Stopped by this shop for some work, to my surprise when I walked in I was immediately greeted, even though he was working with another customer. When it was my turn, I was treated with great respect, and after some small conversations I could tell that they had a great person up front. He was very knowledgeable. I'm so sorry that I don't remember his name. #great guy.. my service was 1/20/25 around 1PM or so. I was pulled in immediately. The shop was clean &organization was definitely on point.. you have made a customer for life.. SN, I'm in the industry. But these people killed it..

They did an excellent job at Cliff's auto tech. I was worried I would get stuck with a huge bill, as I usually am when it comes to auto repair, but I was pleasantly surprised with my bill. They also called to confirm I wanted them to take a second set of tests.

Very glad I took my vehicle to Cliffs. The explanation of the issues were clear, the cost seemed fair and they got my vehicle back to me within the timeframe they quoted. I definitely recommend!

I love Cliff’s they are always so quick, kind and truly wanna provide a good service. They aren’t there to squeeze you for every penny you have. They are going to fix what needs to be fixed, sure they’ll let you know if you have other issues but they don’t pressure you to do them. Especially being a woman and going alone, I’ve never felt like they’ve taken advantage of me.

Friendly front desk and mechanics. Did the tie rods on my truck and needed them greased. Brought the truck in and one of their techs had it done in the parking lot free of charge and had me on my way under 5 min. Clean shop, I will do business here again.

Candice and the other staff were extremely helpful. Spent all morning troubleshooting an issue with my cars oil pump and did everything they could to help reduce the severity of the cost and problem. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and reliable work!

Exceptional service, quick and the alignment service mechanic was professional and courteous, he aligned the vehicle, went on a test run, came back and re-aligned one wheel, was very Thorough to make sure the car ran straight. He backed the car up to the front door. So after I paid, I went out the front door and the car was waiting for me there. Very impressed. Highly recommend the alignment service.

I have always taken my vehicles to Cliffs Auto Repair with great results. I took a vehicle in to get a second opinion on a $4,500.00 repair quote from another auto repair shop near my office. Jeff confirmed the diagnostic, but said he thinks the issue is covered by the manufacture and said I should call the dealer. I did and it was covered. I cherish honesty, especially in auto mechanics. Great people!

I've taken my car to Cliffs for a few years now. They were recommended by a neighbor. Its a warm welcome as soon as you walk in and the guys behind the desk are ready to help. I found them to be honest and extremely knowledgeable. They keep you informed about your vehicle and always trying to save you money with options. The only mechanic I will go to!!!

This is hands down the best repair shop there is. Cliff the owners main focus seems to be about being honest and doing the right thing, it really feels like it’s a top priority. The staff there are as honest as they come. They act like Jesus himself is watching every word they say to a customer (which he is). Prices are the best I can find more than half the cost of a dealer!! and trust me I looked everywhere. With the price of inflation going crazy don’t be stupid take it to Cliff get it done fast and at a great price! Dosent matter what’s going on with your car Cliff is going to figure it out! Never had a bad experience and I plan on making the location my only service location!

Highly Recommend this shop. Dropped my car off for a second opinion on a Monday morning. Jeff was very nice and patient with us. He answered all of our questions. After doing a diagnostic test on my car he called and advised me that it was actually a manufacturer recall and the dealership should fix it for free. This was great news as the first shop I had taken it to did not tell me that and in fact quoted me a price between $700-$1200. I am so very glad we decided to get a second opinion and even more grateful that Jeff is an honest man. He could’ve easily taken our money but he didn’t. So even though we didn’t have any maintenance work done on our vehicle we will definitely go back there with any upcoming vehicle issues that may occur. Thanks again Jeff y’all are awesome!

The shop I regularly go to wasn’t able to complete a state inspection. I went to Cliff’s having never been there before because it was close to home and still open. I was greeted immediately by Candis, my vehicle was taken back and inspection taken care of very quickly. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely coffee bar and water. Candis was very knowledgeable and informative. I was very impressed, so much so, that the following week my husband needed an emergency repair, I sent him to Cliff’s. Great service by honest, knowledgeable people. You can’t ask for more these days. On top of that, we’re supporting a small business.
