I have out of town. It was having an issue with my brakes. I discussed with someone about a recommendation and they told me about CBA. They said they were for honesty and transparency. And the recommendation was spot on. The communication, explanation, discussing billing prior to starting services Was all very transparent and price is very reasonable. They even offered help with supplementary transportation needs.. Would definitely recommend using

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone here. Good advice to even if it meant them referring me to another repair center, which is refreshing. They take photos and Marc condition of your vehicle so they can track wear and tear, never seen that before. Highly recommend.

Latest report. October 23, 2024: I recently returned to this Christian Brothers in Sarasota twice, once for each of my cars. In both cases I was quite satisfied. I continue to be impressed by the friendliness and competence of the staff. They diagnosed the problem with my Lexus RX (a fuel relay) and fixed it promptly and for a reasonable price. I’m not one who normally praises auto repair shops but this place has been exceptional thus far. January 2025. I again had some service work at Christian Brothers on McIntosh in I’m Sarasota. This time on my Lexus RC. I have now obtained service from them five times. I’m 74 years old, so I have repeatedly dealt with probably 40 different car shops over the years. This shop is the best in friendliness, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Unlike almost every other shop, it is a pleasant experience. And they stand by their work.

Needed brakes on my s class Mercedes. They were the lowest price while dropping me home, and test driving my car to verify things are good. Facility is new and inviting. Will go there again. George was my advisor and he did a great job.

Purchased a truck that was serviced and maintained by this shop… they most likely ran the oil pan bolt in with an impact because they stripped the threads. The bolt only needs 10 ft/lb of torque…

Best place ever! I've been with the same dealership for 17 years and moved out of state and was recommended by a friend about Christian Brothers Automotive. They are the most knowledgeable, friendly and honest people I have ever met in my life. They go above and beyond and I trust them 100 percent. 5 Stars are not enough. 100 stars are about right. I had an excellent experience at Christian Brothers Sarasota location. Charles and George made arrangements for us to have two separate cars serviced on the same day as my initial call. The technicians’ work was top notch, and the price was reasonable. I am very pleased and will be recommending them highly.

First time using them..wife suggested.. 2 pristine Audi convertibles ..I’m a car guy and very particular…now, they’re my new “go to” servicer…everything about the experience was superb…very pleased. Return visit..routine maintenance..everything about this outfit is superb..highly recommend. Another return routine service call…so much to like about this place …they don’t try to sell u anything..something I hated about the regular Audi dealership..my wife recently had a slow leak in one of her tires..it was a nail..these guys patched it for her..”Dealerships” don’t patch tires..only sell new ones…so much to like about this place..highly recommend.

I called on Wednesday and asked them if I can make an appointment to get my brakes replaced and they said sure can you come in tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. so I picked 8:00 a.m. I dropped the car off and picked it up around 3 or 4pm service was phenomenal and they did a excellent job!!!!!!!! I will definitely be using them again I used to use JSN on Bee Ridge and McIntosh and they are the very worst. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF MY AUDI!!!

My oil change was complete, and I was told I should replace the air filter on my 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT. Price was quoted at $49.00. I agreed and the air filter was changed, a simple procedure, raise the hood release a couple clips and take out the old and put in the new, it took 3 minutes tops. On my way home I looked at the breakdown of the $49 charge and the air filter was $32.00 and install labor $17.00. Ouch! That extrapolates to a labor rate of $340.00 and hour. I liked the store/ waiting area, and the staff was knowledgeable.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy and efficient. Dropping off the vehicle and aligning on service was clear and attentively done. Communications via text at key stages of the process made it easy and convenient to know what the status was. Friendly, courteous, and competent people throughout the process! Definitely my new go-to place for car service in Sarasota.

Took my RAV4 in for an oil change and to inspect brake wear, the stated the front brakes needed replacing right away, which is what I expected. I asked for a quote to replace the front brake pads, they stated they do not replace the pads without replacing the rotors, which from my experience, more than doubles the price of the repair. I had my front pads swapped out by the actual Toyota dealer several years ago and they never mentioned I had to replace the rotors. This has been my experience also since I was a kid, you either turn or replace the rotors IF THEY ARE DAMAGED, not for the heck of it. So, this caused me to have to reschedule with another auto repair facility that would just do the brake pad replacement. I had the brake PADS replaced today front and rear for considerably less money than Christian Brothers wanted just for my front. There are no squeaks, squeals or vibration from only replacing the pads and feels as smooth as glass. Great looking, very clean shop, very nice guys, I'm sure they are great mechanics too, it just didn't work out great for me timewise on this visit for me.
