Everything and everyone was great from the initial call to the pick up. Courteous, friendly, helpful and transparent. Dealership told me one issue and Christian Brothers looked more closely and diagnosed it as different issue. With all of the automated diagnosis tools for vehicles- while great - doesn’t replace and experienced mechanic.

Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel respected and truly heard. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel like just another customer – Kevin made it clear he genuinely wanted to help. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each service so I could make an informed decision. It’s rare to find such transparency. Overall, I was treated with the utmost respect, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for any future automotive needs. Kudos to Kevin for being a stand-up guy.

My service advisor was awesome - professional, prompt and clearly explained everything to me. I was sent regular updates with pictures throughout. And the best part was they picked up my car and returned it to me when they were done!

These guy’s are great. They have a shuttle service and they give you an honest explanation of your car’s’s issues in a detailed report with pictures and prices. Not to mention they are professional and courteous and they do great work.

I am so appreciative of Christian Brothers and the services they provide. They offer text communication in which they send you your detailed estimate, allowing you to approve or deny each service that is needed/recommended. The estimate also comes with pics and or video if needed and they offer shuttle service. I have been to three different locations for service and each location has done outstanding work on my vehicle. If you are trying to decide whether they are worth a try, trust me….they are!

We highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. They have a nice, bright fully equipped shop with friendly people who are very customer service oriented. We took our SUV there for some needed repairs. Trey and Tim listened carefully to our concerns and then had their master mechanic, Lee, check our vehicle based on our concerns. They provided a full report of what they found. We discussed the results with them at length before deciding on how to proceed. They fixed only what we agreed upon and did a wonderful job!

Great friendly service! Fixed a fuse for no charge, replaced brakes/rotors in just a couple hours and drop off/pick up from my office was great. This shop is not bargain prices for auto care, but for the service you receive and the personalized support and convenience, it’s worth it!

I took my Chevy Trax in for electrical system diagnostics. I paid $200 for the diagnostics and was told that the car needs a new Body Control Module, and was given the repair estimate of $858.90 for the repair (Part, installation and programming of the module). I asked if the $220 diagnostic fee would be deducted from the repair costs if I went through with the repairs at their shop and for a breakdown of parts/labor and how the labor was figured. No, the diagnostic fee does not come off of the repair cost. The owner gave me a story about them being a Christian centered business bringing integrity back into the auto repair business and their costs are very fair. I decided to shop around and ended up having the repairs completed at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet for a total cost of $507.97 (Part, installation and programming of the module). That is a difference of $350 or 41% higher. My only conclusion is that Christian Brothers Automotive is extremely overpriced, and not priced fairly with integrity. I will be going elsewhere in the future. Follow-up: After having the Body Control Module replaced the problem persisted. I got the car diagnosed elsewhere and the problem turned out to be a $27 door lock switch that was causing the electrical issue with the lights. So, I wasted $700 on a mis-diagnosis and repair that wasn't necessary. You would think Christian Brothers would offer to refund me the $200 I paid them for their erroneous diagnostic charge.

This auto shop has gone above and beyond, multiple times, to help me solve a difficult situation I had with a car. Not only is the company exceptionally gracious and professional, but they easily did more than any other auto shop I've worked with to ensure I had a working vehicle--or at least transportation in lieu of my car not working. Their free shuttle service was a life saver, and the owner (Tim) and his team is A+.

Big thanks to the owner Tim for the courtesy shuttle and the great conversation! Tim picked me up from home at 5am took me to work and also waited almost a hour thank you Tim! Kevin was great with assisting me with my warranty he contacted them numerous times to ensure everything went through properly thank you Kevin! CBA also has well experienced mechanics and they give you a very detailed digital courtesy inspection which was very helpful and informative. Thank You CBA Polaris!

Great service. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Very impressed with the little things like resetting the oil light and telling me upfront my truck takes extra oil. My last 3 oil changes elsewhere didn’t do either of those.

I brought my Kia Optima in for an inspection without an appointment and my first interaction was with Trey. He was very welcoming and informative of the work being performed on my vehicle. After the work was completed, Trey suggested I come back for a follow up after driving x amount of miles. I noticed each interaction began with “how may I serve you”… that and Trey suggesting I come back lets me know the staff cares about their customers’ satisfaction. I appreciate that they allowed me to actually see what was going on with my vehicle in the shop… a lot of shops don’t do that. This shop is pretty pricey but the technicians do a good job on the repairs and the service writers keep you informed throughout the whole process. Kevin was very informative the second time I came into the shop for the follow up. Overall I would recommend coming into this shop for any repair really because they’re welcoming, great customer service, very knowledgeable and informative with repairs, and CBA has a courtesy shuttle that will pick you up and/or drop you off wherever you need to be while your vehicle is being serviced!

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated the digital report/ full inspection they provide; that was impressive and well done! Got brake pads and rotors replaced and their price was reasonable compared to two other shops I received quotes from as well. Work was completed on time and high quality. Very impressed and will continue working with them in the future.
