My car broke down in Virginia on my way from Massachusetts to south carolina. They repaired my car and charge me a fair price. They were very friendly and helpful. I would go to them again if I lived in the area. Thanks for your help.

I called and asked if I could bring in my recently purchased school bus for a state inspection. I was told that would be fine and instructed on how to leave the keys overnight. The day after I dropped off my bus I was told they weren't able to do the inspection because my vehicle was too big. When I explained that I already confirmed my vehicle was serviceable, the woman told me "that was probably the owner you spoke with, he has a really can do attitude". If you can't do something, having a 'can do attitude' is actually a huge waste of time for the customer. I had to start all over again looking for a mechanic to service my bus. If you want to use this mechanic, make sure you confirm your vehicle fits inside what they actually "can do" so you don't waste your time too!

Cloverleaf way exceeded my expectations, with me not living in Richmond and having 2 children that do it make me weary of shops that I’ve not had experience with. My oldest found Cloverleaf a little while back and has had them do a few repairs for him and he recommended them to me when the water pump started leaking on my other son’s Audi. I contacted them and they were happy to look at it so we dropped it off, I am very pleased with the friendliness and communication with me during the process. I was even impressed with the price since it is a very labor intensive job. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area., so refreshing in today’s world to still find honest, caring repair shops. GREAT JOB CLOVERLEAF !!!

So initially when I picked my car up I wanted to give them a five star rating because they gave me a loaner car which most companies don’t do and considering I had a wheel bearing that had to be pressed and a oil changed done in the same day I dropped it off. I thought this company was amazing. However, it was a Friday and they don’t open on the weekends and they were closing when I picked my car up I didn’t really have time to drive it before they closed. Once I pulled off the lot about three minutes into driving I started h hearing this grinding noise that got louder and louder as I drive home. So I had to park it. The next day (Saturday) I took it to a shop that was open and they adjusted the brake pad because it wasn’t properly put back on. Considering I had just had new brakes and rotors put on the week before I shouldn’t be hearing y the noise I’m hearing now everyone I brake. I called and informed the guy that I had to take it to another shop to have it adjusted because it wasn’t properly put back on and he did apologize and said let them know if they can do anything to make it right but at this point I’m afraid to let them do anything.

We were visiting from out of town and were planning on driving back home when one of our tires was punctured and went flat. I called Cloverleaf Tire & Auto first thing the next morning. They got our van into their shop within an hour, installed new tires, and got us on the road very quickly. Everything was affordable and prompt. All the staff were professional, kind and courteous. Many thanks. I highly recommend Cloverleaf. 5 stars definitely.

I had a fantastic experience here from start to finish! I was able to schedule the appt online which was awesome, and Sierra assisted me when I arrived and she was so friendly and nice! She also texted me updates about what was going on with my car (which I loved, since I’m not always able to answer a phone call during the day), submitted a warranty claim for me, and let me know it was approved and made sure I was aware of what was covered/not covered. She was awesome! When I came to pick up my car the next day, someone else helped me at the front and I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly as well! I have already recommended Cloverleaf Tire & Auto to a few of my friends who live nearby and will continue to do so! By far the best experience at any car shop I’ve ever had, I’m so happy I found this place! Thanks so much to everyone there!

Let me tell you!!! This place is a God sent! I came in first thing on Monday morning, Christie (I believe that's her name) greeted me with a big smile! She immediately took my information and gave me a eta. Not even ten minutes later they was completed! All I can say is great customer service and excellent speedy work!! Thank you again 😁 you definitely have a new life time customer!

Great service! Had a flat and no spare, got it towed to them with AAA. Soon after it got there, I got texts letting me know the progress, and it was patched pretty quick! Overall, they were helpful, quick, and reasonably priced!

I always get great service here! The are really great at communicating what's going on with your car. I never felt like I was getting worked over. Its nice to feel like your car is in good hands. I think I've been coming here for car work at least 3 years. Im glad I found this place.

Front desk staff are the best. Fast, efficient communication. Understanding all of situations and willing to do only the best for the customer. The Mechanics themselves are extremely thorough and detail oriented. Will be bringing all my vehicles to Cloverleaf.

If you have MaxCare, this is a great shop to go to! I was disappointed that MaxCare did not provide as much help as I would’ve expected, but Cloverleaf went above and beyond to take care of my car. I had my clutch replaced as well as a few other items taken care of, and the shop was great about communication throughout the entire process. The only downside is that their loaner cars are typically only available for a day. Otherwise it was a great experience and I’m glad to have a shop I can trust!

Found this place through my AAA app and I am so glad I did! Everyone was friendly, especially Sierra. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure to explain the repairs to me in a way that I could understand. They offered a loaner car so I could get to work while my car was being worked on. They kept in contact with me during the process. They gave me quotes before they started working so I knew what to expect in terms of cost. It was by far the smoothest most pleasant experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. Moving forward I will start using this location to get future work done.
