Short story: Great at the basics of sending emails, text updates, etc. Its like they wait to the end of the business day or when they know you cant pickup to get a chance of extra money. They did the same thing to my friend of having reservation problems, waiting until the end, and an attitude! Long story: My rental was not set up, (which had me spend at least 2 hours to set up and get my own rental) The front desk girl kept mixing up my paperworker to have me almost pay extra, and the front desk girl has a passive attitude making the experience worse instead of better. I called Collision back after i got a missed call. The front desk girl goes onto say they “have sent me voicemails and texts to pickup the car. They havent recieved anything back and Its been ready, will i be picking it up?”. But… I communicated multiple times that i couldnt get the car unless its before 2:30. Which they never confirmed it could be done. Thats fine. I guess I got a text at 2:00pm to pick up the car- (which was not enough time to come out and get to where I need to be, especially because they almost always make you wait.) and they didnt call me about the car till 3:30pm. Which is fine but maybe change how you takk to peple in general. There is obvious attitude. My friend speaks of all the similiar issues, which is the only reason im writing this comment… because i wish someone told me not to go to this place.

I had an accident a month and a half ago and I went to them to repair my car, the service was incredible, the kindness was excellent, and the final work was very good, it was worth the wait, I recommend them, they are a team of excellent workers

My BMW emblem popped off my hood. I called a couple of body shops to see if they could help. Classic Collision was the only one who was remotely interested in helping me. They reattached it for me while I waited and didn't even charge me to repair it. Their service advisor Guillermo was receptive, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Classic Collision is clearly interested in helping their customers and building relationships that will support their ongoing success. I have no doubt I will be back!

Excellent quality of work! Classic collision fixed a complicated damage on the lift gate and roof for us. I was worried that it is even possible to do those required repairs without creating more small damages. The panorama roof had to come out, the lift gate to be dissassembled, painted and replaced. I am reallly impressed, the car looked like brand new when I picked it up again. They also must have deep cleanned it - it looked like brand new! From the inside as well and even had a new car smell to it. I am a happy customer and can totally recommend this place. Still hoping to not need their service again ;)

They gave me an estimate that's with not not cover the damage repairs for my car, and they can't fix it either. So if I get charged more in another shop their estimate will not cover the repairs. Great place.

Went in for a front end replacement after a hit and run. After nearly two months of waiting on parts and multiple promised dates that weren't fulfilled, they smashed in my rear door the day I was supposed to receive the car. After all door repairs were done, the manager laughed at the idea of me being frustrated at their incompetency and offered 0 in return to any questions I had. Though they paid for their negligence in parts and repairs, nothing else was offered and picking up the car was more me asking questions and getting one word replies. Even though this is a Farmers approved shop I highly recommend staying away. Edit: Been in contact with their floor manager and regional manager this week and they replied to this review on here acting like they don't know what my review is about VVV

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience! My truck was ready right when they said they would have it ready and they always kept me updated throughout the entire process. The insurance company recommended Classic Collision and I was quoted $689 for a paint job. When I went to pick up the car, the final bill showed $1,282. I was never at any time through any means informed of the 'extras' they told me they found while the car was in the workshop. Although I am not in fault for this accident and the insurance company would be picking up most of the bill, this is not ethical at all. This is why we keep paying more for auto insurance.

I was unhappy about coming for an appraisal (only) and then having damaged parts forcefully removed from my car and brought inside. A clear attempt to put me under the assumption that they would be doing the repair work, when that was never my expectation. I came in solely for the appraisal scheduled by the insurance company.

Unfortunately they were unable to help me because I had a bent sub frame & a lot of damage underneath my vehicle but they were extremely friendly & helpful & got me directed to the right place, Brian @ Scotties Auto Body who has been able to repair all of it at a reasonable price.

Was helped by Gary who took our busted fender and left it in near perfect condition! They made sure to do everything we needed (and nothing we didn't need!) so we paid the right price and got in and out very quickly for a body repair shop. 5/5 stars!!

We damaged one of the running boards on our f150. We pulled in to them without an appointment to just see if they could fix it or remove it and make an appointment for them to do either. Three men took it off right then and there! It wasn't easy and it took using a saw and other tools plus some muscle. When done, we asked for the bill and were told no charge. We tried our best to insist but were politely told no. What a great group. Highly recommend them!
