back broken! She was initially annoyed that I came to the counter with a drink to get change to tip the workers cleaning my car. Then I asked for the lottery, and she sighed. Seriously, sweetie, we are the reason you have a job. So when I went to the counter to cancel my membership, she told me to hold on and that she would get me the card. Wow! The young blonde proceeded to help me. I have been coming here since the day they opened. Through ups and downs, terrible washes, and employees, but today did me in. It wasn’t about the 10.00 spent on the ticket; it was the lie and the blatant disregard for customer service. You can see my past reviews. It’s documented. Goodbye, Cobblestone. I have a monthly pass; it is close by. That concludes my positive list. I've been coming here for 25-plus years. Only a handful of times has it met my satisfaction for cleaning. My husband and I come here every Monday morning. We let them clean it, then head to the vacuum and clean it ourselves. I do have my dogs in my car every day, so yes there is hair that gets stuck. Anyway, I might have high expectations. Some say I'm a glutton for punishment, maybe I'm just in my comfort zone. To each is own. 3.5 stars for now.

I will never do this here again. I purchased a membership the next day I came in so that I could get a car wash however, the car wash Manager, Jay or Jake or whatever his name is took my fuse out of my car from my radio when I requested my back, they told me I had to come back the next day to speak with the GM to file the report when I actually knew that one of them had my fuse. Furthermore, the way that I hooked it up in my system, you would purposely have to take the fuse out and the wire and that’s what happened and they were trying to convince me that it was an aftermarket stereo as if I didn’t wire my own stereo, which is a stock Stereo neither here nor there all I’m talking about is the fact that I didn’t even get the opportunity to use the membership that I paid for which is for two vehicles I get my fuse taken out of my vehicle and then treated as if I’m just tripping for no reason the police get called. I get threatened to get trespassed threatened to cancel out my membership even though I don’t want it anymore at this time oh my God cool you can cancel it. just give me my money back, cause I haven’t even had it for a day over a day But that’s neither here nor there. I just want my money back and clearly they’re playing games if I could tell anyone anything about this place it’s that they definitely pick and choose who it is. They want to service. The service is so ridiculous that my vehicle didn’t even get washed. It didn’t get detailed anything, but they still managed to take my fuse out of the vehicle. As soon as the cops get there what do you know my fuse is on the floor in my car, if I could share the video I would.

Every time I come to this car wash I get denied access due to my truck being “to dirty for there car wash”. This time around they denied me access because of the debris in the bed of my truck(photo below). What’s the point of taking my truck to a car wash if it can’t be the slightest bit of dirty. I’ll take my membership and my fleet of trucks to Superstar. They need new staff here.

Yesterday I was given permission from the manager on duty to leave my truck at this location because it had broke down and I needed to go get help. When I got my help together and I called up there just to be sure I was informed that the manager above her had it towed by quicktow I definatly didn't need this added expense while already dealing with my vehicle being broke down. I am going this morning to try and straighten this out will update. UPDATE.... when I arrived at the tow yard I tried to call the manager that had given permission for the truck to be parked there and instead was connected to Jay which turns out to be the man that authorized my vehicle to be towed he was very unprofessional and very callus, I got no where ended up having to wait until Monday to get my truck out cost me hundreds of dollars.

Alberto and everyone there is great! I took my 2012 Jeep Liberty there. The paint was badly oxidized when I brought it to them. And I had made it worse by putting a sealant over it. They worked for a solid day and a half to polish the paint as best they could and put a sealant on it. They made the headlights look almost new. (He said they spent 4 hours on the headlights!!!) They detailed the inside (even though I hadn't paid for that). They polished the wheels (even though I hadn't paid for that). I will definitely keep coming back here!

Brought our brand new 2024 Van and asked for Platinum Month Unlimited plan. He asked do you want floor matts cleaned and cleaned? Yes how much $20 more ok do you want dash and come console wiped? Yes $110 no thanks just the $52 Unlimited and floor matts for $20. He has is messing around entering different stuff and finally says $91.50 total. I have him card and got receipt for $91.50. Problem is there is an additional charge that was not told. Another $52. Called and spent 20 mins on phone and phone waiting for manager who never came. They took phone number and said he would call but never did. Today 5 days later manager says there isn’t anything he can do . I am 10 months into a 12 month prognosis and have maybe couple months that live. This place is nothing more than a rip off joint

I have to give credit to the manager Billy. We all know that some of these facilities are hard to confirm if you get your car washed correctly or not this particular incident I politely explained that my car was not done. The manager overheard me and quickly remedied the vehicle by running it through the wash again, and completing the process himself. The car looked amazing. He was very polite and very sweet and very, very respectful. I never point things out like this because they do a really good job in the first place however, this particular situation the car was definitely not clean and definitely need to be vacuumed and clean one more time. It looked like they didn’t even do it, and he clearly saw that. The facility is decent. The vacuums are really good. There is a mat cleaner that I’ve never used before and it seems to work really well. Everybody inside is very polite and sweet. I highly recommend using this car wash and also saying hi to Billy.

This location has the worst customer service. Looks like they are always tired and mad. Besides they charged some else membership on my card I was getting charged twice a month for someone else luxury car with a higher membership and I had to go like 4 times to address the situation. they always told me the manager was going to call me cause they couldn’t do anything and I never got the call until I sent an email through their website and someone emailed back and they removed that membership from my Credit Card and refunded the past charges. I didn’t need the extra stress they did put me through dealing with these issue.

Edit: I have no interest in discussing with ownership regarding their employees' conduct. Clearly, this is a tactic pushed by the company.
