Be aware that the pitch does not always match the reality. Classic collision did not deliver on its promise of quality work and before you drive off make sure that everything looks and smells right. Once you drive off they will blame you for what you start noticing that was quoted to be new and fixed. Take photos of your vehicle before you drop it off to ensure you do not get duped if you do decide to take a gamble with this company. I did try working with them, but like any company that strives for profits over people. They will not take blame or admit fault. Be safe my star seeds and be fair and honest with one another.

A couple of days ago I took my car in for some relatively minor repairs. Upon entering the repair office I noticed how neat and clean it was with ample seating. We were greeted by a pleasant receptionist and told to wait for the service advisor. Soon, Mr. Chisholm Beasley, The service advisor, greeted us and started the process. He has excellent people skills and made the whole process simple. In a short period of time we had our estimate and we’re on our way. The next day, I forgot something in the car and he greeted us again, took me back to where the car was and thoroughly explained everything that they were going to do and pointed it out. that’s good service and we appreciate that. I can only hope that the end result of the repair is as good as the personnel that they have attending their clients. I will update this review when I get the car back.

These guys try with customer service but actual repairs are not good. Had to come back for fixes they should have caught with a quality process to begin with.

Absolutely terrible communication. I wasn’t sure they would ever give the car back. It wasn't inconvenience, it was a month later than promised and when we came to pick it up we found parts being billed to geico that were not replaced (such as the entire exhaust system), terrible paint work that did not match color nor texture, parts not fitting together, and other issues. When brought to your attention I was initially told I just didn't understand the billing before getting to what was listed as replaced OEM tailpipe that was covered in soot and obviously original to the car. A week later we come to pick it up and have one of the ugliest and extremely visible welds between muffler and tailpipe likely ever made. I have rarely seen a weld that poorly done. The paint had not been fixed..it looked like it was hosed off and nothing more. The tailgate was not painted on the inside. When we again pointed out all of the problems we were offered a refund of our $1500 deductible just to get us to leave. It has been many months and that refund has never arrived!

was a horrible experience: not at fault accident 8/15 got estimate adjuster approved got truck back 11/26 had a fully functioning Truck Decked system that was 1.5 weeks old. It comes in a box and its installed in pieces into the bed.... They removed and threw it away and told me it was in pieces... not true lol, I unloaded the drawers before I took the truck in and it was fully operational and fine... $1800.00 to replace that I get to pay. I knew my truck was ready because they sent me a lien notice. The estimate was off apparently and I owed them $12,527.44 to get my truck back? I was told to bring a check and get my truck. I showed up with a check and was told they do not even accept checks, Money orders and CC only... fine, I pull out my AMEX and pay and they tell me its a 3% fee for a credit card...an additional $400.00... fine, I pay it and just give me my truck as now i am frustrated. I get my truck back and the windshield is still cracked and broken, they decals down the entire passenger side of the truck are missing, They battery is so dead it would not take a charge and needed replaced, its missing a running board ( they are currently looking for it) and they tossed out my 1.5 week old truck bed Decked system.... in total its $15,858.26 of out of pocket cost to get my truck back and replace what was missing or damaged, I am yet to see the bill for my decals or window and I dont yet know if I will be replacing my running board. all in all it was a horrible experience and its looking like I will be 15-20K deep in out of pocket expenses for an accident that was at the fault of others. Very poor choice to take my truck there and very costly

I was so pleased with my experience here! Everyone I interacted with at this location was courteous and professional. They kept me updated via text with status reports. This was an insurance claim, and the enterprise Rent-A-Car is attached to their office, so it made the process so smooth and easy. I just picked up my car and it looks like a brand new car! They also washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. I could not ask for a better experience from a body shop. Chelsea was especially impressive.

My experience at the business has been nothing but simple and stress free. The customer service and communication was excellent you couldn’t ask for a better place to take your car during this stressful situation of your car being damaged. It couldn't have gone more perfectly. A previous estimate, from a source I had fully trusted was outrageous. I only took it to Classic Collision because I found out it was covered and they worked more directly with my insurance. Their total was less than one quarter of the figure I had previously received from the other source! Yes, the repair worked fine and it's warrantied. They told me four days initially and had it done in three. It was so convenient to pick up a rental car by taking a few steps. Very cordial and respectful staff. That's how to operate a business.

I never got to speak with the contact who as monitoring repairs. I had no idea what was happening. Empty promises someone would call me back. I realized this company use to be known as AME collision. I will go somewhere else and where I will have better control of what is done or not. Poor communication was the big downside

One of he worst customer service experiences I have ever had with car repair. The car had a few dings from hail damage and it took them over a month to repair. Additionally, each time they said they would call for an update they didn’t. I had to chase after them the whole time. Seek repair elsewhere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in after it was broken into (rear window broken and replacing some parts in the steering column after an attempted hotwiring). It took a full month and they charge me nearly $1500 and didn’t bother to mention that my rear indicator light was out (also the steering wheel clicks every time I turn it now). Throughout the process, I had to call them repeatedly for updates and for almost a week no one could tell me the status of my car, they kept saying that it was “awaiting assembly”. Never coming here again.

They told me about two weeks for repairs, was al.ost a month. Went to pick up my truck and showed them some stripping did not look right. They took it in back to repair, when the representative came back out, he informed me I could not take truck because they didn't put the nuts on that holds the bed of truck. If I didn't say anything about stripping around window, I could have lost the bed. Then I'm told they will pick up rental for this time, but have not heard back from them.
