CincoAuto2 handles your vehicle inside and out. We offer a full service car wash and detail center, as we well as automotive care and repair. We take great care with your vehicle and offer competitive packages and pricing. Also, we can arrange towing services, provide a free estimate, provide a free loaner vehicle (depending on availability) or provide a shuttle service. We work on ALL cars and with ALL schedules. Our shop is open 7 days a week, and no appointment is necessary.

This place is my new place to go! After a really bad experience with my usual mechanic place made a wrong and overpriced diagnosis and estimate, I took my car to CincoAuto 2, Miguel, the shop manager, took excellent care of me and my vehicle, he showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. The results were great, the diagnosis from the other place was wrong and way overpriced, Miguel was very honest and precise, I will recommend to anyone to go to this place, they are honest, reliable and professional!

Beware: undisclosed dollar amounts for SUV “upcharges” CUSTOMER WARNING: this place has deteriorated badly, both in terms of work quality and attitude. 1. I’ve been using this place for ALL my detailing since Kevin Pishkar built this place over a decade ago. Cornelio was their detail mgr for years and the entire organization had a very customer-oriented, welcoming attitude. 2. Fri evening, Dec26 I dropped off my SUV for Sat morning detail, taking my keys and placing the order directly at the counter in the lobby, where I was instructed to come after phoning ahead. The lobby rep showed me the available packages, from which I selected the “Interior” package clearly marked $149.99. She took name/number/keys. No mention of any upcharge. 3. Saturday PM they texted me that it’s ready and I came by to find the car with at least six missed items, including standing water in the 3rd row seat well (from shampooing). There had been a complete failure of quality control by whomever signed-off that the car was complete. And a poor, smart-Alec tone by the person who was responsible. 4. At checkout, they wanted $179.99. When challenged, they said there was a (previously undisclosed) up-charge of $20. I presented my card for payment and she charged me $179.99 ($149.99 plus a THIRTY dollar up-charge). When i objected that she had just told me the large vehicle upcharge was $20, she refunded her $10 overcharge. It was not a “discount for my trouble.” And again, it was handled with the hostile, don’t care whether you come back attitude you see at bad car dealerships and repair shops. Bad corporate culture starts at the top and eventually infects the entire team. Life is too short to spend time doing business with places like CincoAuto2. The sooner they change ownership, the better.

I’ve been a VIP member since 2018 & I’ve never regretted it. When I moved to Mason Road, I tried using a closer car wash but I was never satisfied with their services so I would drive 25mins 3 times a week back to cincoauto2 to get my car detailed. From drop off to pick up points, you will always meet smiling faces in the hot sun of Texas or in the cold. Thank you for all you do guys!

Most accommodating and nicest people I have met they do their best to get you in and out and have answers to any questions you have weather that's the front to the people taking your car in and to the checkout. The only place I come for detailing prices are reasonable and my car always smells amazing!

OWNER’S DELETED COMMENT: First and foremost, nobody "stole" your class ring or any other ring. Our facility has over 40 security cameras and there is ZERO proof of your accusation. We kindly asked that you allow us to investigate and you leave a this review? I see you have also had "issues" like this with other businesses. Hmmm? Also, you told us you left your rings in the passenger side door and then, you said they were left in the back seat. This is a first...we've never had a customer leave her wedding ring in a car before a detail. Reply to owners comment: First and for most if you look at my other google reviews I have given all 5 stars except for your business. I only ever had an issue with a moving business who didnt take anything from me they just broke a bunch of my stuff and I have pictures to prove that if you would like to see. I find it very unprofessional how you immediately assume a customer who has been to your business and has family who goes as well MONTHLY is trying to start something. I mean your reviews speak for themselves self and now I can see why. I hope you record phone calls because I specifically said I left my rings on the side door behind the driver side that would be the back seat. I think you should be more understanding and empathetic as for someone who lost 3 expensive rings all in one sitting and a customer being told there was nothing they could do about it until the owner came in. Instead you some how try to change the narrative. Original review: Yesterday I made the mistake of leaving my wedding ring, engagement ring and my Aggie ring in my car when I dropped it off to get detailed at CincoAuto 2. I have called and gone back to the place yesterday asking for them to triple check every thing, yet some how my rings did not show back up. Asked if I could have the names of the people that worked on my car and told me that they couldn’t do that because it was under investigation. They then just told me I should have read the signs and not leave values in the car. Which I totally shouldnt have but I dont think that gives them a reason to steal my rings.

Brought my car in at 8:30am only two or three cars on the lot.. still waiting for them to finish my service. Simple oil change and wash.. its been over two hours… will never come back here again.

I have the car wash membership, and I have had it for a while now. To be honest, I'm not impressed with the services. 8 out of 10 times I'm pissed off because my car is not always cleaned well. Some of the cleaners are good and they do a good job but some just do whatever they like. I'm not a grumpy person, so instead of me complaining, i would rather cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

Let me just say that I was highly satisfied with the service I recieved from Cinco Auto on my Yukon XL. I was a little leary at first with my vehicle being a larger vehicle and some of the mess my 6 kids and my grand baby make. But they made my Yukon look brand new. I was very satisfied and I highly, highly recommend taking your vehicle to get serviced.

Think twice about having your car detailed at CincoAuto2 off of 1463. I hate to even have to write this. Yes, before you ask, I spoke with two managers, one on site and one via phone and asked to speak with a third. Read on for the full story appalling response. I dropped off our Expedition at CincoAuto2 on Saturday for a full detail. Four kids can be hard on an SUV and CA2 had done a great job previously on the detail so we brought it here again. About three hours after dropping it off, Ninfa from CA2 called me to tell me her crew of detailers had locked the key in the car. This in and of itself is surprising given they work with cars and keys all day, day in and day out and yet mistakes happen. All good. I was asked for a spare key or door code, neither of which we had as we bought the SUV used. I asked Ninfa if she was going to be able to get the key out without damaging the vehicle or if we should call a locksmith and she promised me they would get the key out and no damage would be done. That was far from the truth. See the pics below. They didn’t just scratch the door once, they scratched it repeatedly, both on the door handle area and the window switch area. When I arrived, I was told they would take it to a shop to get it addressed. I was offered a loaner and yet none of the loaners they had were of similar size with three rows or any that would handle four children with two in car seats. They would not pay for a rental so I was stuck figuring out a way to be without a vehicle while they got it repaired. I was also asked to take the car and then bring it back once they figured out where to take it so now I’m on the hook for another Uber and a third trip to their location. Dropped it off on Monday. Go to pick it up today. At this point, I’ve come to their location four times, am out over $60 in Ubers and multiple hours of my time. When I arrive, the vehicle has been repaired and I’m offered a $40 wash as compensation for the issue. I now have a vehicle that’s been damaged and repaired and I’m being offered the chance to risk my vehicle’s condition again. No thanks. When asked instead to split the cost of the $220+ detail, I’m told by Ninfa to go ahead and take the car and they’d file a police report instead. When reminded that I was already out the cost of Ubers and having to find my own replacement vehicle for three days, I was told it wasn’t Ninfa’s fault I had such a large family that wouldn’t fit in one of their loaners. The manager that handled the situation on site, Sergio, did all he could to remain professional and apologetic and yet Ninfa was combative, rude and absolutely unprofessional. Angelica, the General Manager, was also contacted and was zero help as well. I spent 16 years in restaurants and my Team had times when we weren’t perfect. We miscook a steak, we would recook the steak AND completely comp/remove it from the bill and oftentimes even offer a free appetizer or dessert. Customer service goes a long way in today’s day and age and CincoAuto2’s Team needs to work on it. Props to the detailers for their work (and they were tipped for it), not so much on the locking of the keys or scratching of the car and yet the biggest issue lies with Ninfa and Angelica and the handling of the issue after the fact. Here’s hoping they do better in the future. We won’t be there to see it. You might consider not being there either.

I have been to this Carwash 4 times now. But today is definitely my last time. Everyone I come, they give me a timeline of 40-45 minutes and I end up being here at least 2 hours. I gave them a chance again and again but every time I have regretted doing that. Just a heads up, if you come here for a car wash, they will do a good job but you would waste at least 2 hours of your day, easy. Doesn’t matter weekday or a weekend !!

Love this place, been coming here for 5 years for car cleaning and recently auto care since getting a new vehicle. I live closer to 10 and 99 so this is 100% out of my way but I really like them. My late step father was a retired master mechanic and trusted these guys with his vehicles. I have never had issues so reading the recent reviews is quite shocking. I’m sitting in the lobby watching their employees work extra hard in 95 degree heat. THANK YOU Cinco Auto 2 for always providing good service.

My first visit to cincoauto2 was yesterday to get my car a full detail work. The place is busy but I did get the car back in a couple of hours. A full detail costs $200, but it was the shoddiest interior detailing work that I have ever seen. The vents not cleaned, the overhead console, the sunglasses holder was not not even touched.. The dashboard was just cleaned with some slimy solution and was left all sticky.. there were many areas that were just missed out and dust etc were not even touched. The windshield looked like it was just wiped clean with a wet cloth. Very disappointed with the work, which you would expect some professionalism in return for $200.
