My 2009 JK started throwing cylinder misfire codes. I had recently had an injector replaced for the same thing. I created an appointment online and got it in the next day. Taeylor met me at 7:00 am and listened to my concern. He didn't try and upsell and seemed pretty knowledgeable of what needed done. I got a text confirmation within the hour and recommendations. I approved work and it was completed within 3 hours. They did the remaining 5 injectors and replaced plugs and wires. I'm at 65k, so it's time. The price was comparable, if not less, than what I paid at another shop for the same work. Parts were cheaper. I was so happy, I just dropped of my 2004 TJ for some work. I'll write another review once that's complete. Thank you, Taeylor and your group. It's never a fun thing to do, but it was as painless as it could be. Great work.

Advisor Daniel at Larry H Miller Jeep provided us with excellent service! Despite a very frustrating and stressful situation he listened, and was extremely patient with our multiple questions and phone calls. His polite approach and positive nature never wavered. He was always kind and really did turn a bad situation into one that let us walk away feeling relieved. He made our needs and service a priority and made us feel truly valued as a customer. After some initial confusion with the Dodge Ram location's ability to work on Chrysler Hybrid vehicles, the Chrysler Jeep location was able to fit me in same-day before an upcoming road trip. Great service in the end.

Daniel is always looking for other ways to help in making sure my Durango gets everything fixed , he even send me a message letting me know when my next oil change is due . I recommend him to whoever needs their car checked out . 👍

I discovered some missing lug nuts on two of my wheels, which created a dangerous driving situation. Ruben, the service advisor, handled the situation beautifully. He squeezed me in among many other scheduled appointments and got me back on the road in short order. Much appreciated!

Ruben was so awesome and very attentive entire time I waited for my oil change to be done. He mentioned snacks, water, Uber ride if needed, and gave me updates on my car often. Highly recommend going in for services and letting Ruben assist you 👍🏼 great staff all around

My point of contact was never available to discuss repairs or answer any questions, I had to contact the sales floor or parts to try and have them find him. My car was listed as detailed/washed and it was dirtier i honestly don’t believe they washed it as stated in the paper work, I would really like to take it somewhere else that that honors the maintenance agreement.

the person who attended me was on the phone and my car was ready, he saw that I needed to leave and he did not even turn to see me, the person next to him saw me and was very kind to me
