Check engine light came on unexpectedly late on a Saturday. I was able to get vehicle in first thing Monday morning. They quickly did analysis and determined there was on old code that was stored and likely triggered the dashboard light. Cleared it and I was good to go! Thank you to all that were involved!

I received EXCEPTIONAL support from Christian Brothers! They made me, my kids, and my dog feel very welcoming. They went up and beyond with repairs and explained everything about my repairs to me. They even had a courtesy car if needed. This is what you hope for from any mechanic. I know I do. I would recommend getting your car fixed at Christian Brothers any day.

Told me I needed a new battery ($436) based on the “courtesy inspection” while having an oil change. Didn’t do it and went to 2 other mechanics both checked battery and said it was fine. In my opinion this garage tries to take advantage of people. Not to mention they call you to come in early because they had a cancellation, so you do thinking you’re helping them out and instead they make you drop off your car and keep it for 6 hours

If I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to Christian Brothers Automotive was a frustrating experience filled with overcharging, incomplete repairs, and poor communication. I went in for what should have been a simple oil change and back window repair, but I left feeling completely scammed. For the back window, they diagnosed the issue as a faulty switch. Instead of fixing it, they swapped a working switch from another door so the window would stay up and told me to “just not touch the window.” This lazy patch job cost $159.99 for diagnostics, and they quoted an additional $194.29 for a fix they didn’t even attempt. Their approach was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. The quote for my charcoal canister replacement was equally outrageous. They quoted $931.89, with $691.88 for the part alone—nearly double the market average of $332–$346 for an OEM vapor canister. While the labor cost of $159.99 was reasonable, the inflated part cost made the total estimate completely unreasonable. To top it off, they added a $17.99 fuel treatment that was irrelevant to the issue and seemed like a blatant attempt to pad the bill further. The tax and fees were equally questionable. Despite an approved total of $846.06, the final bill came to $1,003.37—a nearly 18.5% markup. With an 8% tax and a $54.99 supply fee, the numbers simply don’t add up. When I asked for clarification, their vague explanations didn’t resolve anything. Even the $107 oil change, which seemed fairly priced on its own, was paired with unnecessary inspections that inflated the total cost to over $500. This pattern of upselling and lack of transparency shows their focus is on profit rather than providing honest and fair service. Response to below: Their response to my concerns was dismissive and deflected blame, claiming I “rushed” the call. The reality is their team failed to communicate effectively and couldn’t even provide basic information like emailing or texting me the necessary details—something any professional shop should manage without issue. For anyone reading this, I urge you to do your own research and take a look at the countless reviews across multiple platforms that echo the same complaints about Christian Brothers Automotive. Overcharging, upselling, lazy repairs, and poor customer service seem to be standard practice for this business. My experience isn’t an isolated incident—it’s part of a pattern that they clearly have no interest in addressing. The worst part is that their dismissive and condescending responses to reviews show a complete lack of accountability or willingness to improve. My biggest regret was not reading those reviews beforehand. If I had, I would have never trusted this shop with my car. Save yourself the frustration, the headache, and the financial hit, and take your business somewhere that actually respects its customers. I’ve since scheduled an appointment with another repair shop that has already heard of similar issues with Christian Brothers Automotive. They assured me I wouldn’t be treated the same way, showing me how customers should actually be treated—with professionalism, honesty, and respect. This experience and their response have made it clear that those qualities are not priorities at Christian Brothers Automotive. I strongly recommend others avoid this shop and seek out a business that values transparency, fair pricing, and genuine customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else—Christian Brothers Automotive is not worth your time or money.

I took my car here to get inspected, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and transparent with the process. Their equipment did have a malfunction so my car was there longer than expected, but they were extremely apologetic and communicated clearly the entire time. I really appreciate this wonderful experience I had with them, and would highly recommend anyone to come to this shop.

We ended up with the best case scenario on a potentially costly repair and I credit that to the knowledgeable, talented, and patient techs at CBA. The fix cost hundreds when it could have cost thousands! The other guys identified the problem but CBA fixed it, and fixed it right. Thanks to all the folks at CBA Valley Park. Awesome job!!!

This repair shop is fantastic. The staff and mechanics here are honest, reliable, and dependable. Prices are very reasonable for repairs. They fixed a coolant overheating issue in my Grand Cherokee. Later on, I realized I needed an emissions inspection and they were able to fit me in very quickly. I highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive needs.

Unexpected car issue on my way to work and limped into the nearest auto repair. Happened upon Christian Brothers Auto and couldn't have been more happy with their service. Although me vehicle is not repaired, it was through no fault of Christian Brothers. I was given an honest opinion to have my car taken to the dealer to be looked at for possible warranty repair. No upselling! Great company and will be using them for any future needs! I will be referring them to my family, when the time comes, we all know it will come! Highly recommend!
