John was very nice and communicated well, but the rest of the process was a rip off. I used this company due to the recommendation on the AAA website. My car was towed there and I was charged $165 for a diagnostic, no AAA discount. I explained that the car would try to start but not turn over it had did some hesitation while driving. Their update said the motor was gone. Another ship looked at the car and it was simple tube that was broken. I wish I could have my $165 back sounds to me they didn't want to fix it because it was an older car and felt it a waste to look at but had no problem taking my money and then threatening the next day to have the car taken to the salvage yard because it hadn't been picked up yet.

If you’re looking for trust, communication, customer service, reliability or timing then you should speak with Dave and Brian here. We needed a clutch rebuilt, among other things, and they explained the process and plan clearly and openly. Provided the options and recommended solutions before allowing us to decide on what we wanted to do. After confirming everything… it took them a day! Thank you guys so much, we will be back soon to complete the rest of the recommended work. You have our auto business.

I was happy with the thorough inspection they did and found some issues with my car I wasn’t aware of. Struts and sway arms links were installed and the car handles much better now. Seemed a little pricey for that work and my car camera was unplugged upon picking up my car for what they claim was a “test drive”.

Needed to get a few things done with my jeep and decided to try here as they had the best reviews in my area. Extremely happy with everything from scheduling service to picking up my car. Dave and John were both friendly, communicative, and honest. John was able to find a part I needed at the lowest price in the area, avoiding me unnecessary costs which I really appreciate. Will be taking my car back here as needed and highly recommend to anyone else searching for a new auto shop.

My Yukon had an oil leak after I got my oil changed somewhere else. I looked online and Christian Brothers Westheimer had the highest google rating for auto repairs in my area. I made an appointment online and dropped my car off with service manager Dave at the scheduled time. Dave called me back in 30 minutes to say they'd found and fixed the issue. The oil change technician (not at Christian Brothers) had improperly reinstalled my oil filter, creating the oil leak. Dave and his team promptly fixed the issue and refused to accept payment for the simple repair. I cannot recommend Christian Brothers Westheimer highly enough for their competency and integrity. I will be going back for any future oil change or auto repair needs.

Returned multiple times for the same issue (coil failure) after paying $1000+. Picked up my vehicle on a Friday; returned it on a Monday. Very inconvenient.

I went to this shop because my a/c was not getting cold. I asked “How much will it cost?” I was given a price of $100. When I picked the car up, the price was $240 plus tax and the a/c doesn’t work any better now than it did when I brought it to them! I was very disappointed. Evidently, the word Christian in the name, doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to get an honest quote or even receive what you pay for.
