Their timing was excellent, I had an oil change, tire rotation, and a transmission serviced. I was in and out in no time. Nate the man behind the counter is a very nice and very nice very courteous person, makes you want come in for that alone. Service people are not the same anymore, if you know what I mean. Thank you very much I’m making Christian Brother Automotive my permanent place to have car serviced.

Everyone there is friendly and professional. I got an estimate right away and the final cost was actually lower. Really enjoyed the shuttle service that took me back-and-forth from my home. Highly recommend Christian Brothers and will use them for all my future automotive repairs and service.

We were referred here from Discount Tire. Never heard of the business before but after our visit now I know why. Work was completed in a timely manner however they completed work we did not authorize. We were surprised when we got there to pick up the car and the bill was over $200 more. Needless to say I was irritated when I found this out. We were told they contacted us several times. I had only one missed call and my son was never contacted as they had both our numbers. We definitely will not be returning here nor referring.

Christian Brothers Automotive is an outstanding repair shop. Although my vehicle is under a CarMax warranty, they were booked three weeks out when I needed my rear airbag replaced. They recommended Christian Brothers on Potranco Road, who promptly picked up my vehicle, took care of the warranty paperwork, kept me updated on the repair status, and returned it in excellent condition. My car now rides like new! I highly recommend them for any repair work.

Dealership referred me to U-Haul to have a new hitch installed. Save time and just call Christian Brothers. I got an estimate and a fair price. Quick appointment, same day service, shuttle home and frequent communication with changes or concerns. I trust this company to be honest and reliable. I actually had a great time socializing with the staff.

This review is long overdue, but I've only ever had exceptional customer service and quality service for my vehicle needs when coming here. The shuttle service is convenient and appreciated! Not many places will let you leave your vehicle and then chauffer you back to your home and then pick you up and bring you back when it's ready. From my experiences, my vehicle has never stayed longer than 2 days. Thank you for that! Keep in mind that dealerships may offer loaner cars, and yea, that's cool, but the waitlist for that is usually a good way out. It's not convenient when your car needs fixing now, not 6 months out from now, and potentially gets worse and more costly. And the complimentary coffee and water at CBA's is always a nice touch.

Made an appointment online and it was confirmed right away! I got email notifications up until time of the appointment. Walked in the door and Rosa greeted me right away. We went what needed to be done, and I waited for the shuttle for a minute or so. The shuttle driver was so nice and sweet. A few hours later i got a call text and email for what was found. Everything was closely explained to me and she let me know that it would be done soon. Hour later my car was done, i was called and picked up right away! Car runs great again, and I've found my new mechanic shop!! 10/10!!

Great customer service, need to take off worn down lugs to change a flat tire. I was turned away from a near by automotive business because they said they would have to chisel them off and could damage the tire. I spoke to Brighton who said they would take a look at it. They got it done early next day offered a shuttle pick up and refreshments all free of charge including the lug removal. Trust me this is the place to go top quality service and customer service.
