All that I talked to were courteous and explained things in a way I could understand. Work was done in a very timely manner. I was given an option of what work should be done with no undue pressure. I would recommend.

For the first time, I had a car break down on the freeway . My wife and I were on the beltway at the I 45 interchange Monday evening at rush-hour. Scarry! It was about 5 PM once we got to the shoulder ,then contacted Christian Brothers Automotive, and they immediately contacted their wrecker service who was there in about 40 minutes to got us off the road and finally safe. Woody had his tech , looked at the car the next morning, and they determined that the engine had locked up. Bad news.! But the good news was, they also found a technical service bulletin online that my engine should be covered by an extended warranty extension ,which it qualified for the, year make and model.2013 Hyundai Tucson with 94000 miles. Not sure other garages would have done this. They were extremely helpful through this ordeal, and I really appreciate them. Hope you never need it, just remember anything to do with a vehicle , including Towing , you can call them!

Christian Brothers Auto is top notch. I really appreciate the detailed inspection of the entire car with photos, videos, and analysis. I appreciate having a call explaining the suggested work with pricing asking for authorization before work is started. Christian Bros is ethical and I trust them to not oversell me on work I don't need. I do believe the price is worthy of the quality. I will definitely be trusting them with future work. Very timely as well. Thank you!

Had a transmission issue. Peter discussed it with me on the phone and advised me to let him service the transmission before taking it to a transmission shop. The transmission service worked and saved me many thousands of dollars. I would recommend them for all your work. It’s hard to find a service center you can trust.

I made an appointment for 7am just for them to tell me I don't qualify for the promotion. She couldn't of said that when I made the appointment and mentioned I was interested in special and gave her my car info over the phone. Clearly looking to take people's money

Stellar experience. State inspection done in 30 minutes. I was able to book the appointment online. My jeep's color is teal/turquoise, and it was recognized that my eye glass frames and tennis shoes matched my vehicle (deliberately done by this happy owner). I wasn't just a number in the system.

Very responsive, but their new online system for estimates is slightly over the top. I chose not to do the job because of the cost and car value just made it a waste of resources. I went to a no name mechanic who knows Lexus and paid 60 percent less and ended up with a two year warranty.

Great customer service. From the moment you walking you are greeted with a friendly smile from everyone. Peter (the manager) was extremely helpful. He and his team went above and beyond to get my car fixed even though the parts needed were not easily found. At the end of the day they made sure my car was fixed properly and to my satisfaction. Did I mention they will take me to work and back every time I left my car at the shop, Woody will make sure you are dropped off and picked up from work. I am a repeated customer for years and I highly recommend the Christian Brothers Automotive especially the Space Center location.

Just a couple weeks ago during the heat snap, my ac went kaput. Nothing. I was going to take my truck to Dodge, but they are so, sooo, overpriced. I knew the repair was going to be expensive so I decided to give the small business a try. I heard alot of good things about Christian Brothers, so I decided to give them a try. I was happy I did. The repair was done in a couple days and the ac works fine. I would definitely go back. THANK YOU CHRISTIAN BROTHERS!
