I made appointment #1 in person. Two days later they called to make an appointment. I told them I already had one. On appt. #1 day (2 weeks after scheduling it) they called to cancel because they didn't have the parts. Rescheduled for one week later for a Th/F repair. They called on Friday afternoon to say they didn't order all the parts and I would need to wait until Monday. On Monday morning they called to say that all the parts didn't arrive (I think they didn't order them), so I would need to wait until Tuesday. On Tuesday, they called to say that when they were taking to protective tape off that the paint peeled off so they would need to repaint it, but it would be ready in the afternoon. I didn't hold my breath on that and good thing. Finally, on Wednesday afternoon they called to say my car was ready. The car looks fine, but the ordeal was long.

Whenever someone asks for recommendations for car repairs, it's Car Star or nowhere! They deal directly with my insurance company for a flawless hassle on my end. I recently hit a deer and Carstar fixed the damage very quickly. I actually got my car back on the day they said they could start working on it. The only tiny complaint I had was when I got it back my headlights were pointing straight at the ground and the drive home was very interesting. I was able to fix it no problem. Thats all. 10/10 recommend. My car looks great and they paint matched perfectly.

Unfortunately, the first place I took my van in to be repaired didn't specialize in body work, so they recommended Janesville's City CARSTAR. I trusted their recommendation and was very happy I did. I was immediately at ease with their friendliness, patience, thorough explanations, and most of all, the ability to fix my van's damage due to a large pothole! I would not hesitate to use them again! 😊

I dropped off my vehicle for repair a couple days ago, and upon picking it up, not only did they do a fantastic job fixing the damage, but I also noticed that they cleaned my windshield and it also looks like they vacuumed my floor mats. Everything looks great! They also were very easy to communicate with. Thank you CARSTAR team!!

The City CARSTAR crew did a fantastic job with a new back bumper for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. They also went above and beyond by cleaning my windows and interior so the car looks brand new inside and out. I am so happy with the result! Staff was friendly and professional the whole way through. Definitely recommend this business!

We worked with Al. He very kind, and knowledgeable. We had dropped off our vehicle in the morning, when they opened the parts box and found that the part wasn’t up to their standards Al called us to come over to the shop to inspect the part. We were glad they called and not just put on the lower quality part. We thank Al and the team at City Carstar for the excellent work they do.

Excellent service and great work! They went above and beyond to try and help me troubleshoot a wiring issue that had nothing to do with the repair so I knew what to tell the repair shop. Bryce was my contact and he was on top of everything from the estimate to delivery. He communicated with me through out the process so there were no surprises at pick up. I will use them for all my needs moving forward!!

I recently had my car detailed at City CARSTAR and it was the best detailing I've ever had done. It was so clean that it looked like a brand new car. Would highly recommend City CARSTAR if you need your car cleaned inside and out. Excellent job!
