I recently took my 2016 F150 King Ranch truck with 118,000 miles to Christian Brothers for an A/C issue and a coolant flush, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they gave me an upfront cost estimate for the work, along with a detailed list of necessary repairs and optional recommendations that I could accept or decline. Everything was transparent, with no hidden costs. The communication throughout the process was fantastic; I was kept informed in multiple ways about the progress. The work was completed promptly, and I didn't have to miss any work thanks to their convenient shuttle service, which got me to the office on time and even picked me up when my truck was ready. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for anyone needing any auto repairs! Finally an auto repair location that's honest and does excellent work. Thank you so much!

Another great experience. I had my car battery suddenly die and within an hour the team was able to replace it. Love that they have a shuttle to get to work or back home if needed. Great business, will always use them when needed! Thank you!

Car alignment went very well and in a timely manner. I really liked the fact that they give you a before and after printout detailing where the the specs were and what adjustments they made.

I've brought my Chrysler 200 to Christian Brothers 3x in the past 8 months (unrelated) . They explained everything in detail and fixed the problems. Update: I had timing belt replaced July 4 (previously recommended, car has 120K). Everything is working fine since. Update II (Jan 2025) I needed a Throttle Body and PCV valve replaced. Other tests performed (clean). NOTE: I've sat in the waiting lounge several times since I started coming to CBA and I've noticed many return customers but none of them complained or were upset with CBA. I highly recommend them!

AWESOME SHOP !!!!! I just used this shop for the first time 2 months ago. It was an ABSOLUTE GREAT experience….From the second I walked in the door, I was met by Nick who is super super genuinely friendly and helpful. I feel like he is now my friend because I have brought 3 cars in to get work done. My son also recently got a car and we brought it to them to give it a look and they said nothing at all is wrong. They are honest good people at this shop. I have recommended so many people to this place!!!!! The waiting area is very warm and welcoming with couches and coffee and water. Trust me, I’ve tried so many shops in Tampa, and I have found my new mechanics!!!!! Try them—I guarantee you’ll be happy !!! Oh yea, forgot to mention prices are great and they constantly send you texts to keep you on top of what is going on with your vehicle…. Ask for NICK !!!!! He is awesome. Tell him I sent you !!!!

Customer service person is fantastic, the mechanic that scratched my car when playing around in the shop, not to good. He left a socket set on the car when it was up and had to jump several times to pull it down and it spilled on the car and all over the floor almost hitting one of the co works.

The only mechanic I trust! I unfortunately have to have warranty work done at the dealership and when I do, I inevitably have to bring the car back to Christian Brothers to correct something! Yes, I could go back to the dealer but when they have my vehicle for 3-5-9 weeks at a time, I'd rather pay for a correction job that I know will be well done!!!

Quick response to my need! My mom's car broke down; wouldn't start. Contacted them at the end of the business day. Told me they'd take a look first thing in the morning, so had it towed. They were true to their word. Put in a new starter, as well as took care of several other issues . Their quality assurance person was going over repairs near end of the day, starter was defective! 😲 Called and got another one almost an hour away; tore things apart and installed the new one, and were done by the end of business.day! Appreciated it, as I was flying out the next morning. Thank you!!

Really appreciated the customer service I received from Justin and Luke. Anytime I have an issue with my vehicles the team is fantastic. Loved they get straight to finding the issue vs other shops that take days. The follow ups throughout the entire process, detailed feedback, and updated real-time information is such a relief. 10/10 would recommend anyone here.

I have a unique situation where I 99% of the time take my car to the dealership. Since I had it at the dealership back in August and spent $3k to fix something, when our vehicle stopped accelerating suddenly on the Suncoast expressway (50 Miles north of Tampa) as we were returning from evacuating Milton, I thought..hmmm... let me give a local mechanic shop a crack at this. Sooo glad I did, this is the best experience I have ever had at any mechanic or dealership - and actually my car had to be towed to them and eventually..towed from them to a dealership bc it’s an engine problem - from a recall - so the dealer has to process claim and fix it. So really…no meat on the bone for CB at that point. And ya know what- they still went above and beyond! That’s rare. And that creates trust…forever!!!! I will tell everyone to go to Christian brothers Westchase (Huge shoutout to Luke! Justin was also great when I called in a panic to have my car towed in.) This place…and everyone there is a total class act. It felt very different from the typical dealership cattlecall-type waiting area. They were fast, respectful, Communicative, and sympathetic! responsive! They helped me to a level - they didn’t ever have too. They spoke to me like I was intelligent ( I’m the first one to say I know nothing about cars. You want me to build you a website?I’m there!…but I always find myself fumbling to even describe anything about a car problem: “like it’s maybe a knock or maybe a belt? or maybe the tire is broken?lol) anyways…they always replied or answered the phone. They talked me through the problems they found (even though they knew I had to go to a dealership for a total engine replacement from a recall) instead of just sending the link with probs they found - that they probably knew would freak me out. Just all the good things. Highly recommend! CB, THANKS SO MUCH. Will be a customer for life!

I’ve been going to Christian Brothers in Westchase for years and I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences every time. From oil changes, tire patches, replacing cooling systems, troubleshooting transmission issues, they take care of everything the first time quickly, and at fair prices. Where this location stands out most is their customer service, which I can only describe as trustworthy and sincere. Specifically: Nick, who almost always is the one who oversees my vehicle, goes above and beyond to solve customers concerns with their vehicles, as well as Justin who has also taken excellent care of my vehicle several times. Outstanding professionalism, communication, and service all around from these two, as well as the technicians working on the vehicles.
