Recently I had an oil change and car wash. Not only did Lydia and Cherie do an outstanding job but were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lydia went above and beyond to help me an I cannot thank her enough. Will only be getting oil changes from these two going forward.

Cherie & Aaron were very nice to work with today and did a great job explaining & walking me through my oil change. Met Sam yesterday when I got my car washed & he was very thorough answering all my questions about oil change services so I came back. Can watch them service on monitors in waiting area if you like. Excellent, friendly, personable staff always - well run Signal Butte/Baseline location. Nice & clean facility with Farmer Bros. Coffee ❤️ available to purchase inside. Comfortable & clean waiting area in their convenience store. 👍 Veteran Friendly 🇺🇸

I came for an oil change and as usual Cherie was amazing ! She’s very friendly, and helpful. She always makes sure to assist me on what I need. Today Aaron helped her as well he was very fast and accurate on what he was doing! Overall very pleased with my experience thanks to these two wonderful people !

Just left the southern & higley location. This used to be my favorite cobblestone location but this is the second time that service was terrible. I asked for the ultimate wash. They did not vacuum, did not dust, didn’t touch the door jam, and more. Never again

I had an oil change done today at this location and Lydia and Cherie made the experience so quick and easy. These two are so funny and kind. This already had been one of my favorite locations but they sealed the deal on that one. I will for sure be back and hopefully on a day they work!

Went to the gas pump to pay for wash and get discount on gas. Second time now it ‘mysteriously’ did not go through and had to pay for both full price. People, don’t offer a good deal if you cannot provide. Cashiers are apathetic and don’t do anything to help. Will not be returning to this establishment, Higley and Southern is equally bad.

Arrived onsite. Had new sticker to be added to my windshield. Onsite personnel stated they would remove and put new sticker on. They kept my vehicle for 30 minutes removing the old sticker. They left glue on and scratched the inside of my windshield. They reinstalled new sticker crooked and off to the side. Additionally, for the amount paid they need to do a more thorough job wiping down the vehicle inside and out

I paid $40 to have my Nissan Rogue cleaned inside and out and when I was called to car there was the dried chocolate shake drips from Culver’s girl mess, side of seat wasn’t vacuumed. When I got home I checked the whole car out because I was selling it. One door not wipe off under mats not vacuumed, back hatch area not wiped down and seats not vacuumed. What exactly did my $40 pay for? This senior can’t do the cleaning and I feel I was taken advantage of and robbed if $40. Do not use this car wash, their kids are not trained to clean a car.

Came to this location because it’s closest to my home for a basic wash and left feeling like my car was barely any cleaner than when I came. There was dirt/dust dried on the exterior of my car as if the person wiping it down missed a huge spot, and the inside was barely vacuumed. I keep the inside of my car relatively clutter free except the occasional small pieces of paper trash left by others - that were still in my car when I left, which tells me they did a poor vacuum job. I had to stop at a trash can on my way out and discard the small pieces of trash they missed. My cupholders still have small particles of crumbs in them so I will need to vacuum myself. I have vouchers for more basic washes that I purchased a while back so will return to cobblestone but not this location.

Got the “premium” wash. The outside was ok, still bug guts on the windshield, dirt on the floorboards, dust on the dash still, hair on floor. When I was getting in the car I found a fake spider in the floorboard and when I handed it back to the “quality control” guy he snickered and said oh that was left in there! Then when I arrived home and went to check my mail, I discovered my mailbox key was missing from my console! I called the store to request a refund and was told a manager would call me back, 22 hours later and still no call Overall a wast of $40! I will never be back

Do NOT go here. I’ll go so far as say that it’s primarily this particular location, because I’ve been to MANY Cobblestone Car washes and been happy… but THIS one is absolute trash. I paid $40 for the “platinum” wash, and ended up washing the damn car myself anyway. They didn’t vacuum, they didn’t wipe anything in my interior down. All they did was put tire shine on. I stood there and watched them do absolutely nothing. THEN, the “quality control” person had the nerve to actually ASK me for a tip. I explained to him that I watched them do nothing in my car and he copped an attitude. I got into my car and had to still go to the self-serve area and vacuum myself, and wipe everything down myself. There were water spots and water everywhere. I highly suggest you use literally any other car wash or at least a different Cobblestone. These guys are lazy and just want your money.

Horrible job, my car was still dirty and streaked, didn’t even remove floor mats when they vacuumed or wiped down the interior. Talked to supervisor and was told, if I want a better job it needed to go to the detail shop. Will never use them again.

I cannot believe this is what I paid for. So long story short I decided to make an attempt to clean my friend's car which I am borrowing for a week but realized I need professional help. Brody helped me out with the best possible cleaning under a budget. So we came up with leather treatment and carpet cleaning and shampooing for a discounted $154. It was closer to closing time so I am assuming the boys got lazy because I literally watched this car being unattended for 20 minutes. All they did was shampoo the four rugs no vacuuming of any kind. The only vacuuming that car got was the attempt I did on it. When I tried to call them when I left to let them know what I saw when I got home they never returned my call. So I went this morning to speak to manager to rectify the situation but all I got is a manager with a 101 excuses why it looks the way it does. I asked him to compensate me for the work that was not done ans I would be happy. We agreed on half but after further reviewing their work I am beyond displeased. I have two cars I pay for memberships with this company and I am highly considering canceling them because this was unacceptable. The manager you handles the store part was way more sympathetic and understanding than the male manager I spoke to.

My car was finished. When I asked where my key fan was no one could find it. Was found 3 rows over from the one my car was in . Pulled away and water comes pouring out of my side view mirrors. Went over to the self service and sprayed with the air hose my mirrors. The back and front of my car was also left with water present. I paid for the platinum wash , feel like I got silver at best .

My rear window wasn’t dried and cleaned with glass cleaner! My cup holder wasn’t cleaned out. This is the second time that my vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

Paid for deluxe wash and #1 car was ready to quickly. Still had dirt and spots on body everywhere. I actually borrowed a towel and wiped them off. Also didn't wash back window on the inside. And didn't put in vanilla scent air freshener. I feel ripped off and will never go there again. Shifty car wash cost me almost $30.

Went in to update payment and get my car washed, The attendant was more interested in his phone than helping customers, very rude, the Manager was worse, after finally getting it washed, such a lousy job I had to go wash it again, I'm calling the corporate office in the morning. DONT USE THIS LOCATION
