A gentleman backed into my car earlier this month, and choosing a State Farm network repair shop became an easy choice when I compared the reviews of affiliated repair shops near me. The team at Classic Collision Irondale was great to work with (and Robbie, who is the General Manager for the Pelham location but was onsite while the Irondale GM was off on vacation -- was FANTASTIC). I was in tears by the time I arrived at the shop, so frustrated with trying to coordinate with the insurance company on getting a rental car lined up for the time my car would be in the shop; Robbie stepped in and personally made a call to State Farm to get it coordinated for me, and from that point on, the entire process was super smooth. I received periodic text updates while my was being worked on, with the final text providing an estimated completion date of December 26th. I was thrilled when I got the call on December 23rd that my car was ready to be picked up! I was able to get my car back in time for Christmas, which made me super happy. I'm so glad I chose Classic Collision. I HOPE I never need their services again, but if we do ever find ourselves in need of car body work, taking my car back to the team at Classic Collision will be an easy choice. Highly recommend!

Went to pick up the vehicle, but they couldn't find the key. Then , the repairs were not completed. Took another 2 weeks. Picked up car to find the inside covered in what I'm guessing is shop dust. Also, glue drips on multiple buttons on the dashboard. Unprofessional customer service and Unprofessional job done. Would never go back.

Awful experience! They were supposed to fix something small on my car after a wreck. The car was new. They ended up burning my seats and had to replace them. That was fine because I understand everyone makes mistakes. When I got my car back I noticed a huge burn under the back passenger seat. I also noticed my middle console was burned. I made the company aware. I was told they ordered the part. They would fix the other burn when the parts came in. About seven months or more passed and I was still getting excuses on why the part haven’t came in. I eventually just gave up and my car never got fixed.

I tried to use this business. Little to no help from the front desk. I needed some estimates and couldn't get them. I couldn't get a straight answer on the steps I needed to take. I have one repair going thru the insurance and one repair we would like to pay personally. It seemed like they would give me an estimate for the one we were paying out of pocket but wouldn't for the one going thru insurance. It seemed like they didn't want to waste their time if I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted to use them. That only seals the deal that I will not be using them. Ì don't understand the method to their madness. It sounds silly too because I am having trouble putting into words what happened.

I went in to get an estimate on some work on my vehicle from a car accident the repairs would have been covered fully by that person that hit me insurance they wouldn't even give me a quote on my estimates they were trying to tell me everything else I should have been doing in my lawyer told me what to do

If you ever get them to call you back please tell them to call me. Very rude when calling the front desk. Zero response to any messages I have left Will take my business somewhere else

Very friendly and professional service thru out the entire process. I received text updates to keep me informed of the progress. They completed my vehicle repairs and it was ready for me to pickup exactly when I was told it would be ready. Worked well with my insurance company. Would highly recommend.

The best auto body shop I’ve ever dealt with, and unfortunately I’ve dealt with a few. Start to finish the best experience ever. Completely efficient, professional, and finished faster than expected. Couldn’t be happier with the repair, and they even detailed the interior. I highly recommend them.

Visited here to get my car door assessed because someone vandalized the lock on it. This place is in-network for my state farm auto insurance. Sarah at the desk was very kind and helpful. The waiting area has a coffee station and comfy couches to sit on. They looked at my car, gave me a rundown of what they would need to order and do, and had me on my way! I’m sure they’ll do a good job when I return to have the actual repair finished.

Exceptional customer service. Transparent and honest in cost estimation. They never over charge. High quality results. The car is like new. I did a comparison and the cost estimate in another place was more than twice what classic collision Birmingham was. Special thanks to Mr. Chris Jones. I trust this guy’s professional opinion. In my last visit to them, he waived all the labor fees for fixing my Honda C-RV. In summary, amazing, friendly, and professional staff.

Took forever to get my car back plus no gas was in there when I got it. I think they aren't place to get your car fixed. So many cars still sitting over there

Wonderful experience! Everyone at Classic Collision was incredibly friendly and repair work was top-notch. Car looks as good as new! They also assisted with rental vehicle pick-up and drop-off (Thanks Laura!). Would highly recommend Classic Collision of Birmingham to anyone wanting a worry-free repair experience.
