Do not waste your time with this shop. TL;DR: abysmal communication with a side of incomplete and unfinished work. I took my car in for a undiagnosed electrical issue which ended up being a problem with the steering column. After some number of days of not really hearing anything from the shop I finally was able to get a hold of Brad through one of the three phone numbers that the shop uses to find out that they replace the steering column with a used steering column from Pick-A-Part. I was never given an estimate nor given the option to choose a used part or a new OEM part. Once my car was "finished" and delivered to my house, the first time turning it on there immediately began to be numerous other issues that likely stemmed from the used steering column. Like I'm talking lights going on on the dash and one of the tires sounding like the ABS was engaging amongst other things. I immediately called the shop to have them take it back. Over the next 2 or 3 weeks I kept trying to call the shop and show up at the shop to figure out what the heck was going on with my car, but I never really got anybody. Eventually I got a hold of Brad and he told me that the car was done but that there was some issue with the keys no longer being programmed to the car, even though they worked to drive it. I went there at 2:00 p.m. on (The next day) a non-holiday Thursday and noon on a Monday and there was nobody at the shop. Like Ghost Town nobody. I was about ready to just report my car stolen and let the police deal with it, when I happened to swing by the shop and finally found one mechanic there. He had to call Brad so I could get my car out of the bay because I was not leaving it there anymore. Even after my car hung out in the shop for 5 weeks or so, the repair that was made was incomplete, the cowling around the steering column was not put back together correctly and none of the buttons on the steering wheel worked, neither did the indoor lock button. And that's on top of all three of my keys no longer being programmed for the keyless locking and unlocking. Seriously do not waste your time at this shop. Literally go just about anywhere else that you can find. Even a dealership. This place must have been great not a number of years ago, but something happened within the past five or so that changed this shop. This might be my first one star rating that I've done in my years of Google reviews. But this one as well deserved.

I couldn’t be more impressed with a company than Civic Honda!!! I have the worst luck with cars and have been to so many different shops! This is the best around! Brad, the owner, personally communicated with me throughout. And him and his worker are just amazing! They came to me to get the car and saved me a tow fee. And they brought it back to me. Even offered to take me to appointment if I needed while they had my car. My car runs better now than ever! And their pricing was also the best I found! So all I can say, don’t go anywhere else! Go to these amazing people!!! Thank you Brad and staff!!

Not to be described. Do not trust the owners or mechanics. They charge you for brand new parts when the owner himself steals them from the junk yard, and the mechanics will take your car for a joy ride. Just don't go here it's not worth the damage they do for repeat service.

I took my car there late on a Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday Brad said he needed the car one more day & give him a call on Friday afternoon. I called but he didn't answer. I left messages but no call back. I called on Saturday hoping he would be open since he blew me off on Friday but nothing. I had a Doctor's appointment at 8:30 Monday morning but I didn't get my car back until 9:00 am Monday so I got a missed appointment charge because I didn't cancel which I thought I was getting my car back but Brad went to Phoenix and didn't return my calls that get forwarded to his cellphone according to him. Don't take your car there unless you have a second car. Brad could care less his mechanic told him I missed my doctor's appointment & not even an apology.

This man charged me 3000 for putting in an engine I supplied, didn't do half the stuff you're supposed to do with swapping in a savage engine while using the excuse that "it was a customer supplied engine". He puts the new engine in but charges me an additional $805 because he said the new engine had a bad oil pan... $805 dollars just to switch oil pans with the old engine.... Then the new engine is popping out the coil and he couldn't even try take off 7 bolts to see why.... I'm now paying additional money to have it towed to a different mechanic since he (Brad) is never here.... Expect to pay ASE certified prices for shady tree mechanic work here ... It's an absolute joke.... He couldn't even provide invoices for the parts he said he put into the new motor So now I have to pay a mechanic to tell me if I actually have a new timing belt, crank seal and oil pan gasket... Seriously just find a trusted mechanic elsewhere. Brad is not worth 1/4 of what he charges.

The repair was honest and guaranteed for 2 years and that's more than a guarantee than the other shops would give me usually it's a year plus I just was able to drop the car off and pick it back up without any problems

Really helpful and knowledgeable! I took my car to Brad after it had been making a weird sound and had gotten two completely different diagnostics. Turns out it was my compressor and he had it all fixed for me in a day! Really cool and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Brad was super helpful on getting my window regulator replaced. Had the part on hand and the replacement works great. Would recommend him for any honda repairs. Edit: Once again they saved my bacon when my multiplex control unit failed. They saved me over 500 dollars for the repair work that I was quoted for elsewhere. I can not thank them enough. My recommendation still stands.

Gave us fantastic "emergency" service during family road trip through southern NM. Agreed to see our car on July 4th due to failed AC and provided cell-phone communication as we drove to Tucson from Deming with windows down and grumpy kids. Diagnosed problem late July 4th, and got it repaired early next day so we could continue our trip to Cal.

I've had a few repairs done here, minor and major. Perfectly happy with the work done on my Acura- one of the relatively difficult to work on models. Brad seems very honest and helpful, has shown me that the work was done every time, and on the latest when an unexpected issue arose they made it right and resolved the problem! The shop is a little out of the way nestled off of Oracle but absolutely give them a shot! They do good work for a good price.

Brad is absolutely amazing! The service advisor at Chapman Honda tried to tell me that I needed a new motor. I called Brad for a second opinion not knowing him at all. He told me something didn’t sound right about what the service advisor told me. I brought my truck to Brad and lo and behold there was nothing wrong with the motor and Brad work diligently day night and kept me updated on the progress and was able to fix what the service advisors screwed up. It turned out that my radiator hoses were on backwards. He fixed everything and even delivered my truck to me! I would recommend him to anybody anytime!

My 2004Honda Pilot was getting up there in miles and long over do for have the timing belt replacement I have put it off and put it off because I could not do without the car for an extended amount of time so I was glad to find some one that specialized in Honda other than dealership . I called and expressed my concerns about doing without​ the car for days I was told no problem as I work less then 2 mile from their shop they came to my work and pick up the car by 8am and had it back before 3 pm . The price was great the service was excellent and the mechanic were friendly and knowledgeable.

Heard a horrible noise under the Honda this morning. Called Brad and told him I was concerned I broke an engine mount. He said come over right now. He put it on the lift and found the previous mechanic had left 2 bolts out that secure a front brake caliper. So he replaced the bolts on the spot. Great Service, Great Value. Highly recommended.

After multiple misdiagnosed engine repairs (from 3 other mechanics) I took my non-Honda (Infiniti) to Brad, on a friend's recommendation. Brad was able to diagnose and actually FIX a major issue I'd had with the vehicle for almost a year! Rather than relying solely on "error codes", he inherently knew what the problem was and had my vehicle in A+ shape a day later. (It would have been same day, but the part had to be ordered, and it arrived the next day.) His labor charges were less than I'd spent elsewhere, to mechanics that didn't even fix the problem. (They would claim it was fixed, but every time I went though the line at emissions, the engine still tested "not ready", thus couldn't be emission tested!) Now for the first time in almost a year, I was able to have the car emission tested and finally legally registered! (Brad even knew the proper "drive pattern" to reset the internal computers, so they would read "ready" at emissions. (Much simpler that the ridiculously complicated "drive pattern" posted online by Infiniti.) I couldn't be happier with a mechanic! Last week I was going to trade it and and was shopping for a new car as no one had been able to accurately diagnose, let a lone fix the problem. Now I feel like I have a new car! Thank you Brad.
