Great level of customer service and communication. The estimate was provided with great detail and images to support issues on my vehicle. Nick and Steve reviewed the information and gave knowledgable advisement on measures to take. The report helped to prioritize items that needed to be addressed now and what should be monitored or taken care of on the next visit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get work on their import vehicle and want to feel they are leaving their vehicle in capable hands.

We have owned Volvos for years. They are reliable, dependable, and able to function well with high mileage. Unfortunately, the Volvo mechanic who serviced our vehicles retired. We searched for a new Volvo mechanic. We saw the reviews for Classic Import Auto Service and thought that we had found our new mechanic. We had an oil leak and took the Volvo to Classic Import. The people who answered the phone were polite, courteous, and very engaging. They even offered us a loaner while repairing our car. After they had the car for several days, not only was the oil leak not fully repaired, the car began knocking so we went back again. The knocking did not stop and a few days after sitting in the lobby for several hours, the engine coolant is now leaking. I am really happy for the people who had a great experience with Class Import Auto Service. We are not among the people who share that sentiment. Their recommendation is to keep bringing the car back if there is a problem instead of fixing the problem correctly so that we don't have to keep coming back. After several thousand dollars, our car is worse off than it was before allowing them to work on it. Under no circumstances will we ever use them again.

My Mini started leaking during a travel assignment. I had called around to a few places they were not able to get me in longer than I wanted to wait. I called and spoke with Steven at Classic. He was able to get the car in superfast check to see what was going on and gave me a detailed quote. Price matches the work needed. I did not feel they over charged me for any of the work done! Part of the work was under warranty from my other mechanic thank goodness for amazing communication on Steven's part because I had no idea. My car was going to take a few days to fix so I needed a rental. Steven and Nick went above and beyond helping me find a rental and making sure I got there. The knowledge and costumer care from this shop has been amazing. You are in great hands with your Import. In my case my Mini!! Will definitely return when I am in the area for service.

This group is fantastic. They were able to fit me in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection for a Cayman with not a whole lot of notice. Very detailed and also great to talk to a motor-head like me on the phone. Thank you Nick and your group for a job well done.

I would never take my BMW anywhere else but Classic Imports. Bob has the best service & always call me if he feels something is necessary or not. I trust what he tells & they are very through. I've met others that feel the same way about the shop. I highly recommend Classic Imports. Top notch for your vehicle.

I have a 20 year old car that I love, and don't think the recent versions of the same model are as desirable. I continue to take it to Classic Import for service that is honest, efficient, and friendly. Never thought of my car as a "classic" but gosh, now that I think about it, it definitely is!

Classic Import Auto Service saved the day! I have a Fiat 500 which most service centers won’t touch and parts are extremely difficult to find. I have my car back in great condition in less than 24 hours. Friendly and super helpful.

I was desperately looking for somebody to work on my vehicle. I found classic import auto service and they did not disappoint. They went above and beyond to help me and explain things to me thoroughly. I highly recommend them as they are Professional and my expectations were exceeded. The coolant leak issue was resolved but not without me calling for updates and the ETR. The expectation is always for the business providing the service to proactive updates. A request was made to check (diagnose) what is causing the not to work and Nick advised that he would but I never her a word back about it.

I’m so glad I reached out to Classic Import Auto Service. They repaired the struts in my 2008 Mini. It runs smoothly. They were pleasant to speak with even before my appointment. They got some information upfront to prepare for the repair. I also got an oil changed.. After my car was evaluated, we discussed the immediate problem and things that might come up in the future. There was no scare tactics to make me spend more money. They sent me a detailed list of everything they looked at and pictures of before and after the work was done. I feel good about my decision to have them work on my car. Sometimes good reviews make it hard to get into an establishment but it’s so worth it because it helped me make the decision to have them work on my car. I didn’t have to wait too long to get in but that could change. 😜
