Chuck and his team were great in taking care of my Mercedes C250. When I started having issues with my alternator and couldn't drive my car, I hurriedly searched for a good Mercedes mechanic and took a chance with Chuck. I'm glad I did, because he got my car fixed up in no time and his team was great. His pricing is also extremely fair and his team will work with you. I'm definitely going back to his shop for future service my car might need and am so thankful my car landed in his shop!

Chuck, Anthony and team here are the most honest individuals when it comes to luxury vehicle maintenance and repairs. I’ve never met more genuine and wanting to help individuals. They squeezed us in before our cross country move and were able to service our vehicle. He was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I didn’t feel like I was talking to Chuck the mechanic, I was talking to Chuck my friend. Such a great experience. 10’s across the board!!

Big fan of these guys! They’re super thorough and meticulous. I brought in a 2013 ML550 that was running a bit rough and having trouble starting. They were quickly able to diagnose the issues (in a way that other shops were not able to) and gave me a reasonable estimate to fix everything. Car is running great now. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I brought my car in due to an issue with the trunk that was supposed to have been fixed by the dealer when my car was under warranty. Instead of doing the repair himself, Chuck advised me to reach out to MBUSA to ask them to pay for the repair and they covered it! So grateful for Chuck's honesty - such a high level of integrity - I'll be a customer for life.

We were quoted a $1200 price to fix my sons Mercedes and when we get there he tells us it's only $750!! He was so kind and I knew he must be a Christian because he had the joy of the Lord all about him! He even gave me a hug because he thought it was nice how I was helping my son pay for his car. I can't recommend this shop more!!

5 stars does not do justice for this shop! The customer service is immaculate, the most welcoming and genuine interaction one can ask for. Called during a busy season and they were able to see me 2 days later. They took my car in the morning and had it ready to go before 5pm as promised. Honest quote and way below what I thought it would be at the dealership. They even walked me to my car since it was dark out. I will forever keep coming to this shop for any benz needs. Ladies, highly highly suggest if you want an honest person. Bonus perk, they have an adorable bunny!

My vehicle had several problems I asked him to make a list and priority of what we needed to do. Several things repaired on this run and I'm going back to complete in a few weeks. My car is running excellent. I would recommend anyone in the future if they have a Mercedes this is the place to go.

They replaced the air ride bags in my wife's 2015 GL 450 the morning after dropping it off one evening. They also explained the process thoroughly and gave excellent customer service. Very prompt and professional work at a reasonable price. Also gave a military discount, as my wife and I are both veterans. I think I've found my new go-to Mercedes shop! Chuck has been my mechanic for my car and I never write many reviews, but his team is honest and professional so I felt the need to take the time out to write a review. They are very honest and hardworking people. They will work with you and for you on any issues, problems, or concerns you may have. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else.

Chuck is absolutely awesome. I cannot possibly say enough. His heart is so full of compassion that it's hard to imagine how it all fits. I do boots on the ground Outreach for those lacking the resources needed for basic survival. My car is vital to what I do because of my need for transportation. It's also a flag of Hope for many. At one time I was homeless. Just one of those faces that we all look past. With persistence and an incredible community of support I managed to get off the streets. It's amazing how many people are unaware of how close they are to being right where I sat. So needless to say when my car was wrecked I was a basket case. Chuck took care of everything with ease and understanding. They made it as stress-free as possible. They dealt with all of the inconveniences of paperwork and insurance Adjusters. He took away all the stress related to the incident so I could focus my efforts on the people who depend on me. When I think of Chuck I think of the story about the old man and the little boy and the starfish on the beach. If you don't know the story you should look it up. Thank you Chuck for throwing back a starfish. You really have made a difference. Probably way more than you know.

I brought my 2010 Mercedes S400 there team went bad and it was really worried I tried to get a key made out of locksmith and they screwed it all up I brought it here they have the real Mercedes software and they got me back on the road I am very grateful Chuck is super nice gives you advice about the cars quite frankly if you're looking to buy Mercedes go talk to him and he can help you out with recommendations as well I highly recommend this it's above five stars

We've been going to Chuck for years for our 2005 C Class. He is by far the most honest and fair mechanic I know. Now he is also a good friend who helps our son out with our old Mercedes.
