The best experience ever with Christian Brothers to work us in on the MLK holiday when our Subaru wouldn't start.....and just when we were planning to head back to Utah. Their communication with us was excellent and their followup to make sure we were satisfied was much appreciated. We received a great diagnostic, they took care of the most pressing which was the starter and the rear brake pads and in our estimation bent over backwards to get is taken care of ao we could return home in Tuesday. Five stars all around, Thanks so much!!!!

Mike and the team are awesome! They’ve taken care of two of my families’ vehicles so far. Love that they take pictures of what needs to be done and always give you a fair deal. They try to always get you the lowest price too. They take their time and no rush jobs.

Just called to get my 1976 Bronco aligned and a brake bleed. Was told “that is out of our wheelhouse”. If you can’t do a toe only alignment and bleed the brakes on a non-ABS vehicle, what are you doing in the business? Response to response: No worries, a competitor took the job with presumably the same access to parts and without hesitation. Cheers

It was easy to book an appointment online for repair service, they reached out and asked if I needed a ride, and Jamie was very transparent and thorough about making recommendations for the repairs my vehicle needed. They got all the repairs done same day and offered me a ride to the shop if I needed it. You don’t need to look anywhere else for auto repair. I have been a loyal customer of Christian Brothers Automotive in Rockrimmon since April 2021 and have always appreciated their service. Recently, I had an issue during an oil change where the skid plate bolts on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro were stripped, necessitating a $200 repair at the Toyota dealership. I initially felt frustrated by the situation, but after posting my review, the owner, Damon, personally called me. He was very understanding and personable, taking the time to listen to my concerns and showed genuine empathy. Damon took responsibility for the issue and promptly refunded the $200 charge, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. I am truly impressed by the way Christian Brothers Automotive handled this situation. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a business responds that truly matters. Damon's willingness to address the problem and ensure I was taken care of has restored my confidence in their service. I have used Christian Brothers on Rockrimmon for a variety of services to my car, from regular maintenance to catastrophic failures affecting multiple systems. Christian Brothers on Rockrimmon is always knowledgeable, prompt, transparent, methodical and incredibly helpful. I have never waited longer than a week, even on big jobs. Fantastic, trustworthy shop.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. I took my car there and the initial diagnostics test cost me $186 out of pocket. They also told my warranty company that the part that needed to be replaced, the waste gate solenoid, was separate from the turbo itself, which is not true, so the warranty company refused to pay for the turbo to be replaced. This company has Bible verses on their website and is SUPPOSED to be a Christian-run business. They give Christians a bad name.

This place lacks integrity and is expensive. Took my truck here to have the fuel pump replaced. When they did this they broke the fuel tank vent. I took it back and they wouldn't acknowledge they broke it. I had to argue with them to admit they caused the problem, then they only covered the labor. I'm out $800 because they made a mistake. Never going here again. Not recommended.

Excellent service, fair prices, honest and transparent. I have now had four different visits to this Christian Brother’s. They are consistently knowledgable. Their prices are mid range, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I have always found them honest and straightforward. They don’t upsell, they just communicate what’s wrong and what they recommend. I continue to use them for all of my regular service, highly recommend!

We were traveling from Lubbock Tx on our way to Winter Park. In Colorado Springs we realized we had a severe oil leak. It was a Friday afternoon and we were afraid no shop would be able to fit us in. We found a Christian Brothers and explained our situation. The manager came out and took our car immediately. He discovered a pug was almost all the way out. Had we driven a few miles more all of our oil would have been gone and our engine could have blown up. He fixed it for us immediately AND refused to accept payment. It brought tears to my eyes as I saw prayer answered so beautifully!!! Thank you for your heart of service and compassion!!
