Came here after being told by the Dealership that my appointment to have my starter replaced in my car didn’t matter and they would have to make me wait a minimum of another day or a maximum of 7-10 days to replace my starter. I called Christian Brothers, explained my situation and they ordered the starter and set aside time to replace it without me having to sign anything or do anything official just a verbal agreement over the phone. Had my car towed to this Trout Creek location and within an hour my car was running and I was able to go to work the next day. Will be bringing my car here for all future service. Thanks Christian Brothers.

Fantastic customer service at this location - very easy, transparent and clear communication throughout process from drop-off to updates as they worked with my warranty company and updates on diagnostics both via phone and text/email communication. When the warranty company would only cover up to a certain dollar amount, I asked if we can just fix what is covered under my deductible as my budget is very tight. Christian Bros (Nick specifically - huge shout out to Nick - he's gone above and beyond!) called the warranty company back to try to re-negotiate with them; Christian Bros reviewed my contract and saw a discrepancy on the warranty company's side and was able to get everything covered under my deductible at no extra out of pocket expenses to me. I do not make much as a local government employee and a single mom so this took a huge burden and stress off of my shoulders. I will be referring them to everyone I know for this reason. This process was made very simple, everyone I spoke with both in office and over the phone has been very respectful, polite and friendly. As a woman afraid of being scammed or taken advantage of walking into a mechanic shop, it can be intimidating but I found the entire process clear, simple and easy while showing integrity in their work. Again - HUGE thank you to Nick for working so hard on this for me. I hope his management sees this and commends him (hopefully with a bonus or raise) for his efforts. It is greatly appreciated. I had such a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed on everything they were doing and needed to do on my vehicle. And as someone who doesn’t know much about vehicles I felt safe with their recommendations. The prices were phenomenal and they got me a discount on my tow!!! 10 out of 10 they will be forever my go to.

Horrible experience! I wanted to give them my business to have my breaks done. I made the appointment, dropped my car off on the morning of the scheduled time. I was told upon my arrival that they were not going to be able to have the car done until the following afternoon. Hey Christian Brothers.... thankfully God gave you fingers to dial the phone. A courtesy call explaining that they were behind schedule was the appropriate thing to do instead of wasting 90 minutes of my life. They lost a customer forever and I will be sure to send up the flag of caution to anyone who chooses to use them. BTW...not sure how all of their locations operate, but this was the local on BBD near Country Line Rd.

Was having some issues doing some work on my own car and went in for some help this morning when all the shops in the new Tampa area were absolutely packed (including these guys).They helped me learn how to fix it and assisted through some tricky parts free of charge even when offered cash. Great group of men and women!

A Stellar Experience at Christian Brothers Automotive I cannot recommend Christian Brothers Automotive enough. They have consistently provided exceptional service, and I trust them implicitly with my vehicle. Recently, they repaired my master cylinder, and as always, the experience was top-notch. They were transparent about the issue, provided a detailed estimate, and completed the work efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in their work. Previously, they also repaired my throttle body, and I was equally impressed. Their expertise and professionalism were unmatched. My family and I will be loyal customers for years to come. Christian Brothers Automotive is truly a gem in the automotive industry.

I contacted them for the first and last time! Lies and a scam! I had a short circuit in my car, the car did not respond, did not start, the key did not come out of the ignition. I needed to reboot, remove the terminal from the battery. They did so, but you can’t make money on this, in the end they made up a breakdown and ripped me off $ 600. And the breakdown was stupidly invented, they said that the fuel flap was sticking!!! Yes, if it was sticking and gasoline was filling the engine, the car would roar, but no, the car works like a clock and you need to understand the electrics, not the flap! I hate this kind of service!

These guys are professionals, I highly recommend them. I had them replace one of my speakers and was having an issue with some rattling afterwards. In the end, the issue seemed to be due to Nissan’s design of the door panel, not Christian Brother’s work. Tom diagnosed the rattling issue on the spot and improvised by using some specialized tape to dampen the vibration. In 15 minutes he solved my frustrating issue. Thanks Tom! Hope your lunch break wasn’t cut short.

After visiting two different shops in one day, my partner and I were feeling desperate and losing hope that we could be helped with a unique electrical issue that our car had been having. It was running late into the day and if this issue wasn’t addressed asap our battery was going to die for the second time that month. We visited Christian Bros based on a referral from one of the shops that turned us away. Despite being close to closing time, the mechanic looked under our hood and found the issue within minutes. Not only that, he walked us across the lot to the auto supply store and pointed out the exact part that we needed and showed us how to install it. This all came out to be about $25 total. He was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the genuine care that we received that day. My partner and I will 100% be coming back here when we need any auto work done! I will happily refer Christian Bros to my friends and family as well! Finding honest, affordable, and trustworthy repair work is invaluable these days. Thank you so much Christian Brothers, you saved us a ton of time and money but you also reminded us that there are great people in the world that genuinely want to help.

The reason I chose Christian Auto Brothers was the reputation of integrity and trustworthiness. The free shuttle sealed the deal! As a single mom with only one vehicle the free shuttle was music to my ears! My journey began with Ronnie and Ann Marie, who greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Originally, I was only expecting to pay a few hundred dollars for my AC to be recharged. However, the whole system needed to be replaced, what I was hoping would be a couple hundred dollars turned out to be a few thousand dollars of extensive prolonged repairs. After a few moments of self-pity and a lengthy discussion with God, the answer came in the reassuring voices of Anne-Marie and Ronnie the solution was nothing short of miraculous. I was able to be on the road in no time driving what now feels like a brand new car!!! I am so grateful for them!!! Christian Auto Group is an outstanding customer service and experienced team who I strongly recommend for addressing any and all of your automotive repairs.

What a refreshing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and felt welcomed. Annemarie was working the front desk, and she was extremely courteous, quick, and efficient! She also explained things in detail with supporting photos and videos. The problem I came in with turned out not to be a problem, which I am sure other shops would have taken advantage of. To hear, "You do not need to spend money on fixing this" is not something you hear often at auto shops. A big shoutout to Nick Dixon for helping me and introducing me to this shop. It is my new go-to for auto repair and maintenance!

After an accident, the staff here helped me with a full inspection and repaired multiple things including my alternator and battery within the work day for a great price. On another note, when I was in need due to a coolant leak, John immediately helped me and got me back on the road within 10 minutes. Everyone here has exceptional customer service and know what they’re doing. After going through tons of Mechanics I can’t help but recommend Christian brothers to anyone I know! I thank God for their integrity, honesty and drive to help everyone!

All I can say is Wow! This is hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever been to! The owner, front desk, and mechanics were all extremely attentive and provided the most amazing customer service I’ve ever witnessed and experienced. Came for a routine oil change, staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The oil change was done in a timely manner and I will be returning. Chris up on the front desk was amazing, explained everything perfectly and was very helpful.

Great Service and Excellent Customer Experience!! Friendly, honest, respectful and just awesome people! They conveniently offer a shuttle as part of their service! They kindly shuttled me back to my home and picked me up again so I didn’t have to wait at the service center or call an Uber. Upon completion of the maintenance my car was waiting outside already ON with a personalized note hanging on an ice cold water bottle for me! I wish more auto services would be like this! So Awesome!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Worth every penny!

I love that they give you pictures as proof that you need the service they are prescribing for your car. They seem very trustworthy and better than a dealership in my opinion. Will definitely be getting more work done here.

Needed a thorough inspection done before purchasing a vehicle and was very pleased with the process. I was even given a report that included current items that may need attention or were coming up in the near future on certain maintenance requirements. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive. Don’t wish car problems on anyone, but if it happens take your car to them. I thought customer service was dead but I was proven wrong…especially from mechanic shop. From the first call I received in the morning, the updates throughout the day, the service was exceptional. When my car was ready (before scheduled time), I received a notification with an option to have someone pick me up if I needed assistance. When I arrived to the office, from the moment I opened the door I was greeted with smiles, and was offered beverages and snacks. To top it all off someone brought my car to me right in front of the door. Trustworthy individuals with great service!!! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mechanic shop to trust and be treated like a superstar!!!
