I can not say enough great things about this shop. On my way to Sturgis, broke down and in a pinch, and this shop went completely above and beyond to complete a same day repair, so that I could make it to the rally with my fellow bikers. If I lived within 4 hours of Bozeman, I would not use anyone else. Thanks brothers!!!

Called in 10 min before close bc I was pretty sure my bearing was going out as I was passing through town. They told me to stop in to look at it at least. After confirming it was my bearing, they went out of their way with their schedule to get me back on the road! I will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs their bike serviced in the Bozeman area!

These guys are the best! I used them when I still lived in Montana, great service. Now that I've moved, they are still my go to. Alex ordered tires for me and had them shipped to me. For anything over fluid changes, I still plan to bring my bike to the best. Thanks for being so easy to work with and for doing an outstanding job!

We where on a ride though Montana and I had a issue with my back tire. Called them in the morning told them what was up and they managed to make time for me in between all the work that was going on in the shop. Great bunch of people! Also got a good look at some of the custom work these folks do, fantastic work! Nice to work with down to earth kind of people. THANK YOU so much for taking care of me. I believe what I paid was more than fair. Will be working with them in the future on a project bike I have no doubt about that.

I was delighted with the level of professionalism and friendliness of Alex and Rickey. I was in the middle of a long trip and was worried about the check engine signal and a few other issues. The guys checked everything that was needed, fixed the problems and I calmly set off. The price of the work pleasantly surprised me. If you have a Harley, these guys are for you.

Cloud 9 hooked me up, last minute, on more than one occasion. My bike is my life, and I absolutely trust them with my bike. I don't usually post reviews, but Harley turned their backs on us riders of older models, and Alex & co. have picked up the slack.

Didn't return a call back request. Cloud nine and bike shack will not work on machines older than 95 during summer. Probably short handed with the demand of dirt bike service. Sad to hear none the less.

I’m on a cross country trip and had a starter issue, Al and his team did a bang up job in the back and got my ring gear replaced cheap and fast. Rickey up front is the man and will keep you entertained while your bike is in the shop. I can’t recommend these guys enough
