Excellent work with professional people! I was referred to Classic by a Ford dealership wasn't disappointed. My truck had quite a bit of damage from a hailstorm. Jami and Kellie are great to work with and provide thorough communication. I waited until parts came in and they immediately called me to bring my truck in. The work took a bit longer than expected so they provided me with a loaner vehicle. They made the process very smooth as they communicated directly with insurance. After getting my vehicle back, I was extremely pleased with the work they did and my F150 looked new again. Highly recommend Classic Collision and all their staff as they take pride and stand behind their work for as long as you own the vehicle. Will be returning if I need more work done!

My recent experience with Classic Chevrolet body shop was excellent. Kellie helped me get in and get scheduled for repairs. She kept in contact with me the whole time. She was very helpful and professional with all of my questions. The body shop did a great job on my truck. I am very pleased with all the service I received. Honest, kind, and efficient. Just a few words to describe the experience I had with getting my Tahoe repaired. Kellie was so very helpful! The team was excellent at communicating with me and that’s crucial! Would definitely recommend for family and friends!

I will say the ladies in the front were very nice and helpful. However, my insurance sent my car there to be fixed after cosmetic damage. Granted it took a while to fix but it was around the holidays so I get it. After a bad freeze and storm they then said that I needed a new alternator and battery. Something that I’ve never had an issue on before. My insurance ended up covering those costs to replace them. Finally after months I get my car back. All my dudes were blown for my radio and speakers and ever didn’t even bother checking with that after replacing. But more importantly, I don’t drive it more than 20 miles and my power steering goes out, tons of lights start flashing on my dash. All hell breaks loose. I pull it into my garage then my car won’t start at all no matter what. Maybe take your chance with them but the front desk: nice people. Back of the house? Try a different place

Back in the truck I had a collision with another vehicle they hit me in the rear of the truck and everything under repairs was great. Great repairs, great service, great teamwork.

John & his team were very helpful to us during an awful stressful time. They were very kind and communicated very well. They went above and beyond to assist us in getting estimates and working with a secondary visit required by our insurance. Would definitely use them again!!

they have had my car since the week of thanksgiving 2023 and it’s currently 01.15.2024 and they currently still have it. i’ve called many times and they keep making up excuses as to when my car will be ready. they told me last time it will be ready Monday but when i called today ( Monday) they pushed it back AGAIN until Friday . they have been pushing the date back for atleast 2 months already and as you can tell that’s very frustrating. they don’t communicate with you very well .

Excellent results of my body damage! Five stars for sure. I was able to get an estimate and appointment very quickly. Once they started repairs, I was back on the road again a week later. They handle all issues directly with your insurance company and make the process go lot quicker and smoother. Their team is Extremely professional & friendly. I highly recommend!!

Smicklas takes care of us from a simple service to and through major repairs. We bought our first car from Smicklas in 1999 and we are thankful for many years of support from them for all of the vehicles since then.
