First time coming here today ,i got an oil change . They did amazing . The time limit was fast and the guy up front was friendly absolutely loved him ! They also informed me on something the last people had did wrong and the city automotive employees corrected .Thank you guys for your help you have a new customer 😊😊

I am very disappointed. At the service we received. My wife, wanted to know what it would cost. To get the tint removed and if it will pass inspection. she asked them if the tint has to be removed, Do not inspect the car. I will take it Somewhere else. they disregarded her instructions and Inspected the car and failed it. Then the mechanic was very rude and disrespectful, At the way that he spoke to my wife. I went there to have a conversation with him about the disrespect that he showed her ad to find out his intention.but he was not there. I think his name was jesus.And now we have to go and find some other place to get the tent removed. I would definitely not ever use this business ever again. And I would caution anyone who wants repairs or good customer service. This is not the place that you want to go. I think it's time for us to show these businesses that don't give us good service. Exactly how we feel by not Supporting them with the power of our dollars. Give them exactly what they give us nothing.

Do NOT go here. They are scammers. Their prices are way too high for the services they provide. You have been warned. Do your due diligence and shop around. Go by word of mouth. I found them online and that was my first mistake. I didn’t read their reviews until after they took advantage of me. Learn from my mistakes and don’t allow them to take advantage of you.

Please don't go here for inspection if you have tint. They charged me almost $40 just to fail me. And their prices are extremely high for simple car maintenance.

Edit: Needed service for the bar that goes across the front that helps control the tires. They did not put a nut back and caused my car to be put in a very dangerous sitaution a few days later. They would put a new bolt & nut on, but it would take three days. No word on the damage caused by their mistake such as tire being damaged, bumper hitting the road, etc. Just the bolt & nut. Just told them to stick somethign in it so I can sell the car at Carmax. Beware that they can give you quality service, but I got the duality of service here. Took my car in for diagnostic on several issues. Have cross referenced it with another mechanic and it’s been legit. They don’t bother fluffing me with lingo and just tell me what’s wrong and what it costs. End story, pay, car go Vroom. Very happy.

Fantastic service! When I contacted them, they were able to get me an afternoon appointment the same day, in contrast to the dealership where I purchased my automobile, which could not look at my car for five weeks! The issue with my headlight was expertly identified and corrected. City Automotive is a reasonably priced alternative to the dealership. I highly recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer with City Automotive since they’ve first opened. One of the consistently hard things for me to do is finding time to get my car worked on because I’m constantly traveling for military duty. Throughout all these years, I have always been able to call them at any random time and day during shop hours and tell them what I’m concerned with about my car or what kind of work I need done and they almost always are able to fit me in to accommodate me. walked in for emissions and safety inspection .. very friendly and efficient.. out the door in 30 minutes for $30
