Colonial Auto Service Center always is top notch in service and getting me in for service on my vehicle. Branden Tinsley helped check me in as my service manager, Ka-Tari Brown, was busy helping other customers. Once done, Ka-Tari came to check on me as well and got my vehicle in for service. Ka-Tari also noted that the technician found that one of my newer tires had damage that called for it to be replaced out of a safety concern. We were able to get a new tire ordered and put on the next day! They are super helpful, friendly, and always willing to make sure that my vehicle is safe. In this crazy world we live in anymore, I’m so thankful for them!

Just had service performed for my '21 GMC 3500. Been there a few times and have only dealt with Ka-Tari Brown. Really good guy, very responsive. Highly recommend him and all the service department.

I had a truly exceptional experience with CMA's Colonial Auto Service. I recently had some front end suspension work done on my Yukon Denali. Ka-Tari Brown and the technician team went over and above with this service experience and well exceeded my expectations. Without even have to prompt, they took care of several recalls on my vehicle during the service visit that were fairly involved. They then turned to doing the front end suspension work. When this work required some extra time to complete, the technician stayed two hours after the time the service shop closed and Ka-Tari stayed well past his shift as well. Ka-Tari was very professional and kind throughout the entire service visit. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It provides real peace of mind to know that this is the level of support available in the area as a GMC owner. A five star rating isn't enough.

I recently needed a major repair on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the extended warranty company was being very uncooperative. However, Ka-Tari Brown, my customer service representative, was amazingly helpful and advocated for my needs with the management team at Colonial. They were able to find a solution to the problem and ensure that I did not have to cover the cost of the repair as it should've been covered under the warranty. I could not have been happier with the result and appreciate the time that they took help me out.

I recently brought my Lincoln Navigator in for a lot of repairs which meant quite a few visits and interactions with the team there at Colonial. Branden Tinsley went to bat for me with my warranty company to ensure that as much of the needed work as possible would be covered. He made sure I was situated in a loaner vehicle since I teach and travel in-state during the week, and he was always willing to personally address my concerns about the condition the vehicle was in at pick up whenever I stopped by from the time we began coordinating this extended stay until the time I finally picked up my fully repaired and detailed truck. Todd Wheeler received me with calm, kindness and provided prompt reassurance and action one morning when my battery had died at home and I couldn't get out to work/in process meetings. He sent Colonial's new Repair Vehicle to my home and I was back on the road in less than an hour after I placed the call. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I was negatively impacted by some of the at times days and weeks-long delays in communication (returned calls and emails) when I'd contact the services department (recall: running diagnostics, interfacing with the warranty folks, waiting on a loaner vehicle to become available and then finally the repairing and detailing itself took many visits and weeks to coordinate and carry out). I can appreciate that they're busy folx. And I appreciate that they took the best care of me that they could with what space was available to them at the time.

Having taken my vehicle to Colonial Auto Center for an electronic problem, they quickly diagnosed the damaged wiring caused by squirrels chewing wires in the undercarriage. The repairs were done expeditiously. All the service advisors were fabulous to deal with and hats off to Ka-Tari Brown for going the extra mile to repair my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado! Absolutely the best dealership I have dealt with in many years. I will be returning as a regular customer in the future. Took my GMC Sierra in today for it's first oil change and tire rotation. I booked the appointment online as a drop off, but when I arrived at the service center I asked to wait for it instead. Branden and Ka-Tari were so accommodating and friendly. They made sure my truck was in and out quickly and kept me posted on the progress. Thank you both for all you do. I'm so disappointed. I was looking for a used SVU/VAN for My son who has four small children two in car seats. My limit was $15,000 cash. Colonial Auto showed me a Honda Odyssey that looked perfect. They assured me that it had been worked up and down and had no issues and that this would be a car that would last my son's family for many many years to come. So, we took it to our local and mechanic who found guess what, A major transmission issue. Within weeks of me notifying colonial with documentation that the transmission was in poor condition and would need to be replaced in the next year or so, a$7,000 investment on a vehicle that we were already planning to pay $15,000 cash for. Within days of notifying colonial with documentation about the transmission the vehicle was back up for sale. I feel sorry for the next buyer because colonial doesn't really care about you or your family's safety. Like most businesses this is all about the money. Laura the sales person spent copious amounts of time repeating to me how much work this van had done on it. High pressure tactics to say the least. As far as I know colonial had a decent reputation but you'll never catch me there again, And if I can discourage my friends from doing so I will. I do know the general manager says he is looking into this and If he finds a satisfactory resolution I will definitely update this review.
