I had a good experience with them. I don't know about other reviews, But, my Kia sorento got accident in 2017 and able to find them to fix it. They came all the way from Dallas to McKinney to pickup the car. They handled all the claim and waived my deductibles and drop off my car at my house with some cash to make my holiday happy. :)

Definitely shady/scammers - filing a suit against the owner! Put the wrong color bumper on my vehicle oh and use the same parts that was involved in the collision. He’s been ducking and dodging my calls and ignoring my messages. I wish I could give them ZERO stars!! I should’ve known better...smh

Worst place I have ever been. I went to check on my car and there were beer bottles in the back. They did have the work they said they would. Absolute nightmare.

Great experience overall I have a 2014 BMW 740IL my deductible was $500 and they completely waived it! And I got $200 in my pocket For the holidays I took my car to service king they wanted my deductible and I couldn't afford it then I went over to classic city where a friend referred me and they did an amazing job in a little over a week! I'm very satisfied thanks again classic city!

I like to thank classic city for fixing my 2017 honda accord i had alot of hail damage it looks like it was never damaged i didnt have the money to pay my deductible but classic city waved my $1000 deductible thanks david

I was very pleased with the customer service and the repairs that were done on my vehicle I just can't even help me what do you mean you're a rental car my car was done 1 day before he said it would be done got it to me early would highly recommend this place I was somewhat skeptical about the whole waiving your deductible part wasn't sure how it worked but it worked out perfectly fine and it cost me zero out-of-pocket the owner David even threw in a couple of scratches for me that was not on the claim thank!

I'd like to thank Classic city autobody for repairing my 2016 Nissan rogue they did a great job I had an accident on the front of my car the airbags was deployed and they repaired all of it my experience was great and the work was done in a timely fashion they also provided me with a rental car and I did not have to pay my $1000 deductible I would highly recommend them thank you again classic city auto body

I have a 2013 Honda Civic that sustained a lot of damage from the hail storm in Wylie a few weeks ago and decided to use Classic City. I have to say I just picked up the car and it looks perfect. Almost every panel had damage and both the front and back windshield had to be replaced. When I picked up the car he went over the whole car with me. I have a second vehicle which is my truck and I will be filing a claim and taking that one to him too. Very pleased.
