It's a 5-star experience all around at this Christian Brothers location. The shop and waiting area is clean and stocked with refreshments that you're able to recharge with while you wait. Nick M. is by far one of the best service advisors I've ever encountered. I'm always warmly greeted and welcomed into the establishment by him. He takes the time to go above and beyond by offering a personalized service experience which I appreciate greatly. You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does and serving others. I've always felt informed and never pressured into any service. Keep up the great work, Nick! Guillermo has also been extremely welcoming and attentive to my vehicle's service needs. He was honest with me whenever I asked a question regarding my vehicle's suspension. I'm very appreciative for the honesty and great service provided by him. The customer service, honesty, and thorough quality of work is why I continue to patron this Christian Brothers location. Keep up the great work and I'll continue to be your customer. With Christmas around the corner and money is tight, Guillermo and Nick made sure I was set and taken care of for the holidays. I appreciate the kindness and willingness to work with me and I am so incredibly grateful for that. The shop is always clean and accommodating and the courtesy shuttle is a big bonus for me. I was blessed to meet Nick, who provided the utmost customer service. He always had a smile on his face and was always courteous and attentive. What a true young gentleman and professional. The team worked hard to remedy my vehicle issues. Unfortunately, one of those issues seems to be an elusive one for Jeep but Nick is on it.

Dropped off vehicle for Alignment to be checked, was told the alignment was good but adjusted the Steering wheel?!? After alignment was performed and I was charged, the vehicle was pulling to the right and steering wheel was off-center to the Left!?! Had to drop vehicle off again and missed work to correct Issues.. Also needed State Inspection but machine always seems to be down or having issues w/ the State...

Good costumer service but just never got an inspection document and full thorough inspection to find the problem on my truck was not found. Took my truck to another Christian brother branch and they blew this branch out of the water.

I want to thank Nick M and his team again for getting my car back on the road. I had several issues, that made it unsafe to drive. The customer service was excellent. I received a diagnostic listing all the things needed and a promise that my car would be repaired and back on the road. They kept their promise and my car is safe to drive again. Was stopped at a nearby light with a dead battery (actually on my way to CBA). The front office staff quickly sent a driver to jump the battery. Was out of the shop in just about 30 minutes.

I would never go to this location again. I would never work with this company again. I went in for ac issues on two separate occasions was given a 1k+ “fix” only to have it not work. I then had to come back because mistakes they made resulted in severe damage happening to my car ( water pump, belt, ac compressor, etc needing to be replaced). Their regional management is giving me the run around trying to get me to pay another 3k to “fix” this issue ( that’s with them supposedly not charging full price), which would bring me to over 6k out of pocket. This isn’t even the only car I had issues with them with. I brought in a car for an emergency brake line repair ($1300) and had them change my oil ( simple right?) only to drive home and wake up with me checking the oil and realizing they didn’t fill it up. The person at the shop laughed it off like it was something that happens all the time. I don’t know if this is each shop ( probably not, I hope for your sake) but this is not acceptable. To their credit, the shop was clean and their customer service in the shop was pleasant, but I came to get my car fixed and pay a premium for “reliable” car repair not for the customer service. If you work with them, notate everything, ask detailed questions, get it in writing. I’m currently still trying to get this figured out with them. We’ll see if I need to take further steps based on what they do.

Took my car for state inspection, my car AC was cold while I was driving there and never had any problems at all with my car AC, after the inspection completed , the technician asked me do I want them to check the AC too? Cause my car AC is not cold and have problems, I said no due to when I was driving to their shop my car AC was fine and cold, I think they did something to my AC etc.. I was so mad and will no longer take my car back to this shop again, I will tell all my friends & family not to come here. Please have your manager call me for this problem or I will make a complaint to the owner of this shop.

Brought my car in because of ac issues and these guys did a complimentary diagnosis, recharged the system and added dye to find the possible leak. Even though they didn't put my glove box back I'm still giving them a good rating for the thorough inspection and honesty. Another shop I used before charged me $75 just to sit in my driver seat and tell me something is wrong with my ac and wanted another $450 for further testing. I will be returning if I need anything done to my vehicles, thank you CB.

CBA has definitely earned my loyalty. I have an Italian car with a very bad reputation. The manager went above and beyond to research the car make and model to find solutions at a lot less than the dealer. Outstanding service!

Great experience at the location on West Rd! I called first thing in the morning when they opened to see if they could help me with replacing the nob on my gear shift after I tried doing it myself, and they said absolutely. Marlon P. was very nice on the phone! I let him know that I had purchased a replacement myself, and he said they may not be able to use that, but bring it in anyway so they could have a look. Once I brought it in, he handed my car over to Nick M. who was also very nice and helpful. He was able to use the replacement I brought in and he had my car ready for me in about 5 minutes. This made my day because I had tried to get another place to help me the day before, and they said they couldn't do it, so I was just expecting that to happen again. Thank you all so much! (:

Too expensive, and found out my new mechanic would’ve done everything for wayyyyy cheaper and they said the job wasn’t done correctly at that. I was so disappointed and regretful.

I will recommend this Christian brothers location to anyone looking for trust worthy staff who will get the job done. “Raumi” definitely provided exceptional customer service, very attentive, reliable, honest but more importantly operates with integrity. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me the best available options. As a customer is difficult to trust anyone with your vehicle but here they will make you feel welcome and like family. Made an appt. For simple oil change, went at the assigned time; sat for 15 min. Completely ignored 🙁. Left to find someone who wants my business. Last time I went here they suggested over $5,000. Worth of work I needed on a four year old car. Now can't even get a simple oil change. Run away fast.
