We heard great reviews from other people about Christian Brothers Automotive, we decided to give them a try. Visited CBA on Maize & 29th St. Jules, who is highly trained in customer service checked our pickup in, advised us of charges. We brought our Ram 1500 in for brake issues. AJ the tech took care in informing us what crucial repairs needed. CBA replaced our ABS braking system. CBA is reliable, dependable and affordable. The office area is clean, with comfortable seating, office staff & techs are professional, talented and happy to help. Thanks Christian Brothers Automotive. BTW I will be calling to schedule an oil change on my Explorer next week.

The best, hands-down. They're friendly, the facility is clean and comfortable, and do a courtesy inspection at each service - that allows me to have peace of mind knowing that all the systems in my car are in good shape. Went in for an oil change, found valve gasket leaking, bad battery, exhaust leak. They do great work and in a timely manner. Great customer service.

As much as it sucks to spend money on taking your vehicle to a mechanic shop, these guys/gals make it a little less painful. Professional and courteous. Its also nice that they update you along the way with texts, pictures and videos. I truly believe if they can save you money on the fix, they will do it. Which is pretty rare in the mechanic shop world. Great company.

Praise God for good Christian people! When they say they treat thy neighbors as they treat themselves they mean it! Christian Brothers are the most kind, caring an compassionate buisness I have ever been Blessed to deal with!! I can't sing their praises enough an AJ will forever hold a special place in my Heart for going above an beyond on making sure our vehicle was fixed an ready in one day for us to get to work an helping us afford to do the repairs!!! At first glance, they seem like a reputable shop. My last three encounters, though, they have pushed for overpriced services, services that I just had done at the dealership and couldn’t even provide a review of an inspection report that matched the one I was emailed.

I told them I would be back. Front counter people, AJ, and the Blonde... Absolutely loved these people. Their shuttle to take you and pick you up from home... Amazing! When you reflect Christ in what you do you will succeed. These people are a blessing.

Recently I had a repair performed that required a re-do. I brought this to the attention of Christian Brothers. There was plenty of room for “It’s not our fault,” and “Let us look at it and we’ll let you know.” Christian Brothers chose another approach - they fixed the problem without arguing. I’m glad to have someone servicing our vehicles that acknowledges a mistake - and fixes it. Thanks Christian Brothers!

This shop has great people with good values. They took care of me after a mistake was made on my vehicle, and that is hard to come by. Trust me when I tell you… trust them. I took my truck in because the rear differential was leaking. They got it fixed in a couple of hours, and I picked it up the same day. I will say, these guys are not cheap, but they’re worth it. Later, on my first drive with my truck, a seal on my differential failed and it sheared the gears in my differential. The shop was closed so I went in the next morning expecting a fight with someone telling me that it’s my problem and they can’t help me. Instead, I was greeted with compassion and genuine care. The two people at the front desk immediately asked if I was ok, and told me that they were sorry that it happened. They paid for my truck to be towed and told me they would find out the issue and have it fixed at no cost. The next day I got a call from the shop foreman explaining in detail what happened and what they were going to do to fix it. It got fixed within two days and I picked it up at no cost, and so far it’s perfect. Ultimately, these guys are employing young kids and trying to teach them how to work in this trade. For that they should be commended, but with it mistakes are going to happen, it’s inevitable. What they can control is how they respond to them. I will always come back here because of how they handled my situation.

This visit was for a routine oil change. Making the appointment was easy, AJ scheduled the appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient. Jules greeted me when I arrived, was friendly, got my vehicle checked in and the oil change started. I waited for the service to be completed and having access to WiFi in the waiting area allowed me to work while i waited. When the service was finished, check out was smooth. AJ reviewed the condition of my vehicle, offered suggestions and I was on my way. My experience has always been good at CBA West Wichita.

Very honest business! When they called to tell us our car was ready, the final bill was several hundred dollars less than the estimate. Apparently, once they got into the engine, it was not as complicated and required less parts. Very friendly and personable to work with!

I was very impressed with the way they did things. They made sure to keep me updated on everything. I didn't feel like most places just find stuff to make an extra dollar. I would recommend them to everybody.
