Great, fast service! New to area, will be a repeat customer!

I went in early December and talked to them about a noise my truck was making. I went for a drive down the driveway and the mechanic immediately told me the issue. A couple of weeks later I went to get the issue fixed. The issue was not fixed.I spent over $300. I explained that the mechanic went on a drive with me. They looked up on surveillance to see who it was. The mechanic had no recollection of the interaction. I felt like they were calling me a liar. CB then told me this would never happen. They would have someone get a diagnosis. Again after that, they had the mechanic drove with me on the driveway he told me another issue. I went into the lobby and it was discussed what was wrong. Then they finally did the diagnosis. The told about all these issues that needed to be fixed. They told me what the mechanic said what was wrong would cost $1900. The other issues would cost $5000. What bothers me is that in the beginning they should of done the diagnosis instead of trying to get the mechanic to remember something that was about 2 weeks prior to giving it fixed. I feel like they called me a liar on what the mechanic initially said. I always had good experiences with them till now.

The worst car service I’ve ever had. Heater wasn’t working on my 2013 F-150 and fan was running wild. Paid $201 for a full inspection. Got a quote for $$7,620 to fix all kinds of things. Not one item in the quote said any of the fixes would have fixed what i brought it in for. New battery. Flush brake fluid. Piston cover gaskets. Replace A/C lines. The Edmonds estimate for the vehicle is about $10,000. Turns out the coolant was low because of very slow leak. Some slight leakage of oil. Topped off the coolant and oil and all is good. Tyler’s advice was to check the fluid levels regularly. Said they should have done better with their notes. Ya think? Buyer beware of this outfit. Patrick Fitzsimmons

I had a terrible situation with my car and needed it quickly repaired to get back to college on time from Dallas to Norman Oklahoma. There was a winter storm that came in and had to close the office in the days before the weekend where they are closed. Not only did they get the car done within 24 hours of dropping my car off, but the owner came in on Saturday on his personal time to let me get my car and make it to school on time. These guys are absolutely great and every employee I interacted with was extremely nice and clearly care about relations with the customer. If you ever need work on your car, these are the guys who can do it.

I’ve lived in Dallas for 3 years now and Christian Brothers is the auto shop that is the closest to me but I am so grateful for that!! They are sooooo wonderful and do great every single time i’ve come. I’ve dealt with Tyler every time and he’s always the same! So happy to see him each time. The whole time is great, special shoutout to Joey also who i’ve worked with a couple time. Thankful for them and their services. 10/10!!

They are so friendly at this location. When i got my inspection they were so quick and efficient. And then i also brought my car to them again to have something fixed underneath my car they took my car in got it fixed quickly again. Very great workers here.

I am super impressed with CB. I had my brake pads and rotors changed in Tulsa in mid January. They continued to squeak every time I would brake for two weeks, regardless of the weather. Tulsa told me to have the Dallas branch look since I just moved to Dallas, and I brought it in for them to inspect. They of course heard nothing, but when I left I heard the squeak so I turned around and went back. I was told to watch it over a few weeks. So I called the Dallas branch in mid February and told them it was still under warranty and the issue was still there and I wanted to have them look again. I got a call from the Tulsa office right have that call and was told CB would just replace all the parts since it was under warranty still. So I brought it in last week (6 wks after they were first replaced) and they changed out the parts and were very accommodating and so far I have heard no squeaking!

This auto shop gives auto repair shops, a good name. They really live up to the Christian branding. I came in for what seemed to be an electrical issue, they ran some tests and found out the battery was bad so instead of selling me a battery from their shop they asked me questions to find out that I had a AAA battery which had a warranty!! When the AAA guy came out, he tried to weasel his way out of giving me a free battery that I was entitled to because I was still under warranty, and the entire shop had my back in challenging this man who trying to say that it was a car part issue, When they didn’t even have to do that!! It is rare to see a car repair shop with all five stars, that tells you everything you need to know about these people. You will not be up sold, you will not be told to get work done that you don’t need, and they really do a good job of making sure their customers are happy.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to have my car inspected. Everyone is very professional and very respectful and they have great coffee And the office smelled very, very good. If I have anything, I need done with my vehicle and I can’t make it to my dealership. This is the place I would go to for the up most hospitality.

I took my car in to have a left rear clicking noise checked out. I was told that they I would need to have a mechanic ride with me so that they could hear the noise. However, they would be closing soon and could not get to it until the next day. I asked if I could have someone ride with me that evening and I could bring the car back first thing the next morning for repairs, to which they agreed. The mechanic that rode with me not only clearly heard the sound but narrowed it down to what it could be. His exact words were “it shouldn’t be that big of a deal”. I dropped my car off the following morning, assuming that the repairs would take place that day. When “I” called to get the status of my car I was told that 3 mechanics had driven my car, including the one mechanic that “clearly” heard the sound the day before, and none of them heard any sound. I explained to the guy that couldn’t be possible as the sound was there when I dropped my car off that morning and when the mechanic rode with me the day before. Although they were unable to detect where the noise was coming from, they did manage to determine that my turbocharger was leaking and needed to be completely replaced with an estimated cost of over $4000.00. When I picked my car up the noise started as soon as I drove off. The next day I took my car into a certified European car repair dealer. To my surprise, the work that needed to be done to my Turbocharge was $576.00 and the clicking sound was coming from my convertible hard top an easy fix! There’s an old saying that goes “everybody that’s talking about Heaven ain’t going”. In other words, don’t let the “Christian Brothers” name fool you.

I’ve been using Christian brothers automotive for years now but just moved to the area and tried this location for the first time. The same great service at every location. The gentleman behind the counter explained the things they found on their courtesy check, and helped me to decide on the most important thing that needed to be fixed first. Highly recommend this location for quick, honest work.
