Took my car here after being stiffed at Sam’s Auto and they got me together repaired all the damages caused by the other shop ! Pricing was very reasonable and the service was fast and efficient!

They was forcing me to pay for an estimate I know what’s wrong with my truck but they won’t fix my alternator unless I pay them to look at my truck no just put the alternator on my truck.

I dropped my car off here with my insurance estimate at the end of August. About 2 weeks after I dropped it off, I returned to check on it and was told that the parts it needed were on back order and would take approx. 3 weeks to arrive. I had to leave town for a while for work, but before I returned at the end of October, I called to check and see if it was almost done, just to be given the run around because the new guy answering phones didn't know much about what was going on. Once he was able to figure out what was going on with my car, it turned out it had just been sitting in their lot. NOBODY inspected it, ordered parts, started the engine, NOTHING. I was then told that whatever body mechanic they had, they let go of around a month prior and had been looking for a new body guy. Mind you, my car was there for 2 months, and NOBODY, not the owner nor the manager, thought about contacting customers to let them know the cars wouldn't be able to be worked on since they had no body guy. The new guy answering the phones is probably the only person worth a damn working at this business. Please, there are much better businesses who respect your time out there. Don't waste your time with these non-communicating do-nothings.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SHOP THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! My car has been there since September of 2022 and it's still NOT DONE YET!!! I have been told every lie from covid, parts, employee issues, lack of mechanics, health issues, shop issues etc. The same vehicles are always on the property NEVER being worked on. I have reported them to BBB, Attorney general, police reports, etc. I found out that I'm not the only person having problems with this place several people are. The shop has new mechanics EVERY TIME I've come there. Anthony is NEVER THERE!!!! He is the MOST DISHONEST PERSON I'VE EVER MET!!!! Recently my vehicle was vandalized on his property because it's been outside for 2 years. It was only in the shop briefly and was never brought back in. The has damage from being outside all this time not even covered up. They NEVER made a police report, they NEVER called me to inform me that this happened, they didn't even put a cover over my car. Furthermore Anthony had my vehicle vandalized right after I reported his shop to BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL, etc. Anthony has only been at the shop 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years. None of his employees can reach him at any time. The appointments I made to talk with Anthony were all cancelled mysteriously. If you don't believe me see for yourself the car is STILL OUTSIDE!!!!! Check it out!!! It's an all black 1983 Buick Riviera it's in the middle of all the cars in the parking lot. the windows are busted it was keyed and my soft top has a hole in it as well. All these vehicles around mine are all at least 30 to 35 years NEWER THAN MINE!!! NONE OF THEM ARE DAMAGED!!!! ONLY MY CAR.. The doors were UNLOCKED AND NOTHING WAS STOLEN!!!!! DO NOT GO! First of all, they give you an appointment then say they can’t look at it till the next day. So I was stranded and had to spend money on a hotel. They then said my vehicle needed so much work and it would cost $40k. I’m sorry what. I was heartbroken. They even took my money for diagnostics even though I told them what was wrong. Well I drive my vehicle back to my hometown and my mechanic said they were liars. My vehicle is fixed and runs so amazing and only cost $2k. They just make money off people. They don’t care about you.
