Jose and the team at Clutch Automotive were absolutely amazing! He jumped my truck, got me a super quick quote, went out of his way to coordinate and help me discuss stuff with the dealership, and even let a couple of my workers stick around in the break room while I went back and forth from the dealerships. Clutch has my business from here on our, for sure. It's the difference of everyone actually liking their job and putting customers first rather than a facade. I couldn't recommend them more.

Very friendly. Took care of my issues. Walked me through everything that needed to be done without adding unnecessary add-ons. I was able to drop my truck off and they took me to work and then picked me up when it was finished. Cost was very reasonable and Jose was amazing. ☺️☺️

I’ve been living in the area for 8 years and have used this location for all my car maintenance and repair needs. It has changed ownership/company names 3 times since, but has never wavered from their standard of customer care and quality work. They treat the community like family. I had foot surgery yesterday and called to see if they can help me get a state inspection so I could get my registration before the end of the month. They pulled 2 guys off to come to my house and pick up my vehicle. Within 30 minutes I paid thru their electronic payment text link, my car was back in my garage and I completed my registration online. Sam, the gentleman on the phone, and the guy that picked up my vehicle were very polite and made the experience so easy! Great service and great people! Note: In a past experience they called me to tell me I paid too much and refunded the over pay. This is the place to go to if you don’t want to feel cheated and want to be taken care of. If I ever move away from the area, I’ll tow my cars here.

Customer Service. This shop knows how to take care of a customer and make sure things are done right. Clutch has serviced both my vehicles, one of which has had a lingering issue. I keep taking it back, and they keep tracking and attempting to fix the issue at no further cost to me. Furthermore, I had a starter replaced with this shop, the part failed within a week while visiting family out of town, at no fault from the shop, and Clutch paid for the out of town repair making things right. If you are looking for a shop with a quick turnaround that will treat you right and deal with you fairly, look no further.

I brought in my Nissan Clutch Automotive on Shepard Rd. to get checked for some problems that I was having. They did a thorough inspection and they gave me a printout of the issues that the Nissan had to include the pricing item by item. Definitely recommend Clutch Automotive. This place is absolutely amazing, I expected a million and one things to be told was going on with the car. Sam listened to my concerns recommended a diagnostic so we were all clear about the possible problems and, we took it from there . The car was done and I was back on the road the very same day prior to the storm that was supposed to hit and it’s been smooth driving. There are a few things that I need to attend to but the important issues have been attended to. As a woman with little knowledge about cars if you want Honest and reliable advice and service on you Car Sam is amazing and Clutch Automotive is the place to go from a scale of 0-10 I rate them a 10t as the best !!!

I brought my car to Clutch-Automobile- North Shepherd .I needed an oil change and an evaluation to make sure everything was good . I was impressed with the place. As they began working with my car the technician started sending me all the information including pictures of the parts being inspected. Parts may need repair or replace in the future. I thought that was very helpful. The manager, Sam Lee explained to me about everything in details. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am definitely going to choose this place for my vehicle’s maintenance.

This place is my closest auto shop and I'm glad. I'm confident they know what they're doing. The representatives you speak with all have a lot of technical knowledge. When you ask for explanations they're prepared and make you confident they're not just screwing you over. Knowing I need my vehicle back by the end of the day, they've stayed late to get it done. They offer rides to your house when you drop it off. Never a bad attitude when I ask more in depth questions. I've worked with George on my last few issues and he's super accommodating and super knowledgeable. They have my loyalty.

Always trust bringing my fleet here! Whole staff is great, I mainly deal with Mr.George. Straight shooters and will look out for their customers. Minimal downtime every time I drop off a vehicle. I have over 100 vehicles in my fleet and Clutch has never been an issue with anything professional or personal in my experiences here. Keep up the good work!

Clutch Automotive is a remarkable automotive business! They prioritize their customer satisfaction to the highest degree. For example, my car was on a lift during a storm, and the shop lost power for several days. Due to the power failure, my car could not be brought down for several days. Clutch Automotive provided me with transportation assistance EVERY. DAY. that I needed it, until my car could be brought off of the lift. I cannot recommend Clutch Automotive enough for ALL of your automotive maintenance!

I couldn’t put enough stars for this place and the team. I brought a vehicle to get pre inspected that I was thinking about buying. From calling to make an appointment to bringing in the vehicle they were transparent with everything. The pre inspection was not rushed and they checked everything. And I mean everything and made sure it was all documented. Also gave me some real good advice and I’m in shock that good places like this exist. I would never go anywhere else!!!!

Mario, at the North Shepherd location, was fantastic to deal with. One of his customers was in my town and a starter that Mario had recently installed on his customer's vehicle, failed - this was just a defective part issue, nothing against the installation. His customer towed the vehicle into my shop and we replaced the defective starter. Mario called me up, asked me some questions about the repair, and made right with the owner of the vehicle, warranty wise - wonderful man to deal with - and I say this as a manager within the automotive repair industry. Kudos Mario!
