I brought my vehicle in for a transmission leak, and they were able to perform a diagnostic test the same day. The staff was courteous enough to provide me with a shuttle in a timely fashion. Unfortunately i was not able to get the leak fixed, but their customer service is top notch and Lupe in particular is a really good communicator. I would definitely consider doing business with them again and recommend them to anyone needing routine service.

I recently had my car serviced here and Kevin Avery and Juan were super helpful I had a great experience they took the time to explain the issues and even provided pictures. The repair was quick I would highly recommend this place.

I went to them for an alignment and had no issues and the gentleman that helped me was very nice, however they did their full inspection of my car and among a ton of other things they told me that my cabin filter needed to be changed and the price would be well over $100 because they had to go "in the dash". I assume bc I'm a woman he thought that I didn't know that it takes at most 15 minutes to remove the junk in my glove compartment, remove a small hook and replace the filter, which I do myself, and the filter cost $40 from Autozone. I don't understand why mechanics are comfortable with getting over on people, and especially women. But I digress....

From every call, first visit and inspection the professionalism was top tier. In all my years as a car owner I have never received a detailed inspection report with video and educational materials. That was just spectacular service. I will definitely bring my cars to this company forever.

Such a warm and welcoming environment. Staff is so very kind, caring and attentive!! I can tell that integrity is important to them. I went in thinking I needed my brakes replaced. They let me know all I needed was some new brake fluid. They told me my brakes were still in great condition!! I love that I have found them because they are Trustworthy!!!✨😊👍

Awesome experience! Brought my Mercedes GLE in for service. These guys are great. Free Uber back and forth from home, free comprehensive check of my vehicle with pictures and videos, upfront and honest about price. The Master tech is extremely knowledgeable concerning my vehicle. Definitely a five star is deserving 100%. Will be back!

I was having some issues with my car. I was not certain if my car was still under warranty, but Holly was great and was able to find out that part of my repairs were covered under warranty! Holly was great at making sure I knew what they discovered. She explained everything in terms I could understand. She gave me all the information I needed to get a rental car. Holly called me when my car was ready and made picking up my car and paying for the repairs so easy. She was so good at making sure I understood their policies and future services they could provide. I will definitely take my car here for future service and repairs!

I’ve been going to Christian Brothers since 2018 and they have always done great work. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Paul the manager, Holly and Avery went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed and set me up with a great no-contract warranty plan called Care +. I highly recommend going to Christian Brothers for all your car needs.

Do not recommend this business and will not be coming back. Disrespectful to customers, used fear tactic to try to get me to spend an excessive amount of money on my vehicle that didn't need to be done. Lied to me about pricing. They also wouldn't return my vehicle to me when I asked and had to be insistent on picking it up. I felt taken advantage of being a single woman. I got two other opinions - one from a trusted shop and one from a dealership - and both did not come up with nearly the amount of "immediate work" Christian Brothers tried telling me I "absolutely needed done." (Difference in about $6,000 worth of work) Be wary of coming here. Be sure to do your research and don't be afraid to get a second opinion if they are being pushy and talking down to you.

My cousin Sofia got an estimate here for her BMW for her struts for $2,767. When she told me I was shocked at the amount and told her to get a second opinion. I sent her to MASH auto repair and body shop in Garland where I take my car, and they quoted her $1,318 FOR THE SAME JOB! That’s less than half the cost for what Christian brothers would have charged. I’m shocked. I will only trust MASH auto to make sure myself and my family are not being scammed and overcharged!!

These guys continue to rock!! Holly is great to work with and provides excellent customer service and knowledgeable insight on what needs to be done. Also, the courtesy check lets you know what may need attention down the road. The complimentary beverages/snacks and courtesy shuttle are a definite bonus.

Horrible experience after many visits of a span of over 4 months I finally decided to visit the Rockwall location,where they finally fixed all my issues in one visit. I was told I had a continues oil leak after all the visits due to too my engine cradle seals opening from too much oil causing oil too still leak,only to find out my brand new oil pans that where replaced here at this location were cracked from over torqued bolts.I also had a head gasket leak that was missed after Multiple visits from this location. Unacceptable and happy I gave the Rockwall location a chance to set me straight and truly fix my car.

Put 5w30 instead of 5w20 in my truck. I am meticulous about my truck so this was not appreciated at all. A trip that usually takes a quarter tank took over half a tank of gas. I took it to another shop after and they said the oil was low after these guys had just changed the oil pan gasket and changed the oil. 4/18/2024 I got a call from CB and they got in contact with another shop in my local area who changed out my oil for me today. I appreciate the customer service. Thanks Brad @ the Leander Christian Brothers shop.

I have no intention of going back to that place! My daughter and I use to take our Buicks there. I made a appointment They took my car and I thought it was fix. Engine diagnostics paid for what they said I needed. Two months later same problem when back, I had to pay for another test! I left that place made a appointment with Gateway Buick. Took my Suv there and the problem was solved! The issue was the turbo. But yet they did a diagnosis and didn't know. I believe someone don't know what they were doing! Anywho I nor my daughter will go back to Christian brothers and I'm a Christian!
