Bob is always so friendly and honest about what my car needs. He lets me know in detail what he did and why, and if I don't understand something he explains it simply and kindly, never insulting my intelligence. When I needed an emergency service he couldn't provide immediately, he named some other places I could go, and when I asked which he recommended he was honest and professional in saying he had heard less than savory things about one of them. He continually demonstrates interest in arming me with the knowledge I need to get the best service for my car, even if it's not with him. The location is very convenient for me right now but I plan to keep coming back even if I move further away.

Bob and Dan always treat you like family. Fixes your vehicle, keeps the prices down, and makes sure you understand what they are doing and/or fixing. Great place!

Dan and Bob( and their dad) have been servicing our cars for 50 years. We are very fortunate to know them and do business with them. We consider them as personal friends and truly don’t know what we will do when they decide to retire. Highly recommended

The owner, Bob, is the only mechanic I trust besides my father-in-law. He will do a great job and charge a more than fair price. He is honest and stands by his work. We have gone to Bob for a few years and most recently after we picked up our van it was making a noise. He looked at it the next day, buffed and tightened some parts (fixing the noise), And noticed a nail in our tire/plugged it for us : all at no additional cost from the original work. You really have two choices: take your car to cliffs or be a fool!

My family has been using Cliff's Auto Services for years. We always take our vehicles there whether it is for routine maintenance or for emergency repairs. They always find the fix and do an excellent job. They always manage to fit us in when it fits best into our schedule. Not only are they good mechanics, but they are wonderful people as well! The only people who will ever be working on our vehicles will be these guys.
