AAA towed my car here on a fluke and I'm SO GLAD. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. Hugh has this avuncular presence that is authentically kind, honest, and professional. They have a really convenient process update software that kept me aware and allowed me to approve each stage. The price was reasonable and the timeline efficient. The cherry on top was that they fixed my windshield wiper that had been on the fritz for over a year without me even having to ask (totally separate from the mechanical issue my car was in for)! A million stars. Great experience. No one else is touching my car from here on out!

They repaired the ancient Honda CRV with speed and knowledge, this really helped me out as I am 900 miles away and my daughter needs the vehicle for school (Oregon State University) and to make it to her Dr. appointments.. the repair of the hydraulic clutch master and slave cylinders was the key! Thank you!!

My experiences with Hugh and the crew and Clayton's have always been great. They're friendly, prompt, and communicative. I like receiving texts/emails every step of the way. The work I've received has always been top notch -- and I see them plenty for my 1997 Lexus, 2001 Subaru, and 2013 Nissan. Only downside is that sometimes it can take a couple of weeks to get in because they're so busy -- not a big deal for routine/preventative maintenance.

Clayton’s recently serviced my 2001 Silverado and noticed, while test driving, the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I greatly appreciate their expertise and their attention to detail when servicing my vehicles. I depend on my pickup for a lot of ranch work and because of Clayton’s attention to details doing a simple servicing, I avoided having a major problem down the road. Trust, knowledge, and a great service team is why I keep coming back to Clayton’s.

My check engine light came on yesterday and Jiffy Lube referred me to Clayton's. Turned out I'd gotten the tether stuck under my gas gap. The very nice man who came out to check my car explained the issue and that the gasket hadn't been damaged, cleared the error, and sent me on my way without charging me. Not just great service, also top-notch human beings. 😊

Bob and Hugh are the friendliest auto experts that I have had in Corvallis. Their system of vehicle inspection is far beyond anything I have ever experienced--extremely thorough and this analysis really shows the condition of your car. You can then discuss openly the plan to address any issues with them--they do not pressure you.

Clayton’s is awesome! I really appreciate their help and knowledge when it came to my 2002 Honda CRV. I’m a new CRV owner and not really super knowledgeable about cars, Hugh really helped explain the issues with my car without making me feel dumb at all. And the price was right, they were helpful with a shuttle and just super kind. Great vibe in the shop as well. Thank you so much !!

Took truck in for a fuel issue. Truck would start run fine then die. Finally wouldnt start at all. Robert busted his butt off trying and troubleshooting everything.. Finally got it digured out and fixed. This shop is amazing. Anyone who needs car repairs take it to them.. They treat you very well and they even had a loaner car to use while it was in shop... Thanks Robert and all who work there.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated every step of the way. It was extremely nice to get a detailed work order for issues that needed to be done and then gave you an opportunity to talk about them before any work was done. They run a great shop there! If you give Hugh, Bob and the service Crew a chance to service your vehicle, you will not be disappointed.

The customer service and care was amazing and on point, I felt very taken care of and kept in the loop every step of the way. The whole team there is absolutely No. 1 in my book. I will most definitely be returning for future repairs.
