Cillis Car Care has been my auto mechanic for 22 years. They have been honest and marketably fare on prices. I must include knowledgeable as they have worked on my classic 1947 Chevy truck, three business vans, my Thunderbird and my 2017 Corvette. I am honored to recommend them. I recently brought two vehicles to Cillis due to battery issues that needed prompt attention. They had both vehicles out the same day I brought them in - without an appointment I might add. Been taking my cars here for almost 10 years. I highly recommend!!!

I recently had my state inspection performed and it was so nice to be able to make an appointment. I showed up at the proper time, waited for my vehicle and the process was simple. I had repair work performed last year after being in an accident. I had never known of Cillis previously but now I trust them to do good honest work.

i wish i wouldve gotten more info on my request of maintenance, i read over the manual for my vehicle and it was different from what was recommended. The service was outstanding, i just think the communication and educating the customer is what wanted. But i should have asked as well, thank you!

SHADY. Do not take your cars here. This is no longer owned but the Cillis family. This is all new employees and management who are running a very sketchy shop. Went in for one problem. The two front struts are leaking and the assembly needed replaced. They called us back giving us a price, and went to work. When we picked our car up they handed us a receipt with a whole bunch of services totaling over $3k. Thankfully we had MaxCare coverage. Guess what was the only thing NOT done to the car... The front strut assembly. They will purposely find a bunch of stuff to over charge you for. This place is scummy. DO NOT GO HERE.

Luis helped us with the process of fixing our Cadillac SRX. It is an older model so it was hard to find some parts, Luis was extremely communicative and kept us in the loop the whole time. Additionally, this shop gave us a REAL diagnostic and a REAL solution, we had originally taken the the vehicle to Cadillac dealer and they diagnosed a computer issue along side other issues that amounted to extra thousands of dollars. This organization is honest, hard working and commutative.

I have been searching for over a year trying to find a mechanic shop that has customer support at the front of their mind daily. I feel like one should have a mechanic that you could depend on, Cillis tech. Or just that.

While I gave two stars for personality & free drinks and snack. I am a single mother of two under 5 years old and told them I'm pretty sure it was my spark plugs. I had other things wrong with my car, but for spark plug and coil replacement alone, i was estimated at $1400 for a 2015 kia forte. That's insane. Even for manufactured parts. I kept a straight face like I didn't know better, but price gouging is insane work.

Love the owner and his family, the Original Cillis staff was awesome, The people they have now are crap, I've been doing Customer Service for over 30 years (Original Staff was top notch) The current staff are a disappointment, I brought in my car because it was overheating, around 9:30 the guy told me he would call me in a couple of hrs, I had to call them around 2:00P, he told me they had the car up (at that time) and he'd get back to me in an hr, I had to call them at 4:30p again because there was no call, he told me that it needed a Fan Assembly and they needed to do a Flush, he told me he'd have it done in the after noon, he'd try to get it done early afternoon... I called him in the morning to get an ETA he said he'd call me...... we know how that went.... I had to call them around 3:45 to get an update, he told me they were finishing up with it and he'd have it ready by the end of the day.... he called me 10 minutes before 5 to tell me it was not going to be ready, until the next day, I smell COW MANURE (He's been Lying to me) I wish they went back to the original crew.

The ONLY shop I take my vehicles to. Upfront on everything I have recommended to several people. Have been going there for 8 or 9 years. Still going even after moving out of the area! Kevin and his crew are great! Have had a couple of trips to the body shop as well and not disappointed!!

The good and the bad The good: The people there were able to fix my car within a week and the price was fair. The people there gave me options on parts and the prices of each option and what route I wanted to take. To give several options gives you the power on how you as a consumer want to fix the problem. The people there are very professional, I know some people would overlook this but to me it is great to have people who were respectful. The bad: Communication needs to be worked on, so I was told by the people there that I would get a phone call once they see what needed to be fixed. Never got a phone call, so I had to call them but before people start saying "You just have to be patient" I would call 30 minutes before they closed so they had plenty of time to give me a status update. This issue would go on every single day until the day it was fixed. Also a timeline was never given so if you have anxiety or worry a lot just giving you a heads ups Bonus information: My radiator was messed up and the issue was fixed. When I drove off the old clamps broke or weren't placed on correctly. I drove the car back and they replaced them with new ones free of charge so I'm grateful for them.
