UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I was able to get my money back after almost two weeks and multiple attempts. I am happy to get my money back and overall disappoint with this entire experience. After I was refunded they reached out to me five times to update my review. I have added another star because I was able to get my money back. ————————————————————————— Terrible experience in regards to payment. I am still battling with Venmo to receive my payment back. After contacting the tire guys, they promptly arrived to my location (about twenty minutes) and were able to change my tire. They had quoted me $120 which felt reasonable as this was the middle of the night and I needed immediate assistance. After the service was complete I was offered various payment methods and I chose to pay them by Venmo. I chose to send them the money with the business option as this was a business transaction. The individual that was helping me took a picture of my phone that showed I had sent the payment and I left. When I arrived home and I had numerous missed calls and text messages from Tire Guys. They accused me of attempting to steal services because Venmo put a hold on the charge (which is typical for business transactions) and demanded I pay again. This was the middle of the night so I paid them again, this time without the business option so they would receive the payment promptly. I contacted Venmo the next day to explain the situation and request a refund for one of my payments. Now I’ve overpaid and Tire Guys is refusing to follow through with the instructions Venmo has given me to get my money back. This has been a ongoing nightmare situation and I am shocked at how unprofessional this group is. Do yourself a favor and contact ANYONE ELSE. This business is a scam. I will update my review if there are any positive changes (getting my money back). Until then I will continue to fight to get my money back and warn others of this shady business!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Unfortunately, I found them to be dishonest, unprofessional, and lacking in knowledge. I called during my lunch break and, during the call, there was no mention of the location of the nail in my tire. They only asked for my location and quoted the service price $120. Just five minutes after hanging up, I found a better price and called back to cancel. They informed me, “We’re already more than halfway; we’re almost there.” I acknowledge that I should have done my research first, but it felt misleading and they were not very honest. They were coming from Chula Vista, and my work place is about 20-25 minute away from them, and it's during lunch time so it's probably take them a bit longer, they didn't show up for another 20 mins. Whatever, it's my fault for didn't do more research so I proceed anyways because i felt bad too. When they arrived, it took the technician only seconds to inspect the nail. He stated that it was too close to the sidewall to repair safely, which was fine. However, when I asked what could be done next, he said he would put on my spare tire for a charge of $120. I questioned why I was being charged the full price when no actual service was provided. He responded that it was a “convenience fee” and insisted that all services were free (Remember this detail that they told me) -- I offered to pay him for his time and gas instead, but he insisted on the full $120 regardless of whether he put on the spare. I then asked how much it would cost to replace the tire, and he quoted me $300 without offering any tire options. And why did it costs $300 instead of $120? I thought all the services are free. Dishonest, lying again. Reluctantly, I agreed to have him put on the spare tire, hoping to salvage some of my $120. After I paid, he recommended I go to a tire shop in El Cajon for a nail repair, despite just stating it was unsafe to do so. This was incredibly confusing, Additionally, when they arrived, they parked their large truck in the middle of the driveway, despite the numerous available parking spots nearby. It’s these little things that add up to a frustrating experience. I wished they told me over the phone for some guidance or question about the damage of the nail first so they don't waste my time and money I hope my review helps others make a more informed decision. Consider your options before choosing this service.

Blew out a tire on my Alfa and of course there wasnt a spare. Called them and they had us back on the road in no time. Legit lifesavers

Got a flat on the freeway on a sunday evening. Everywhere was closed. These guys are a lifesaver!!! Especially since they came to me. Super friendly guys and the service was quick! Highly recommend. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

Had a flat tire on the side of the 15 and these guys came out within 20mins to replace my flat tire with my spare. When you have a full SUV with all the family, this service is extremely grateful. Highly recommend them if you are unfortunate with a similar experience.

I had a flat tire in the evening after most places were closed. They came to my house and had it patched up within 45 minutes. Great service!
