I had gotten a nail in my tire on my way to Dallas from East Texas. I didn't have cash, and their payment app had difficulties. He allowed me to get money but was closed when I came back. I will definitely use him again when I am visit Dallas. Thank you. Carla Davis

Called before going there to make sure they had the tire l needed because my tire was flat. Got there and they had it like they said they would. They charged me $45 since I used a card but would of charge me $41 if I had paid cash.

I called them the worker said it would be 30 mins before I can get service so I waited a few mins I went there and parked and I'm guessing he was the manager or owner he came to my car and asked what I needed I said oil change I told him some guy said 30 mins he looked at me and took care of me immediately so happy I didn't have to wait thanks to him didn't catch his name tho 😊

$ Very nice folks. Their low overhead means you save a bunch - no equal in value anywhere. Spartan waiting room and rest room, but I can go next door to coffee shop and relax.

I always go to these guys for my USED tire needs! I also send my family and friends their way too if they are in the area and need reliable tires. I have never experienced any issues from the product to the staff. Every employee I have come in contact with has been professional and helpful. I have never felt taken advantage of or given poor quality service or products. I utilized them today for replacing all my brake pads and they went above & beyond to make sure I was back on the road in no time and were informative on the process from start to finish. I feel like some of the reviews on here really don't speak to the business itself and just come from intitled individuals who don't know the first thing about customer service or to treat people with respect. Thank you, City Tires, I will continue to give you my business!
