I stopped going there because I found out at a different shop that they had screwed the oil filter incorrectly. But even then, I made the appointment to fix it. But the lady at the front desk was on the phone with her back towards me and ignored me for about 15 minutes. They have a door sensor chime, but not once she looked back. I guess some people don't want your money even when you try to forgive them one more time.

I awoke finding my car needed a new battery. I was able to drive it to Clutch & 20 minutes later I had battery &driving away! I had an appointment scheduled for downtown & was able to make it with no problem! Thank you. I have been here before & always good service!!

I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. The staff was extremely thorough and took the time to explain every detail to me, so that I could confidently make the decision to proceed with my car purchase. Everyone there was extremely friendly.

We are very impressed with the service at Clutch Automotive. They explain what needs to be done and why. Facility is clean. They explain the cost. They provide transportation back home or where you need to go. They are honest & fair. Clutch is our “go to” place to have our vehicles repaired.

My battery died before the sun even came up for the day and Clutch was able to work me in fast and get me back up and running in a few hours! The staff is so friendly and helpful, I really appreciate the detailed work up of my vehicle and the fast turnaround. Will definitely be coming back!

Have used this shop for over 20 years. Was pleased 99% of the time. I was a bit apprehensive when they changed ownership earlier this year but they didn’t miss a beat. Had a tuneup a few months before this last job.

Thanks to Clutch, who texted me that it was time for an oil change and the tires rotated. Since I had just moved and am now in Christmas mode, my car was not on my radar. Thankfully, Clutch keeps the maintenance on my car up to date.

The reason for 2 stars is because I believe the company has potential to do better based on the front desk customer service. I did not have the best experience here and there were 2 major reasons why: 1. I scheduled my oil change for the very first morning appointment. It took them 1.5 hours to complete the oil change and "properly inspect" my care. This leads to complaint number two. 2. When they concluded my inspection, they listed a few things wrong with my car, specifically my battery needed to be replaced, which was about $200.00 to replace it. My battery finally "gave out" two weeks later, and when I called AAA for a jump, the guy tested my battery and stated that the battery was still good but the wires were loose, causing my car not to start. The battery has been great since then. I was more frustrated about the time it took to change my oil but the battery issue makes me question the locations integrity. The customer service is nice but my trust for this companies location is very low. Be very cautious as you go to this company for auto repair..

Clutch is very professional, and knowledgeable. They did the requested work plus an over all inspection ,and did not suggest any additional work that might need to be dune in the future. They finished the work in a timely manner and charged just what they had estimated. Very happy.

So today was my first @ clutch automotive. Let me just say wowwwwwwww!!!.. They did an Amazing job checking out my 🚗 and they offer rides if you need one getting home are to work 😁 Amazing!!!! If you're not in the mood for waiting on your 🚗 Wait!!!! That's not it they also offer you snacks / and soda 🍫🧃 while you wait. And I also got a Email with pictures of my car being done. 🚨 Attention to anyone who may be interested, I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata, after arriving with an alternator problem, they charged me $1,170 😬just to replace it. Incredible, but I'll leave you with the proof. Think carefully before coming to rent.
