Stay clear away from this tire shop. They Tried to talk me into a new tire over a tiny nail in the tread. They quoted me 55 dollars to rotate my tires and to patch my tire originally which I was okay with. They then insisted they would plug my tire once I told them to put the wheels back on and I would go somewhere else. After they were done they still wanted 55 dollars and told me the plug was 20 dollars and that if I wanted it patched it was 40 dollars. Biggest tire shop scammer in Yuba City. Update 01/27/25 Went to get tires rotated and had 3 cross threaded lug nuts that required new wheel studs because of this place. Stay clear of this tire shop

Don’t go to this place they do not stick to their word or warranty! Bought brand new tires from them one got a rip in them from natural driving a they would not warranty them! Tried to blame it on me with it being a new tire trying to say it went low! Never buy or get anything from there! Horrible people when you spend over $100 on new tires an won’t warranty them! Horrible customer service an people! Save you time and money an go somewhere else!! How am I driving on low air when they are BRAND NEW all kinds of excuses an a chunk was because they are not good tires I hit no curbs or my rims would have been scratched!

Sent my teen son here hoping he wouldn’t be taken advantage of. Not only did they quote him lower than a few other shops for what he needed done, they also went the extra mile with some safety suggestions and made the effort to make sure he pulled out of there safe and sound. I have a friend that I recommended the store. NO HONEST. They make him a fake report alignment. Car is even worst than before. Fake excuse. They wanted him to get new tires even it will need it, he will not longer go there. Best paid pro to do the job! My friend just paid a fake report and car still not fix but worst.

Very kind and amazing gentlemen. I just drove in from Texas and my tires read low. I only asked for him to check one tire, but he checked all and even though nothing was wrong with my tires, he went out of his way to make sure all my tires were good. Highly recommend this shop to anybody reading this.

It was time to upgrade on a tire that was becoming bald. The staff there informed me that my tires in the back of my vehicle were too large and gave me the proper size and a quote for all 4 tires. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I would return in the future for some of my vehicle needs.

It seems that all mechanic/automotive related businesses are not eager to serve, especially when it comes to small services like a used tire- which is understandable. I've been to tires 4 less off of palora for years, but you really have to catch them (the owner) on a good day to not get treated like butt. I just went to Neil's and while they weren't that bad, I was expecting more from a BEST OF YUBA SUTTER BUSINESS, as far as customer experience goes. Just landed here at Ray's right next to Dairy Queen, and I'm content. It's not super impressive, as there's only one guy working here today (Jesus), but he has been eager to serve us. At the other places, I felt that we've been lied to as far as tire availability. Even walmart said we have to get two tires because of the speed rating on our current tires (never really heard of that before - we drive a 2012 sienna with lower end tires). All that to say this: when you find an automotive/mechanic/tire business you are content or happy with as far as service and honesty, stick with them, because customer service and honesty is RARE.

I've been going to Rays Tires for over 20 years and here's why, they are very friendly, fast and have great quality and pricing. Free flat repair tire rotation and balancing, not only are they a family owned small business they treat you like family. I highly recommend them !

a couple years ago I came here to get new tires and they were very good so I tried to return this year to get new tires again I ended up standing there for 40 minutes waiting for someone to even say hi to me while he fixed some old guys Tire he walked by me about four times and ignored me and then finally asked me if I needed help rudely like I shouldn't have been there and I said yes I need someone to look at my tires and he said where's your car and I'm like if the only other car sitting here and he goes whatever and continue to work on the skies car and I waited a very long time for him to do something that should have only taken 10 minutes and he was really rude so I'm not going to go there again and I don't suggest you go there unless you got a lot of time to waste especially if you're a woman I seem to not like women over there
